    Sustainable development is a concept that appears more frequently in the context of urbanized cities. Rational management of city logistics and urban population change of consciousness becomes a priority. The purpose of this publication is to emphasize the need for changes in city logistics, to characterize the concept of sustainable transport and to present the results of research on: the views of residents of Podkarpacie on choosing alternatives to the car, and urban transport concept. The research process was conducted in two stages. The first stage of the research was conducted in 2014 within its scope included the study compared the inhabitants of Podkarpacie to sustainable forms of transport. The second stage of the study carried out in 2015 was designed to examine whether the implementation of Intelligent Public Transport Management System, has changed the ratio of respondents to sustainable transport.

    The main objective of the study was to develop a model supporting the process of quality management and technology in the supply chain. This model will be enough general and universal in nature that the guidelines will be able to implement various production companies. Assumptions of the model have been developed during the four-month research internship author of one of the largest and most advanced foundry in Poland pressure, Meta-Zel Company. According to the author developed model should significantly improve the functioning of enterprises of the metallurgical industry through: the construction of effective forms of customer communication, the realization of the logistics processes based on customer requirements, ensuring customer service at a high level.
    Głównym celem pracy było opracowanie modelu wspierającego proces zarządzania jakością i technologią w łańcuchu dostaw. Model ten będzie miał na tyle ogólny i uniwersalny charakter, że jego wytyczne będą mogły implementować różne przedsiębiorstwa prowadzące działalność produkcyjną. Założenia modelu zostały opracowane podczas czteromiesięcznego stażu naukowego autora w jednej z największych i najnowocześniejszych odlewni ciśnieniowych w Polsce, frimie Meta-Zel. Zdaniem autora opracowany model powinien znacząco usprawnić funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw z branży metalurgicznej poprzez: budowę skutecznych form komunikacji z klientem, realizację procesów logistycznych w oparciu o wymagania klienta, zagwarantowanie obsługi klienta na wysokim poziomie, itp.

    Improving the concept of supply chain management and consideration of the environmental aspects and impacts on it, is the basis for the development of enterprises operating in the textile industry. It should be emphasised that the issue of sustainable supply chain management, due to its inherent complexity, requires continuous analysis of the situation of internal and external decision-making and is burdened with greater or lesser risk concerning the choice of strategy and resource allocation. Therefore supply chain management should be supported by a variety of instruments to streamline organisational structures and processes. These activities should be planned in detail and adapted to the specific nature of the industry. With this in mind, the aim of this article is to develop guidelines for the concept of sustainable supply chain management in the textile industry.
    Doskonalenie koncepcji zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw i uwzględnianie w zarządzaniu nim aspektów środowiskowych jest podstawą rozwoju przedsiębiorstw działających w przemyśle włókienniczym. Podkreślenia wymaga fakt, że problematyka zrównoważonego zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw ze względu na swą złożoność wymaga ciągłej analizy funkcjonowania wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych procesów oraz podejmowania decyzji obarczonych mniejszym lub większym ryzkiem odnośnie wyboru strategii zarządzania i alokacji zasobów. Dlatego zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw powinno być wspierane przez szereg instrumentów usprawniających główne procesy w nim zachodzące. Ponadto musi być szczegółowo zaplanowane i powinno być dostosowane do specyfiki branży. Mając to na względzie, celem artykułu było opracowanie wytycznych ułatwiających wdrożenie koncepcji zrównoważonego zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw w przemyśle włókienniczym.

