- The multitude of perspectives on the brand results in the necessity of a multi-faceted analysis of the process of building a regional or national brand. The key concepts described in the article that will allow to better explain this complex process are: regional brand, national brand, place marketing, brand capital and trust. The ambiguity of the concept of the brand and the concepts associated with it makes it possible to meet with many ideas that serve as the leitmotif for building the branding of the place. One of such concepts is a concept that refers to history, experiences of the past of a given place.
