Opis:: This work introduces a method of building and using text models for the analysis and control of social objects. Social objects are groups of people united in informal organizations based on common interests and goals. The main tools to control social objects are information flows used by mass media. We examine different ways of using semantic parameters to analyze text models. This work contains research of implementation methods to monitor currently used social Internet networks and to provide feedback between the social objects and the control system.

Opis:: The article presents the current stage of development of the process of collecting data on the use of the environment by entities using environment and also identifies its weak areas. Setting up a central information system is suggested; its task would be to collect consistent data on emissions and to share the data with all stakeholders. Basic assumptions to be fulfilled by the system are proposed that would improve the task of reporting for operators as well as for those who collect and process data.

Opis:: The aim of this essay is to discuss the state of democracy in Western Europe in the light of an essential change in public spheres towards more dissonance, disconnection, and noise. It is argued that this condition is the unintended consequence of the co-occurrence of two long-term changes in contemporary societies: political culture changes in liberal democracy and changes in communication infrastructures. The interaction of the disruption of democracy and digital communication has implications for public spheres as opportunity structures for democratic speech and institutions. The dynamics of dissonant public spheres have created a new disinformation order, pushing new political actors and communication modes to the fore. These conditions threaten established patterns of authoritative information flows and public debate, which puts contemporarydemocracy under serious stress.

Opis:: The aim of the study presented in this paper is to analyze and evaluate the functioning of the internal transport and warehousing systems, in particular the flows of information in an enterprise and disturbances occurring during their implementation. The method of process mapping was used in order to conduct the study. The paper identifies the main entities (departments) active in the performance of the processes. The paper also presents the map of information flow processes and the dependencies occurring within it and discusses the information flow process map, as well. The solutions for identified problems during map processing were proposed.
Celem przedstawionych w artykule badań jest analiza i ocena funkcjonowania systemów transportów wewnętrznego i magazynowego, a w szczególności realizowanych przepływów informacyjnych zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwie, jak również zakłóceń, które występują w trakcie ich realizacji. Do przeprowadzenia badań wykorzystano metodę mapowania procesów. W artykule zidentyfikowano główne podmioty (działy) występujące w realizacji procesów. W artykule przedstawiono również mapę procesu przepływów informacyjnych i występujące w niej zależności. Omówiono zaprezentowaną mapę procesu przepływów informacyjnych omówiono. Zaproponowano rozwiązanie procesów problemów zidentyfikowanych w trakcie mapowania.

Opis:: The article describes the necessity and methodological peculiarities of strategic accounting. It is proved that the need for strategic accounting is due to the new information requests of large business for the effective implementation of business strategies. It shows the main characteristics and objects of strategic accounting, the main characteristics of the strategic accounting paradigm, which confirm the integrity and the need to develop a new accounting methodology. It proposes the conceptual approach to the construction of the strategic accounting system by creating accounting information streams aimed at information provision of strategic management. It is proved that considering the instability and inconsistency of the external macroeconomy in which the enterprises operate, the concept of external factors, risks, uncertainties, the concept of space and time fractals, decision making and forecasting is the basis of the conceptual structure of strategic accounting.
W artykule podjęto temat funkcji strategicznej rachunkowości zarządczej w przedsiębiorstwie oraz roli informacyjnej, jaką odgrywa ona w skutecznej realizacji strategii biznesowych. Pokazano główne cechy i podmioty strategicznej rachunkowości zarządczej, a także paradygmaty tej rachunkowości, potwierdzające jej integralność i wskazujące na potrzebę opracowania nowej metodologii rachunkowości. Zaproponowano koncepcyjne podejście do budowy strategicznego systemu rachunkowości w przedsiębiorstwie poprzez tworzenie przepływu informacji w celu wsparcia informacyjnego zarządzania strategicznego. Wskazano, że ze względu na niestabilność i brak spójności otoczenia makroekonomicznego przedsiębiorstwa koncepcja czynników zewnętrznych, ryzyka, niepewności, koncepcja fraktali przestrzennych i czasowych, podejmowania decyzji i prognozowania jest podstawą organizacji systemu strategicznej rachunkowości zarządczej.

Opis:: The paper presents a new Unified Modeling Language profiles devoted to modeling the architecture of the integration platform. The paper contains a description of the notations and languages of information systems architecture modeling, such as BPMN, UML, and SoaML. These notations and modeling languages do not provide a complete set of semantic structures necessary to present integration platform’s architecture. Therefore, a set of UML stereotypes was proposed which describes the needed additional semantic structures. These stereotypes have been grouped into two UML profiles, “UML Profile for Integration Platform” and “UML Profile for Integration Flows”. In the first profile, stereotypes relating to the structural elements of the integration platform were placed. The second profile contains stereotypes representing mediation mechanisms. The paper presents a new semantic extension of an activity diagram to model the mediation flows. Thus, it was proposed a new UML diagram: mediation flows diagram.
W artykule przedstawiono nowe profile języka Unified Modeling Language przeznaczone do modelowania architektury platformy integracyjnej. Artykuł zawiera opis notacji i języków modelowania architektury systemów informatycznych, takich jak: BPMN, UML, SoaML. Opisane notacje i języki modelowania nie dostarczają jednak pełnego zbioru konstrukcji semantycznych niezbędnych do przedstawienia architektury platformy integracyjnej. W związku z powyższym zaproponowano zbiór stereotypów języka UML opisujący wymagane dodatkowe konstrukcje znaczeniowe. Stereotypy te zostały pogrupowane w dwa profile języka UML: „UML Profile for Integration Platform” oraz „UML Profile for Integration Flows”. W pierwszym profilu umieszczono stereotypy odnoszące się do elementów struktury platformy integracyjnej. W drugim profilu umieszczono stereotypy odpowiadające mechanizmom mediacyjnym. W artykule przedstawiono nowe rozszerzenie semantyczne diagramu aktywności dla modelowania przepływów mediacyjnych. Zaproponowano w ten sposób nowy diagram języka UML: diagram przepływów mediacyjnych.
