Opis:
The article presents the problems encountered while completing the tasks related to the technical preparation of mortars. The first part describes the binding rules applied to determine the zero settings of the sight and the zero line of sight, and to check and define adjustments for the line of sight deviation. The paper presents a practical solution making it possible to verify quickly whether the determined zero settings are correct. The next part focuses on significant problems related to the determination of individual adjustments in subunits equipped with mortars. The final part contains a summary, conclusions drawn from the analysis and experience gained in practice during firing, and also the proposal of relevant solutions.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę planowania procesu produkcyjnego wyrobu innowacyjnego a w szczególności została przeprowadzona analiza zadań technicznego przygotowania produkcji TPP ukierunkowanych na automatyzację wybranych zadań planowania wyrobu innowacyjnego. Zwrócono uwagę na modułowość wyrobu, jako sposób na spełnienie indywidualnych wymagań klienta przy ponoszeniu niewielkich kosztów. Istnieje wiele sposobów udoskonalania istniejących rozwiązań prowadzących do satysfakcji klienta – literatura podaje między innymi metodę TRIZ, QFD. W artykule poddano analizie problematykę identyfikacji potrzeb klienta. Przedstawiono zagadnienia dekompozycji wyrobu. Zastosowanie koncepcji wyrobów modułowych wymaga opracowania modeli, które w uniwersalny sposób przedstawią strukturę wyrobu wraz z możliwymi alternatywami. W artykule przedstawiono model atrybutowy wyrobu. Zaproponowano zastosowanie metody QFD do identyfikacji wymagań klienta oraz określenia korelacji między wymaganiami klienta a cechami technicznymi wyrobu oraz korelacji między kolejnymi atrybutami generowanymi w ramach etapów TPP. Przedstawiono możliwość zastosowania sztucznych sieci neuronowych, jako metody generowania danych niezbędnych dla potrzeb planowania TPP wyrobu innowacyjnego. Zaproponowano regułową metodę oceny podobieństwa wyrobów.
Paper presents innovative product production planning issues, especially technical product preparation tasks focused on chosen data assessment ware taken into consideration. Product modularity was taking into consideration as a cost reduced method for customer particular needs fulfilment. There are a lot of methods applicable for product development – according to literature review TRIZ and QFD are especially promising. In the paper the customer needs analysis was presented. The product modularity issue was presented. The idea of product modularity needs product models, which taking into consideration product structure and modules alternatives. The product attribute model was presented in the paper. The QFD method was apply for customer needs identification and correlation analysis for product structure and another data created during production process preparation. Artificial neural network was used for innovative product planning data prediction. Rule based method product similarity assessment was applied.

W artykule przedstawiono – od strony procesów projektowania i przygotowania produkcji – charakterystykę tzw. środowisk produkcyjnych. Wskazano na znaczenie lokalizacji tzw. punktu rozdziału w łańcuchu dostaw i związane z tym problemy organizacji produkcji. Podkreślono konieczność szerokiego spojrzenia na organizację systemów produkcyjnych, mając na uwadze zarówno relacje produkt – proces, jak i charakterystyczne cechy poszczególnych metod zarządzania. Opierając się na przeprowadzonych badaniach, cele artykułu to przedstawienie środowisk produkcyjnych, ich charakterystyka dotycząca projektowania produktów oraz technicznego przygotowania produkcji, tj. działań kształtujących strukturę produktu i przebieg procesu produkcji.
In the article a characterization of so-called production environments was presented from the side of processes of designing and preparing the production. They pointed at the significance of the localization of the socolled point (decoupling point) of the division (decoupling of messages) in the supply chain and problems associated whit in of the industrial engineering. A need for the wide look at the organization of production systems was emphasized bearing on mind both relations product – the process as well as characteristics of individual management methods. Presenting production environments, shaping their characteristics concerning the products design and technical preparing the production, i.e. action based on conducted examinations is a purpose of the article the structure of the product and the course of production processes.

