Narzędziem wspomagającym procesy podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o zasoby zgromadzonej wiedzy może być tzw. Mapa Wiedzy. W artykule przedstawiono model Mapy Wiedzy dla przedsiębiorstwa budowlanego. Opisano przyjęte założenia dotyczące budowanego modelu oraz zdefiniowano dziedziny wiedzy, które powinny być ujęte na mapie. Przedstawiono również korzyści płynące z wdrożenia Mapy Wiedzy w przedsiębiorstwie.
    Construction firms operate in a rapidly changing environment, in a situation where competition is great and where customers play a deciding role. This requires great flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. A possible tool supporting the processes of decision-making based on accumulated resources of knowledge is the so-called Knowledge Map. This article presents a model of the Knowledge Map for a construction firm. It describes the assumptions adopted for the model being constructed, and defines the fields of knowledge which should be included in the map. Also presented are the benefits of implementing the Knowledge Map in a business.

    Opis:
    The analysis of topoi (patterns of argumentation) is an established method of text and discourse analysis. Following the ancient rhetoric and the modern theory of argumentation, this article elaborates on the essential aspects of the topos concept. In particular it will be discussed, how the complex topos concept was received in the linguistics and implemented as a method of discourse analysis. The discourse-orientated methods of topos analysis include a structure- and a content-related analysis of topoi. So far these two approaches have been in conflict with each other. However, as it will be shown below, they can be combined to analyze topological discourse formations in order to take a closer look at the discourse in the sense of Foucault. Using the example of legitimizing political action in times of economic and political crises, the added value of this integrative approach is demonstrated.

    W artykule omówiona została koncepcja aktywnej roli języka w postrzeganiu rzeczywistości i rozwoju procesów poznawczych, począwszy od tezy von Humboldta, poprzez założenia lingwistyki kognitywnej, a skończywszy na metodologii językowego obrazu świata i pojęciu definicji kognitywnej. Problematyka artykułu dotyczy roli definicji kognitywnej w procesie diagnozy logopedycznej. Ten typ definicji daje wgląd w zasób wiedzy, jaką posiada osoba badana, umożliwia pokazanie różnic pomiędzy dziecięcą strukturą pojęć a pojęciami, którymi posługują się dorośli użytkownicy języka. Obrazuje charakter sfery pojęciowej (np. obecność tylko niektórych kategorii w strukturze pojęciowej) oraz specyfikę definiowania wyrazów (np. ubóstwo środków leksykalnych) w definicjach osoby z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Cechy definicji kognitywnej zostały przedstawione za pomocą antonimów biegunowych, takich jak: piękno – brzydota, miłość – nienawiść.
    The article discusses the active role of language in the perception of reality and development of cognitive processes, from von Humboldt’s thesis through the assumptions of cognitive linguistics to the methodology of the linguistic picture of the world and the concept of cognitive definition. The issues presented in the study concern the role of cognitive definition in the process of logopedic diagnosis. This type of definition provides insight into the store of knowledge that a subject (a studied person) has, enables showing differences between the child’s structure of concepts and the concepts used by adult language speakers. It illustrates the character of conceptual knowledge (e.g. the presence of only some categories in the conceptual structure) and the specificity of how words are defined (e.g. the poverty of. lexical devices) in the definitions formed by a person with an intellectual disability. The features of a cognitive definition are presented by means of polar antonyms, such: beauty – ugliness, love – hate.

    The article presents conception of the tribological knowledge structures. The examples of such structures were presented and conclusion concerning state of the tribological knowledge were derived on these examples basis. The propositions included in the article can be wider, then in the tribology area, implemented for the state of the science discipline knowledge evaluation.

    The above-average involvement of knowledge workers in their work is not synonymous with loyalty to the employer. Although the work performed is a kind of passion, there are many determinants, indicating disloyalty of knowledge workers to the organization. The conclusion is that the knowledge workers have characteristics of disloyal employees. Therefore, the disloyal knowledge worker can be used as a specific object of synectics, for instance: circular structure, pie chart and clusters. The characteristics of disloyalty of knowledge workers should be one of the dominant areas of interest to specialists in the management of human capital. The growing importance of this category of workers implies a problem for management and above all how to retain them in the organization. The dynamic environment is the source of many opportunities for knowledge workers, which may be reasons for their disloyalty to the employer (e.g. departure to the competition). Therefore, managers of various organizations will be forced to modify the existing management systems, taking into account the more attractive elements influencing the loyalty of knowledge workers to the organizations employing them.

    The aim of this article is evaluation of current state of knowledge on the class structure in modern Polish society, taken in the context of reflection on the possibility of implementing the teaching tasks in this field. Evaluation referred to is limited to papers published in recent years in the field of sociology. Recently on the class structure regularly speaks in Poland only two investigators: Henryk Domański and Jacek Tittenbrun. Their publications, therefore, became the subject of controversy in this article. Based on the survey I justify the thesis that in Polish sociology is not developed yet a model that could form the basis for describing, explaining or predicting phenomena that occur in the class structure of contemporary Polish society and its dynamics. As a result, the Polish people did not have sufficient self-knowledge in the social processes that have taken place during the transition and continues to perform with the development processes. This condition may feel painfully young researchers, who, judging by the lack of evidence of their research activity, refrain from engaging in issues of class structure of Polish society, because instead of opportunities to find support in previously conducted studies, their investigations would have to start from the harsh polemics of the predecessors. Recognition of this aspect of social life difficult marginalized in Poland after 1990, the discipline of political economy, especially within its area of study of class structure. In this article, I justified thesis about the need to undertake new research in this area.

