Opis:
The relevance of the topic due to the decision of problems of the economy of resources in heating systems of vehicles. To solve this problem we have developed an integrated method of research, which allows to solve tasks on optimization of parameters of heat exchangers vehicles. This method decides multicriteria optimization problem with the program nonlinear optimization on the basis of software with the introduction of an array of temperatures obtained using thermography. The authors have developed a math-ematical model of process of heat exchange in heat exchange surfaces of apparatuses with the solution of multicriteria optimization problem and check its adequacy to the ex-perimental stand in the visualization of thermal fields, an optimal range of managed pa-rameters influencing the process of heat exchange with minimal metal consumption and the maximum heat output fin heat exchanger, the regularities of heat exchange process with getting generalizing dependencies distribution of temperature on the heat-release surface of the heat exchanger vehicles, defined convergence of the results of research in the calculation on the basis of theoretical dependencies and solving mathematical model.
Актуальность темы обусловлена решением задач ресурсоэнергосбе-режения в системах обогрева транспортных средств. Для решения данной проблемы разработан комплексный метод исследований который позволяет решать задачи оптимизации параметров теплообменных аппаратов транспортных средств. Данный метод решает многокритериальную задачу оптимизации с помощью програм-мы нелинейной оптимизации на базе программного комплекса с введением массива температур полученных с помощью тепловизионной съемки. Авторами разработана математическая модель процесса теплообмена на теплообменных поверхностях аппаратов с решением многокритериальной задачи оптимизации и проверкой ее адекватности на экспериментальном стенде при помощи визуализации тепловых полей, сформирован оптимальный диапазон управляемых параметров, влияющие на процесс теплообмена при минимуме металлоемкости и максимуме теплопроизводительности ребра теплообменного аппарата, определены закономерности процесса теплообмена с получением обобщающих зависимостей распределения температуры на теплоотдающей поверхности теплообменного аппарата транспортных средств, определена сходимость результатов исследований при расчете на основании теоретических зависимостей и решения математической модели.

The article presents opportunities for the Intelligent Transport System for the city of Wroclaw. In the first part the authors illustrate the current state of the system. The next section presents the results of studies into roads in the city of Wroclaw. The survey respondents were included, i.e. drivers, transport companies and employees of the police, the ambulance and fire brigade. The Author’s research tool was a questionnaire, and the study was conducted using a diagnostic survey. The remaining results show some disadvantages of the system and new perspectives of its development. On the basis of studies the authors presented improvements of the overall architecture of the system. This will allow the police and internships brigades to work more efficiently with primarily alert.

This paper deals with the analysis of the influence of integrated transport systems on the region and on ITS transport services in the Czech Republic and Poland. Available transport statistics contain only the information about particular transport modes; the data of integrated transport systems is not registered. Therefore the basis for the analysis of integrated transport systems and ITS influence on the region is missing. With regard to this, the situation of transport services in regions with an integrated transport system and in regions without it is has been analysed. The result is based on the comparison of situation in these regions and in the whole country.

Intelligent Transport System (ITS) in the city and the metropolitan area should be linked to the Mobility Policy (MP) formulated and implemented for this area. On the one side, the implementation of the ITS is one of the MP tools. On the other side, the specific parameters of the ITS (algorithms, tools, efficiency measures) associated with the elements of MP such as its objectives, zoning, priorities. On the basis of the review of model components of MP and IT’S THE common elements and significant correlation are summarized. The theoretical considerations are supplemented with examples from Wroclaw. This article is a continuation of the author’s work and thoughts published under the title of both issues. At their beginning the basic elements of MP and ITS are defined. Then, the ITS is described as a tool in the context of MP’s objectives, zoning and priorities. Next, the ITS parameters such as algorithms, tools, efficiency measures are defined in terms of the MP. Later, the author summarizes the common characteristics and significant correlation between ITS and MP. This allows to provide dedicated solutions to Wroclaw. The summary of the article are desirable directions of integration between MP and ITS. The key issue is here the implementation of integration of management and development among MP and ITS.

This paper presents the main aspects concerning the systemic approach to the problem of interoperability of rail transport. Follow decision about the opening of the EU market and transport services for rail transport, the European Parliament and of the Council have introduced a number of interoperability directives for implement interoperability on the rail system in EU. Their goal was to get the integration of rail transport systems, despite the differences in control -command and signaling systems, power supply and operation system, to be rich on the safe and not disrupted train running over the different countries (different infrastructure managers). The article indicated the main areas in the railway system which are depends on strongly of the interoperability implementation.

Opis:
Making rational decisions about the planning and designing the traffic management in the city requires a proper description of traffic flows following through the various elements of the transportation network. This issue is the subject of many studies, resulting in a wide variety of models used in this field. Generally they can be divided into two main groups: models describing the distribution of traffic flows in the transportation network and models describing the transition of traffic flow by individual elements of the transportation network. This article reviews the models used to describe the traffic shaping in such an arrangement. Then the way of describing traffic flows, which may be used in the construction and calibration of dynamic traffic models has been formalized. The article also includes a calculation example with application of the proposed description of the components of traffic flows on the link of urban network.

