    Opis:
    The aim of the study is to analyse and evaluate the state of preservation of residential and garden premises and their current use in the Janów commune (Silesian Voivodeship, Poland). The commune, having a huge landscape and natural potential, has at the same time four palace and park premises that are listed in the Registry of Objects of Cultural Heritage. They are located in: Bystrzanowice-Dwór, Czepurka, Złoty Potok and Żuraw. The objects’ history, current state and tourist potential, resulting from their presence in the commune, are presented. Tourism, as a tool of regional policy, facilitates professional insertion of local community. It also influences the region in terms of nature conservation, landscape quality and attention to monuments.
    Celem pracy jest analiza i waloryzacja stanu zachowania założeń rezydencjonalno-ogrodowych i ich obecne wykorzystanie, w gminie Janów (woj. Śląskie, Polska). Gmina ta, dysponująca ogromnym potencjałem krajobrazowo-przyrodniczym, posiada jednocześnie cztery, wpisane do rejestru zabytków założenia pałacowo-parkowe. Położone są one w miejscowościach: Bystrzanowice-Dwór, Czepurka, Złoty Potok i Żuraw. Przybliżona jest historia obiektów, stan aktualny oraz możliwości turystyczne wynikające z ich obecności na terenie gminy. Turystyka jako instrument polityki regionalnej umożliwia aktywizację lokalnej społeczności. Wpływa też na stan regionu w zakresie ochrony przyrody, jakości krajobrazu i dbałości o zabytki.

    Opis:
    The main purpose of studying the dynamics of the geometric parameters of the country's living premises is to determine the patterns of their transformation as a result of changes in the lifestyle of the population. An analysis of official statistical information presented in the reports on population censuses and inventory of residential premises conducted in recent years in Russia, Japan and the United States made it possible to identify the dependence of changes in the number and area of living premises on the direction of development of the property structure in the country. Despite the relative stability of the reproduction of the traditional spatial image of the country's living premises, the change in its characteristics also depends on the level and character of the distribution of housing provision among the population. In the 19th century, a wide variety of living conditions with a low level of housing provision for the population led to an increase in state support for the construction of housing, which made it possible to narrow the geometric parameters of housing under construction and increase the average level of provision in countries. With the increase in the economic opportunities of households, it becomes preferable to purchase housing in private ownership, which makes it possible to expand the variety of living conditions and increase the average provision of housing for the population. The complete privatization of dwellings, observed at the end of the 20th century, leads to the emergence of private rent, which narrows the geometric characteristics of the dwelling under construction and increases the uneven housing supply again. During periods of economic crises, there are noticeable shifts in the transformation of the spatial image of a dwelling, associated with the search for the highest quality geometric forms of a dwelling, which change the direction of its reproduction during periods of restoration.

    The article discusses the issue of the obligation on municipalities to provide temporary living quarters (temporary residential premises) to people who have not been granted the right to social housing or substitute accommodation by the court. This obligation, implemented as part of the municipality’s own task, has been characterised by a broad outline of its legal background and a practical presentation of the problems of managing municipal property resources. Statutorily prescribed ways of creating housing resources of the municipality contributed to presenting the discussed issues as one of the aspects of the management of municipal property resources.
    Artykuł omawia kwestię obowiązku gmin do udostępniania lokali tymczasowych, osobom, którym nie zostało przyznane, przez sąd, prawo do lokali socjalnych lub lokali zastępczych. Charakter tego obowiązku, realizowanego w ramach zadań własnych gminy, cechuje szeroki zakres jego prawnego tła i praktycznej prezentacji problemów związanych z zarządzaniem zasobami komunalnymi. Ustawowo określone sposoby tworzenia zasobów komunalnych gminy przyczyniły się do przedstawienia omawianych zagadnień, jako jeden z aspektów zarządzania zasobami komunalnymi i nieruchomościami.
