    Opis:
    An effective new method for solving inverse problems for 2-D systems is introduced using a modern combinatorial analysis. The combinatorial approach consists in the use of new computational tools constructed by authors of this paper during previous investigations in a field of combinatorics and the Fibonacci trigonometry. The formulation of numerical algorithms for solving direct and inverse problems of the 2-D systems is presented with special regard to identification problems. Also possible fields of application in technology and industry are indicated. Advantages of presented method are indicated. These are simplicity of calculations based on recurrence equations defining monic polynomials, high accuracy of calculations, and ease to implement it in the MATLAB language.

    The article presents the need to implement the principles of return logi- stics in municipal waste management, which in Poland is implemented by muni- cipalities as local government bodies. Municipalities have had a statutory obliga- tion since 2012 to develop waste management systems. According to specialists in logistics, municipal waste management systems should meet the requirements of logistics systems. For example, in terms of logistics, the waste management system in Warsaw was evaluated.

    The authors of the article examined the municipal waste management system in Poland in terms of the impact of European Union directives introducing a circular economy in the European Union countries. When assessing the functioning of the system, the social factor was taken into account, as municipal waste management has a significant impact on social life. For example, increasing costs of waste management, resulting in high increases in fees for garbage collection, cause opposition from residents. Lack of funds for the implementation of waste management tasks by municipalities may result in failure to comply with the obligatory recycling levels, which may result in imposing fines on the municipalities. In addition, recycling rates may not be met due to the coronavirus epidemy. It should be emphasized that, just as the introduction of municipal responsibility for waste management in 2012 was equated to a revolution called commonly the “junk revolution”, the conversion of the entire economy to a closed loop is an extremely difficult challenge for municipalities, as neglect of waste management may result in an ecological disaster.

    The article presents the model research on impacts exerted by means of transport on the structures. In modelling the dynamics of transport systems the dynamic properties of the ground forming the foundation soil for tracks or roadways have been taken into account. The ground has been modelled as an elastic half-space. The dynamics of an infinite mass band being in contact with an elastic half-space has been investigated. As part of the research on impacts exerted by means of transport on structures a model of a problem has been examined where an automotive vehicle, representing a concentrated force in motion, is in contact with a roadway described as a rigid body coupled with an elastic half-space. It has been demonstrated that a surface (Rayleigh) wave propagates in the ground, being a continuous (elastic) medium, and acts on a structure modelled as a rigid body. The research results have been presented in the form of vertical and horizontal transmittances of the ground for different frequencies of loading with different unit forces.

    The paper presents a study of the impact of means of transport on the environment taking into account the spread of vibrations from sources which are rail vehicles moving on tracts or motor vehicles moving on roads. Research has been done considering the dynamic properties of subsoil modeled by an elastic half-space. Also the paper presents the results of research the impact of means of transport on engineering objects. In these studies it takes into account that in a soil as a continuum center spreads Rayleigh surface wave acting on the engineering structures modeled by rigid body, which interacts with an elastic half-space.
    W pracy przedstawiono badania oddziaływania środków transportu na otoczenie biorąc pod uwagę rozprzestrzenianie się drgań od źródeł jakimi są przemieszczające się po torach pojazdy szynowe, a po drogach pojazdy samochodowe. W badaniach tych uwzględniono własności dynamiczne gruntu stanowiącego podłoże torów lub jezdni. Przyjęto model gruntu jako sprężystą półprzestrzeń. W pracy przedstawiono także wyniki badań wpływu oddziaływania środków transportu na obiekty inżynierskie. W badaniach tych uwzględniono, że w gruncie jako ośrodku ciągłym rozprzestrzenia się fala powierzchniowa Rayleigha oddziaływująca na obiekt inżynierski modelowany bryłą sztywną, która współdziała z półprzestrzenią sprężystą.