One of the main objectives of all larger cities is to ensure effective transportation of people. There are two ways; how this objective can be reached –building of new infrastructure and effective using of the existing one. Because of the narrow streets and density of existing buildings within the city, in most cases it is not possible to extend current infrastructure. Hence, the second way is the only possible solution for such cities. Well-functioning management system improves the flow of traffic, reduces road accidents, and improves the comfort during transportation. Public transport is able to satisfy the transport requirements of a much larger number of passengers and acts more favourably than private transport in urban areas. Therefore building a public transport system of high quality, which also means public transport priority on the signal controlled junctions, is the key part of reaching the objective of ensuring effective transportation of people. In 2011, there were reconstructed roads around the Aupark Shopping Centre in Žilina. The paper is focused on traffic situation of the street Veľká Okružná; which was also rebuilt during the reconstruction. Based on microscopic modelling and road accidents data this paper compares two variants: (1) current traffic situation of this street and (2) the traffic situation, when the public transport priority was implemented during the reconstruction.
Jednym z głównych celów działania w każdym większym mieście jest zwiększenie efektywności transportu osób. Są dwa sposoby na osiągnięcie tego celu - wybudowanie nowej infrastruktury oraz efektywne użycie obecnie istniejącej. Ze względu na wąskie uliczki oraz gęstość istniejących zabudowań wewnątrz miasta w większości przypadków nie jest możliwe rozbudowanie istniejącej infrastruktury. Wskutek tego drugie wyjście jest jedynym możliwym dla takich miast. Dobrze funkcjonujący system zarządzania wzmacnia przepływ ruchu, redukuje wypadki drogowe oraz zwiększa komfort przejazdu. Transport publiczny jest w stanie zaspokoić wymagania transportowe znacznie większej liczby pasażerów i działać korzystniej niż transport prywatny w przestrzeni miejskiej. Dlatego też budowa wysokiej jakości systemu transportu publicznego, co również oznacza pierwszeństwo transportu publicznego na skrzyżowaniach sygnalizacyjnych, jest kluczową częścią osiągnięcia celu, jakim jest efektywny transport osób. W 2011 r. zrekonstruowano drogi wokół centrum handlowego Aupark w Žilinie. Artykuł ten jest skoncentrowany na sytuacji transportowej 2010 roku która również była przebudowana w czasie rekonstrukcji. Z wykorzystaniem modelowania mikroskopowego oraz danych o wypadkach drogowych praca porównuje dwa warianty: (1) obecną sytuację na drogach oraz (2) sytuację na drogach przy pierwszeństwie transportu publicznego wprowadzonego w trakcie rekonstrukcji.

The paper subject is the concept of a system for monitoring the operation of a pipeline transport network using telematics for the needs of the oil industry on a selected example. Transport telematics allows to deliberately influence the proces of moving cargo/ data using the elaborated deliberate decisions, as a result of the prior analysis of information and knowledge obtained using a dispersed system of sensors associated with means of pipeline transport, infrastructure, environment and man. The concept of the process of monitoring the technical condition of pipelines for the purpose of ensuring the required efficiency of the transport system and decisions regarding the process of their operation using a dedicated distributed monitoring system of selected operational parameters will be presented. In particular, the paper will focus on the location and categorization of pipe damages.

The analysis of passenger transport, being made in recent years, indicate that Poland is one of the fastest developing countries in Europe, also in this aspect. It is envisaged that GA traffic will increase until 2012 by approximately 4 % annually. More and more people use air transport, the amount of available connections is increasing as well as the amount of passengers served. Such development we owe, first of all, to entering Poland into the European Union and full opening of polish airspace. All this constitute great opportunity to firms and air traffic operators but also considerable challenge in the form of necessary adaptation of infrastructure to market demands. It is assumed that further development of air transport in Poland will be supported by liberalization of air traffic law regulations, both domestic and international, including liberalization of international agreements, which would make possible construction of new airports, opening new connections and entering into polish marketplace new air carriers. Indispensable condition of proper utilization of growth potential is constant development of airport infrastructure and increasing effective usage of airspace in a way, which ensures necessary capacity to intensifying air traffic.
Analizy przewozów pasażerskich w ostatnich latach wskazują, że Polska jest jednym z najszybciej rozwijających się krajów Europy. Prognozuje się, że ruch GA będzie wzrastał średnio o 4% rocznie do 2012 roku. Coraz więcej osób korzysta z transportu lotniczego, zwiększa się liczba połączeń i obsługiwanych pasażerów. Rozwój ten zawdzięczamy przede wszystkim wejściu Polski do Unii Europejskiej i pełnemu otwarciu polskiego nieba. To ogromna szansa dla przedsiębiorstw jak i operatorów lotniczych, ale także istotne wyzwanie polegające na konieczności dostosowania infrastruktury do potencjału rynku. Zakłada się, że dalszemu rozwojowi przewozów lotniczych w Polsce sprzyjać będzie liberalizacja prawa lotniczego zarówno krajowego, jak i międzynarodowego, w tym liberalizacja umów międzynarodowych, umożliwiająca budowę nowych lotnisk, otwieranie nowych połączeń i wkraczanie na polski rynek nowych przewoźników. Warunkiem właściwego wykorzystania potencjału wzrostu jest ciągły rozwój infrastruktury lotniskowej oraz zwiększanie efektywności wykorzystania przestrzeni powietrznej w sposób zapewniający niezbędną przepustowość dla rosnącego ruchu lotniczego.

