Opis:
The development of the automotive industry is conditioned by the application of production technologies, which directly depend on production volumes. Today's development of car production is possible only in conjunction with the volume of production, ensuring both the parameters of assembly and production quality. Their constant monitoring is related to the application of the verification tools and technologies used. Such is the length measurement process that needs to be precise in the automotive industry. The paper analyzes the precision length measurement system and its dynamic characteristics. The research is applied to solve the problems of dynamic processes of a precision length measuring system, and the obtained results can be used in the development of precision systems for other purposes. The obtained results describe the vibrations of the length measuring system housing and the measuring head, which show the weak points of the system at the respective frequencies. The paper analyzes the precision length measurement system and its dynamic characteristics. Opis:
The nature of gas-geodynamic phenomena is so complicated and unpredictable that it forces the necessity of continuous search for new principles of identifying the outburst threat and ongoing monitoring of this threat with view of current conditions in the mine. After the incidents in JSW S.A, the mines carrying out works in seams threatened with outbursts, upon their own initiative introduced additional rigours and increased the frequency of measurements and tests regardless of the existing legal requirements. Incidents that have taken place in KWK “Budryk” in recent years show how important is continuous verification of knowledge related to the forecasting of the outburst threat on the basis of ongoing observations of works. The local occurrence of a zone characterized by high methane-bearing capacity in the coal seam, even after taking preventive measures and introducing additional rigorous did not allow for the complete elimination of gas-geodynamic phenomena and avoidance of danger to employed people.

Hot tensile tests were carried out on Timetal-125 and Timetal-LCB near beta Ti alloys at temperatures in range of 600-1000°C and constant strain rate of 0.1 s-1. At temperatures below 700-800°C, the homogenuous and total strains for Timetal-LCB were greater than those for Timetal-125. In contrast, at temperatures over 800°C, Timetal-125 showed better hot ductility. The yield point phenomena was observed in Timetal-LCB at all temperatures. Unlikely, for Timetal-125, it was observed only at temperatures over 800°C. The weaker yield point phenomena in Timetal-125 could be attributed to the negative effect of Al on the diffusion of V. At all temperatures Timetal-LCB exhibited higher strength than Timetal-125. It was found that there should be a direct relationship between the extent of yield point phenomena and strength and dynamic softening through hot tensile testing. It was observed that at temperatures beyond 800°C (beta phase field in both alloys) dynamic recrystallization can progress more in Timetal-125 than in Timetal-LCB. These results were in good agreement with the better hot ductility of Timetal-125 at high temperatures. At low temperatures, i.e. below 700-800°C, partial dynamic recrystallization occurs in beta and dynamic globularization in alpha phase. These processes progress more in Timetal-LCB than in Timetal-125.

In this paper we propose how available dataset can be used to estimate rerouting phenomena in traffic networks. We show how to look at set of paths observed during unexpected events to understand the rerouting phenomena. We use the information comply model [1] and propose its estimation method. We propose the likelihood formula and show how the theoretical and observed rerouting probabilities can be obtained. We conclude with illustrative example showing how a single observed path can be processes and what information it provides. Contrary to parallel paper [2] where rerouting phenomena is estimated using real traffic flow measures from Warsaw, here we use only synthetic data. The paper is organized as follows. First we elaborate on rerouting phenomena and define the traffic network, then we summarize the literature behind rerouting phenomena. We follow with a synthetic definition of dynamic traffic assignment needed to introduce ICM model in subsequent section. Based on that introduction we define the observations and propose estimation method based on them followed by illustrative example. Paper is summarized with conclusions and pointing of future directions.

In this paper we propose estimation procedure in which traffic flows resulting from rerouting model are matched with traffic flows observed during unexpected events. We show practical value of observing a entire cut-set of the transportation network and propose theoretical closed-form formulation of estimation problem for the rerouting model. We apply proposed framework on field-data from Warsaw bridges to observe rerouting phenomena. Most importantly we observed that: a) around 20% of affected traffic flow reroutes, b) rerouting flows are increasing in time, c) drivers show strategic capabilities, d) and maximize their utility while rerouting. All of the which were hypothesized in Information Comply Model (Kucharski et. al., 2014) and are now supported with field observations.