Za pomocą analizy regresji wyszczególniono procesy zarządzania wiedzą, które są istotne dla poziomu innowacyjności. Wskazano ponadto na komplementarność zarządzania wiedzą i IT w reorganizacji struktury organizacyjnej na sprzyjającą innowacyjności.
    The article presents the results of research concerning relation between information technology, knowledge management, organizational structure and innovation. The concepts of innovation, knowledge management and information technology are defined. The results of the regression analysis confirming a direct impact of knowledge management on innovation level are presented. In addition, article confirms the complementary impact of knowledge management and information technology on structure reorganization, that supports innovation in organization.

    The aim of the authors is to describe the political knowledge of ordinary Poles, including the structure of their knowledge about politics and ways of thinking about it. The empirical material analyzed here comes from in-depth interviews conducted with interviewers differing by age, level of education, and degree of interest in matters connected with politics and public life. As a theoretical framework, the authors use Shawn W. Rosenberg’s concept. The authors’ analyses serve to show Poles’ process of thinking about politics; their main lines of argumentation and justification of appraisals, opinions, and views; and their most important sources of information. Due, among other things, to the growth in easy access to sources of information, it would appear above all that the ability to select information has greatly increased in importance, and the striking quality of Poles’ political knowledge is its fragmentation, ephemerality, emotionality, and low degree of systematicity.

    Complex IT and ICT projects require organizational structure wisely adapted to support effectiveness of the knowledge management processes. This article presents impact of the Agile methodology application in project teams on organizational structure in terms of the effectiveness of the knowledge management processes. The questionnaire research, observations and experts’ interviews have shown the impact and problems related to the organizational structure in knowledge management area in the large IT and ICT organizations applying Agile project methodology.

    The paper sought to present the assumptions of Georg Simmel's sociology. Founding sociology, Simmel relies on the results of his epistemological research. In reference to sociology, he calls his research „theory of knowledge of the social science” or „theory of the knowledge about society.” These theories are supposed to answer the questions about the character of social reality, and about individuals as participants and co-creators of this reality. Epistemological research in sociology is that important because the subject matter of sociology is very complex, and is a result the working of an infinite number of social processes. The paper is also an attempt at an a priori sociological interpretation, that is the understanding and individual character of social harmony.

    Czasami rzeczywistość zmusza dziecko do tłumienia naturalnej potrzeby, jaką jest wyrażanie siebie, kumulują się destruktywne siły mogące przejawiać się obojętnością, agresją, apatią, ucieczką od rzeczywistości. W artykule starałam się pokazać sposób, w jaki terapia przez twórczość plastyczną może pomóc dzieciom z problemami natury internalizacyjnej. Należy jednak zdawać sobie sprawę z tego, że na efektywność arteterapii składają się zarówno wiedza terapeuty dotycząca istoty problemów dziecka, jak i przemyślany proces arteterapii, wykorzystujący podstawy teoretyczne związane z wybraną orientacją psychoterapeutyczną (decydujące powinny być tu potrzeby, oczekiwania, możliwości, ale i ograniczenia klienta-dziecka), materiały wykorzystywane w tworzeniu, jak i czynniki natury organizacyjnej (przestrzeń, czas, cisza, swoboda ruchu, swoboda wyboru techniki i materiałów), pozwalające dziecku działać z poczuciem bezpieczeństwa, sprawstwa, autonomii. Tak jak we wszystkich interwencjach terapeuta powinien umieć zbudować bliską, opartą na autentyczności, empatii, syntonii i szacunku relację z dzieckiem. Nigdy nie powinna to być relacja, która prowadzi do emocjonalnego uzależnienia dziecka od terapeuty. Dzięki arteterapii wykorzystującej perspektywę interpretacyjną, magii twórczego działania i powstających wytworów dziecko z problemami internalizacyjnymi może przy pomocy terapeuty, ale też członków grupy terapeutycznej, na nowo odczytywać i „oswajać” świat, uczyć się siebie i innych, poszukiwać, odkrywać i stopniowo budować prawidłową strukturę Ja.
    Sometimes reality forces the child to lock up their inner life, to suppress natural urges such as self-expression because of the destructive powers that can manifest themselves when indifference, aggression, apathy and an escape from reality accumulate. In the article I try to show the manner in which art therapy can help children with problems of an internalizing nature. However, we should be aware that the effectiveness of art therapy consists of both the therapists knowledge about the essence of the child’s problems, and the considered process of art therapy utilizing the theoretical base associated with the selected psychotherapy orientation (the needs, expectations, capabilities but also the limitations of the customer – child should be critical here), the materials used in creation as well as organizational factors (space, time, silence, freedom of movement, freedom of choosing techniques and materials), allowing the child to act with a sense of safety, cause and autonomy. As with all interventions, the therapist should be able to build a close, empathic, attuned and respectful relationship with the child which is based on authenticity. It should never be a relationship that leads to the emotional dependence of the child on the therapist. Through art therapy that uses the interpretation perspective, magic of creativity and emerging creations, a child with internalizing problems can, with the help not only of a therapist but also members of the therapeutic group, re-read and “tame” the world, teach himself and others, seek, discover and gradually build a proper self-structure.