    This article addresses the issue of the impact of implementing a standardized quality management system on the functioning of organizations in the textile industry. An empirical research was carried out by the authors in 2017 on a group of small and medium enterprises operating in the textile industry in Poland and Slovakia. The main objective of the study was to determine the impact of standardized quality management systems on the functioning of small and medium-sized textile organizations. The research process and analysis of the results obtained allowed us to comment on the research questions and state that the following: the main prerequisites for textile organisations to implement quality management systems include internal factors that contribute to the improvement of customer management and customer management processes. Standardised quality management systems have a relatively significant impact on the improvement of key processes in enterprises.
    W artykule podjęto problematykę wpływu wdrożenia znormalizowanego systemu zarządzania jakością na funkcjonowanie organizacji w branży tekstylnej. Badania empiryczne zostały przeprowadzone przez autorów w 2017 roku na grupie małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw prowadzących działalność w branży tekstylnej na terenie Polski i Słowacji. Przeprowadzony proces badawczy oraz analiza uzyskanych wyników pozwoliły ustosunkować się do postawionych pytań badawczych i stwierdzić, że: do głównych przesłanek skłaniających organizacje z branży tekstylnej do wdrażania systemów zarządzania jakością można zaliczyć przesłanki o charakterze wewnętrznym przyczyniające się do usprawnienia procesów zarządzania i obsługi klienta ponadto znormalizowane systemy zarządzania jakością mają relatywnie duży wpływ na doskonalenie kluczowych procesów w przedsiębiorstwach prowadzących działalność w branży tekstylnej.

    Background: It is assumed that the future of quality management systems and Logistics is a technology and in particular its level of innovation and the ability to decrease the negative effects related to its improvement. Unquestionably attempt to integrate quality management and technology in the logistics subsystems requires a systemic approach to this issue. Therefore, the aim of the publication is to develop a model of quality management and logistics technology supporting production. Methods: Assumptions presented in the publication were developed during the four-month of author's scientific internship in one of the largest foundries pressures in Poland. During the internship, analyzed the functioning of the main logistics processes, and documentation of integrated quality management system. In addition, conducted a number of direct interviews with employees and management representatives. Results: The result of the work was to develop a comprehensive model of quality management and technology addressed to large manufacturing companies. The model is general in nature, therefore it is possible to implement it in a variety of manufacturing companies. Conclusions: Development and implementation of effective and efficient quality management system and technology to support the logistics of the production is a task extremely compiled and time-consuming. First of all, it requires the development of a generally accepted vision of the key processes in the organization focused on customers. In addition, it is worth paying attention to the costs associated with implementation and maintenance of standardized quality management systems and the development of technology, which may be too high especially for smaller organizations taking part in the supply chain. Of course, the implementation of the system is not only costs but also significant profits, manifested in minimizing the number of errors and inconsistencies, reducing the costs associated with quality control and poor quality sourced components in the growth of customer satisfaction and the level of competitiveness of the whole supply chain.
    Wstęp: Zakłada się, że przyszłością systemów zarządzania jakością i logistyką jest technologia a w szczególności poziom jej innowacyjności oraz umiejętność niwelowania negatywnych skutków związanych z jej doskonaleniem. Bezsprzecznie próba integracji zarządzania jakością i technologią w podsystemach logistycznych wymaga systemowego podejścia do tego zagadnienia. W związku z powyższym celem publikacji będzie opracowanie modelu zarządzania jakością i technologią wspierającego logistykę produkcji. Metody: Założenia modelu prezentowanego w publikacji zostały opracowane podczas czteromiesięcznego stażu naukowego autora w jednej z największych odlewni ciśnieniowych w Polsce. Podczas stażu dokonano analizy funkcjonowania głównych procesów logistycznych, oraz dokumentacji zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jakością. Ponadto przeprowadzono szereg wywiadów bezpośrednich z pracownikami i przedstawicielami kierownictwa. Wyniki: Wynikiem prac było opracowanie kompleksowego modelu zarządzania jakością i technologią adresowanego do dużych przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych. Model ma ogólny charakter w związku z tym istnieje możliwość jego implementacji w różnych przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych. Wnioski: Opracowanie i wdrożenie skutecznego i efektywnego systemu zarządzania jakością i technologią wspierającego logistykę produkcji jest zadaniem niezwykle skompilowanym i czasochłonnym. Przede wszystkim wymaga wypracowania jednej ogólnie akceptowanej wizji rozwoju kluczowych procesów w organizacji ukierunkowanej na klientów. Ponadto warto zwrócić uwagę na koszty związane z wdrożeniem i utrzymaniem znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania jakością oraz rozwojem technologii, które mogą okazać się zbyt wysokie zwłaszcza dla mniejszych organizacji współtworzących łańcuch dostaw. Oczywiście wdrożenie omawianego systemu to nie tylko koszty ale również znaczne profity, przejawiające się w: minimalizacji liczby braków i niezgodności, redukcji kosztów związanych z kontrolą jakości i niską jakością pozyskiwanych komponentów, we wzroście satysfakcji klienta oraz poziomu konkurencyjności całego łańcucha dostaw.

