    The aim of this study is to aid individuals in selecting the most suitable e wallet among five alternatives (Go Pay, OVO, Shopee Pay, DANA, and LinkAja) based on criteria such as Price and promotion, Ease of use, Features, Merchant availability, and Security. The research involved distributing questionnaires to 111 respondents via Google Forms and employed a quantitative approach utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. The findings revealed that Go Pay was ranked as the top e wallet alternative, followed by OVO, Shopee Pay, LinkAja, and DANA. This research is intended to serve as a valuable guide for users in making in-formed choices regarding the e wallet that aligns best with their preferences and needs.

    Background: Students are progressively creating fellow groups on social media for informal communication and learning. Students have groups for assistance, sharing and discussion. This research is carried out to explore the acceptance of fellow groups among students with the help of technology assessment model (TAM). Methods: Date was collected by the use of adepted questionnaire and elaborated by statistical methods with the help of SPSS 21. Results and conclusions: This Research model suggests that students are accepting evolvement of fellow groups in studies; perceived usefulness of groups and ease of use exhibit positive relationship towards attitude towards use. This research also identifies that perceived enjoyment of fellow groups strengthen the relationship of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude towards use.
    Wstęp: Studenci tworzą coraz więcej grup społecznych w mediach społecznościowych dla nieformalnej komunikacji oraz edukacji. Są to grupy wsparcia, pomocy oraz dyskusyjne. Celem tej pracy jest sprawdzenie poziomu akceptowalności grup społecznościowych studentów przy pomocy modelu TAM (technology assessment model). Metody: Dane zostały zebrane na podstawie przeprowadzonych ankiet i poddane analizie statystycznej za pomocą SPSS 21. Wyniki i wnioski: Model badawczy sugeruje, że studenci akceptują włączenie grup społecznościowych do procesu nauki, doceniają użyteczność tych grup oraz łatwość stosowania jak również nawiązywania relacji. Zidentyfikowano również zadowolenia ankietowanych osób ze wzmocnienia relacji pomiędzy uczestnikami grup oraz łatwego do nich dostępu.

    The situation in higher education at the end of the first quarter of 2020 was both a surprise and a challenge for the University students, teachers and authorities. No one nowadays questions the advantages of e-learning, but the awareness of existing limitations may contribute to better implementation of e-learning and finally lead to higher effectiveness. Every new technological solution, especially when implemented quickly and without any preparation, raises many technological and social problems. The aim of the research was to determine a change in the level of acceptance of e-learning at the University level, in the period 2020-2021. The conducted surveys on representative samples of students and teachers has confirmed a more open attitude of students towards e-learning, compared to the group of teachers. In students’ opinion, e-learning in particular saves time, enables flexible classes schedules and improves communication with teachers. Unfortunately, teachers were not as optimistic as students.
    Sytuacja w szkolnictwie wyższym na koniec I kwartału 2020 r. była zarówno zaskoczeniem, jak i wyzwaniem dla studentów, nauczycieli i władz Uczelni. Nikt w dzisiejszych czasach nie kwestionuje zalet e-learningu, ale świadomość istniejących ograniczeń może przyczynić się do lepszego wdrażania e-learningu i ostatecznie doprowadzić do większej efektywności. Każde nowe rozwiązanie technologiczne, zwłaszcza gdy jest wdrażane szybko i bez żadnego przygotowania, rodzi wiele problemów technologicznych i społecznych. Celem badań było określenie zmiany poziomu akceptacji e-learningu na poziomie Uczelni w latach 2020-2021. Przeprowadzone badania na reprezentatywnych próbach studentów i nauczycieli potwierdziły bardziej otwarty stosunek studentów do e-learningu w porównaniu z grupą nauczycieli. W opinii studentów e-learning w szczególności oszczędza czas, umożliwia elastyczne planowanie zajęć i usprawnia komunikację z nauczycielami. Niestety nauczyciele nie byli tak optymistyczni jak studenci.

    This study sought to examine the relationship between predictors of social media application usage; these constructs include usefulness, ease of use, effectiveness of collaboration and communication among communication sector of Saudi Arabia with moderating role of trust on tendency towards usage of social media tools as latest technology advancements. Self-administrated questionnaire was used for data collection from Saudi communication sector. Cross sectional research was conducted and participants were voluntarily participated and completed questionnaire. Relationships and proposed framework was examined by using SMART-PLS (Measurement Model, Structural Equation Model). Reliability, composite reliability and discriminate validity; further, hypothesis testing was examined in structural model and direct effect and indirect effects (moderating role) has been examined and found significant relation between constructs, but moderating role of trust was not significant. This study provides what is perhaps the first empirical test of the joint contribution of usefulness, ease of use, effective collaboration and communication with moderating role of trust on adoption and tendency of social media usage in Saudi context. In addition, the findings of the study extend the literature on tendency of social media usage.
    Badanie to miało na celu zbadanie związku między predyktorami użycia aplikacji społecznościowych; konstrukcje te obejmują użyteczność, łatwość użycia, skuteczność współpracy i komunikacji między sektorem komunikacji Arabii Saudyjskiej z moderującą rolą zaufania do tendencji do korzystania z narzędzi mediów społecznościowych jako najnowszych osiągnięć technologicznych. Do gromadzenia danych z saudyjskiego sektora komunikacji wykorzystano kwestionariusz samorządowy. Przeprowadzono badania przekrojowe, w których uczestnicy dobrowolnie wzięli udział i wypełnili kwestionariusz. Relacje i proponowane ramy zostały zbadane przy użyciu SMART-PLS (model pomiaru, model równań strukturalnych). Niezawodność, niezawodność złożona i dyskryminująca ważność; ponadto zbadano hipotezę w modelu strukturalnym, zbadano efekt bezpośredni i pośredni (rola moderująca) i stwierdzono znaczący związek między konstruktami, ale moderująca rola zaufania nie była znacząca. To badanie stanowi być może pierwszy test empiryczny wspólnego wkładu użyteczności, łatwości użytkowania, efektywnej współpracy i komunikacji z moderującą rolą zaufania w zakresie adopcji i tendencji korzystania z mediów społecznościowych w kontekście saudyjskim. Ponadto wyniki badania rozszerzają literaturę na temat tendencji korzystania z mediów społecznościowych.