The article deals with the key success factors of integrated transport system from the passenger’s point of view, what is the most important for passenger’s decision to choose the public passenger transport, how the services of integrated transport system can be competitive with an individual automobile transport. The article will define the key factors of successful integrated transportsystem. The solutions will be implemented in the region of Slovakia and it will be pointed out which problems have been identified in the conditions of preparing integrated transport system in Slovakia. The conditions will be compared with the conditions in other countries in which unlike Slovakia the integrated transport systems are successfully operated. Also there will be suggested the mechanisms how the process of integration should be realized in the conditions of Slovakia.

This paper discusses the current directions of vehicle developments, as well as the barriers and opportunities for using electric vehicles instead of conventional vehicles. There is also mentioned a problem of the battery charging system. Compared to refueling gasoline powered vehicles, charging of battery electric vehicles takes considerably more time, which renders a single-purpose charging infrastructure inconvenient. However, an objective of this article is also to investigate the future market prospects of various types of EVs, with the economics of EVs in comparison to conventional cars. Only if the final driving costs can be considerably reduced will EVs gain significant market shares.

The paper presents the application of the Multiple Criteria Decision Aid/Making (MCDA/MCDM) methodology in the assessment of the development of different scenarios for an urban public transportation system (UPTS). This methodology allows considering several conflicting objectives and performing the evaluation process in a comprehensive manner. This approach also corresponds to the holistic philosophy: different aspects (economic, technical, social etc.) and interest groups – stakeholders (operators, passengers, city government etc.). The MCDA/MCDM methodology is specifically customized to the real life case study – urban public transportation system in the city of Cracow (Poland). A family of 10 criteria is proposed to evaluate several solutions (W) for a UPTS in terms of their usefulness and attractiveness for different stakeholders. These criteria take into account: travel time and standard, effectiveness of the fleet use, environment friendliness, the level of integration and reliability of the UPTS, safety and security, the profitability and availability of the UPTS, investment costs. Considering the possible solutions, the 6 alternatives were designed heuristically and compared with the current state (denotation of alternative W0). Based on the analysis, for the final considerations compared with the current alternative, 7 new solutions of the integrated urban public transportation in Cracow were adopted, denoted as: W1 (bus/rail alternative: integration of high-speed agglomeration rail with bus transportation), W2 (rail/tram/bus alternative: integration of high-speed agglomeration rail with tram and bus transport system), W3 (alternative with the underground: integration of the underground with high-speed agglomeration rail and with tram and bus transport system), W4 (tram/rail alternative: integration of high-speed agglomeration rail with tram transport), W5 (Tram alternative: integration of tram transport with bus transport), W5A (tram alternative: sub-alternative to the alternative W5, integration of tram transport), W6 (dual-mode tram alternative: integration of dual-mode tram transport). The variants of the scenarios for the urban public transportation system were generated by VISUM computer macro-simulation software. The computational experiment was carried out with the practical application of different Multiple Criteria Decision Aid/Making methods: AHP (Expert Choice program) and Electre III (software package Diviz).

Opis:
Industrial companies are linked with affiliated firms, suppliers and customers through the supply chains. Such chains operate within large-scale networks directly related to distribution and warehousing. In order to meet the market demands and customer new expectations, the various components of the supply chains have to be developed i.a. through implementation of the innovative vehicles, green and blue technologies. Moreover, modernization processes of transport and logistics system need to be resistant to crucial mistakes related to innovative solutions implementation in order to exclude domino effect occurrence. The authors attempt to build topology-based approach to the modernization of transport and logistics systems. It is assumed that each innovation application is the independent element-based coalition, possessing linked object structure. The results of multi-year researches demonstrate the offered approach as a useful tool to analyze innovative changes for obsolete transport and logistics system as hybrid structure. The ways of system structure transformation, as well as possible innovative effects are considered. The preliminary results have been obtained for compositions on meso-level for the case of marine propulsion modernisation. The paper is illustrated by various examples.