    Recent years have seen a dynamic growth of ecommerce. This links to technological developments, an increase in the number of people who have access to and actively use the Internet, and the use of mobile devices. The aim of the paper is to present the results of a questionnaire survey of the factors behind the development of e-commerce services. In an analysis of the factors behind the development of e-commerce services, note should be made of the customer’s needs which will be the core of their opinions. The paper analyses factors of development of e-commerce services such as: frequency of internet shopping, logistic aspects of e-commerce services, and the criteria for the evaluation of quality of e-commerce services based on customer satisfaction. The five aspects of logistics in e-commerce taken into consideration included reliability of the supply, completeness of the supply, shipping price, delivery time, and the choice of courier company. Besides, the paper defines the interdependence between the frequency of internet shopping and the logistic aspects of e-commerce. A hierarchy is also established of the degree of satisfaction as regards the quality criteria of e-commerce services. The analysis covers data from a questionnaire survey of 100 customers using ecommerce in Poland. The respondents were customers using e-commerce services aged between 20 and 24. The questionnaire was based on a five-point Likert-type scale of between 1 and 5. The survey was qualitative and nationwide. The analysis was done using the Statistica 10 software. The Pearson correlation was chosen from amongst the methods available to determine the impact between the surveyed variables. Firms that provide e-commerce services aim to fulfil the ever increasing needs and expectations of their customers. They attach a lot of importance to the quality of customer service which is demonstrated by the high scores awarded by the respondents.

    Opis:
    Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) supports a rotor by magnetic attractive forces, without any mechanical contact. The paper presents a field-circuit model of an active magnetic bearing including its control loop. The basic parameters of the active magnetic system has been obtained from a FEM analysis of an magnetic bearing actuator. The position control system is based on operation of the local conventional PID controller, which has been widely used in industrial applications of the active magnetic bearing systems. The parameters of the controller have been obtained with the use of the root locus method. The obtained simulation and experimental results are compared in case of lifting the rotor.
    Aktywne łożysko magnetyczne podtrzymuje wirnik magnetycznymi siłami przyciągania, bez kontaktu mechanicznego. Przedstawiono model obwodów magnetycznych aktywnego łożyska magnetycznego włącznie z jego pętla sterowania. Podstawowe parametry aktywnego układu magnetycznego otrzymano z analizy FEM (metoda elementów skończonych) aktuatora łożyska magnetycznego. System sterowania położeniem oparty jest na działaniu lokalnego konwencjonalnego sterownika PID, który był szeroko stosowany w przemysłowych zastosowaniach systemów z aktywnymi łożyskami magnetycznymi. Parametry sterownika otrzymano metodą miejsca geometrycznego pierwiastków (równania charakterystycznego układu). Otrzymana symulacja i wyniki doświadczalne są porównane dla przypadku lewitacji wirnika.

    In this paper, the new Modified Time Stepping Finite Element Method (MTSF) and Field- Circuit Method (FCM) for the inrusch current calculations of transformers have been presented. The computation time for MTSF and classical Time Stepping Finite Element Method (TSF) in 2D magnetic field analysis have been compared. The MTSF is about two times faster than the TSF method. We analyzed two constructions of the 1- phase transformers. The first one is amorphous modular core transformer (T1) and the second one is the conventional construction with laminated carbon steel core (T2). The comparision of the calculation and measurement results gives a good agreement.