    Background: Continuous change is a vital factor for organization’s sustainable growth and success. The implementation of modern information technology in business has become a core need of the hour. This study endeavours to answer how to cope with resistance to change when implementing new technology in the banking sector. A theoretical model has been developed with the blend of ADKAR change model, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Hofstede dimensions of national culture to investigate the impact of the ADKAR change model on Technology Acceptance under the moderation of two national culture’s dimensions. Materials and Methods: In order to collect data, 500 self-administered questionnaires were dropped personally in five major banks of five cities of Pakistan using the convenience-based employee intercept sampling technique. The validated response rate was 68% by having 340 fit questionnaires for analysis using covariance-based structure equation modelling with the help of SmartPLS. Results: The results uncover the significant existence of covariance between dimensions of the ADKAR change model and technology acceptance model. The findings are statistically significant, inferring the influential role of change management on technology adoption. Conclusion: The study results provide promising implications based on these conclusions and findings for both theoretical aspects of these different models and practitioners.

    Even though the digital payment methods are taking the intention of scholars nowadays as new trend to investigate it, there are still few studies that examine the consumer switching decision from the traditional way to digital way while performing the payments. Besides, the monetary market has some substitution effects; as users care about security, ease to use and the wide acceptance for the payment method they are using. The main aim of this research is to investigate the witching attitude and intention from the traditional payment by using the bank notes, debit or credit card or what called physical wallet to digital one by using mobile apps for doing payments. In total, 140 surveys were emailed to UNIKL business school’s staff, 98 questionnaires were returned fully answered and able to use. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are effective factors into consumer attitude towards switching. Moreover, the relation between the attitude and the intention is significant while the perceived risk pull down the level of this effect.
    Mimo, że metody płatności cyfrowych są obecnie przedmiotem badań naukowych jako nowy trend, wciąż niewiele jest badań, które analizowałyby zmianę decyzji konsumenta z tradycyjnego sposobu na cyfrowy w trakcie dokonywania płatności. Poza tym na rynku pieniężnym występują pewne efekty substytucyjne; ponieważ użytkownicy dbają o bezpieczeństwo, łatwość obsługi i szeroką akceptację dla używanej metody płatności. Głównym celem tych badań jest zbadanie zamiany i zamiaru od tradycyjnej płatności za pomocą banknotów, kart debetowych lub kredytowych, co nazywamy portfelem fizycznym, do portfela cyfrowego za pomocą płatniczych aplikacji mobilnych. Ogółem wysłano pocztą elektroniczną do pracowników UNIKL 140 e-maile z ankietami, zwrócono 98 pełnych odpowiedzi, które można było wykorzystać w badaniach. Wyniki pokazały, że postrzegana użyteczność i postrzegana łatwość użycia są czynnikami efektywnymi w nastawieniu konsumentów do zmiany. Ponadto relacja między postawą a intencją jest znacząca, a postrzegane ryzyko obniża poziom tego efektu.

    Celem artykułu było zbadanie związku między determinantami użycia aplikacji w mediach społecznościowych. Determinanty te obejmują: zarządzanie, użyteczność, łatwość użycia, skuteczność współpracy i komunikacji między sektorem komunikacyjnym Arabii Saudyjskiej z umiarkowaną rolą zaufania do tendencji do korzystania z narzędzi mediów społecznościowych jako najnowszych osiągnięć technologicznych. Do zbierania danych z saudyjskiego sektora komunikacji wykorzystano kwestionariusz badawczy. Relacje i proponowane ramy zostały zbadane przy użyciu SMART-PLS. Zbadano i stwierdzono znaczący związek między determinantami oraz umiarkowaną rola zaufania. Przyszłe badania powinny przeanalizować inne formy spontanicznych zachowań w miejscu pracy w relacji do korzystania z mediów społecznościowych. Badanie to stanowi prawdopodobnie pierwszy empiryczny test wspólnego wkładu w użyteczność, łatwość użycia, efektywnej współpracy i komunikacji z umiarkowaną rolą zaufania i tendencją korzystania z mediów społecznościowych w kontekście saudyjskim.