W artykule przedstawiono metodykę komputerowego wspomagania konstrukcyjnego przygotowania produkcji ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aspektów modelowania geometrycznego. Proponowana w pracy metodyka bazuje na zastosowaniu techniki konstrukcyjnych obiektów elementarnych. W pracy przedstawiono kolejne etapy implementacji proponowanej metodyki, tj.: od etapu tworzenia otwartej struktury konstrukcyjnych obiektów elementarnych po etap implementacji programowej. Ponadto przedstawiono model formalny MFCAD stanowiący bazę do podjęcia prac związanych z implementacją programową proponowanej metodyki. Zaprezentowano architekturę aplikacji komputerowej działającej w środowisku systemu klasy CAD/CAM - sytemu SIEMENS NX 7.5. Aplikacja napisana została z zastosowaniem języka wewnętrznego systemu NX - języka GRIP. Na obecnym etapie rozwoju metodyki oraz oprogramowania możliwe jest modelowanie geometrii elementów obrotowo symetrycznych, planowany jest jej rozwój w celu rozszerzenia pola aplikacji na inne klasy produktów.
In this paper a methodology of the design production preparation process taking geometric modelling aspects under special consideration is presented. The proposed methodology is based on application of the design feature technique. In the paper the methodology implementation stages, from the stage of an open structure preparation to the stage of programming implementation, are shown. Moreover, the formal model MF CAD which is a base for undertaking works connected with programming implementation of the proposed methodology is also presented. In the paper the architecture of a computer application working in the CAD/CAM system environment - NX 7.5 system environment is shown. This computer application was written in the internal NX system programming language - GRIP. At the current methodology development stage it is possible to model geometry of the rotational parts but further, development of the methodology in order to expand the application field to other products classes is planned.

The paper presents problems of technical product preparation tasks aimed at product selection and redesign for particular application supported by Al methods. The identification of customer needs was discussed, as well as the issues of product decomposition were presented. The QFD method was suggested to be applied as the product and process data integration tool, where the engineering characteristic of a product was combined with its trade characteristic. In the industrial product characteristic, the delivery time, which can be fixed with the use of graph based scheduling method, is particularly important. The paper shows that thanks to the application of KBS methods in production preparation it is possible to support decision making connected with product selection for particular use.
W pracy przedstawiono analizę zadań technicznego przygotowania produkcji (TPP) ukierunkowanych na dobór i adaptację wyrobu do danego zastosowania wspomaganą metodami Al. Analizie poddano zagadnienia identyfikacji potrzeb klienta. Omówiono zagadnienia dekompozycji wyrobu. Zastosowano metodę QFD jako narzędzia integracji danych z zakresu TPP. Charakterystykę techniczną wyrobu powiązano z charakterystyką handlową obejmującą m.in. termin realizacji. Wykazano, że zastosowanie metod KBS w przygotowaniu produkcji umożliwia wspomaganie decyzji w zakresie doboru wyrobu do danego zastosowania.

Significant changes in kumite tactics were verified after the 2013 International Judo Federation rule revision, which mandated that competitors initiate sparring immediately at match outset. The research contained in this paper focused on the re-gripping techniques which were affected by this rule revision, relating to the gripping targets, the use of cross gripping techniques, body rotation when executing throws, and the attacking patterns. In total, 372 men’s contests from the Judo Grand Slam Paris 2016 were analyzed using All Japan Judo Federation Science and Research Department SMART Edge system. Throws resulting in scores were identified and the preceding kumite tactics were analyzed. Re-gripping techniques resulted in significantly higher score rates than the no re-gripping techniques when competitors grabbed the place of the competition number, and the place(s) other than the collar and sleeve with at least one hand except the place of the competition number. Re-gripping the opponent and targeting the place of the competition number might facilitate scoring. Using the re-gripping techniques could make a variety of gripping targets effective to score. We emphasize the importance of classifying kumite techniques into two major patterns: re-gripping and no re-gripping techniques when coaching competitors for kumite tactics.

The aim of the paper is to analyse a terminological mechanism applied in choosing English words and phrases which are the basis for professional communication between airport aircraft mechanics of various nationalities. Correctly applied terminology facilitates successful communication and can contribute to reducing incidents arising from errors made during aircraft pre-flight preparation. Aircraft mechanics communicate not only by means of specialised terms and acronyms, but also by AECMA/ASD1 standardised Simplified Technical English for technical documentation purposes. Due to frequent text comprehension problems, common specific words have been selected according to the rule “one word – one meaning.” Furthermore, English grammar has been simplified for successful international communication between aircraft mechanics. Thus, a specific communication tool has been created and is currently in global use, which indirectly contributes to flight safety. The author presents common trends applied in the process of terms selection in the working environment. She also emphasises the necessity of using clear and concise terminology in aviation communication. The author’s observations can support aircraft mechanics’ language training, and terminological as well as translation work. The article familiarises the reader with some key concepts of aircraft maintenance terminology.

The article provides the results of studying the effect of 0.1, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and 10% aqueous suspensions of bottom ash and technical carbon on the germination vigor of the seeds of oil flax and the environmental safety of its use in terms of the content of heavy metals. Laboratory experiments were performed at the environment lab, field experiments – at the experimental field of the Kokshetau State University n.a. S. Ualikhanov. The laboratory germination vigor of the seeds, the length of seedlings, and the mesocotyl were determined according to the Interstate Standard Agricultural Seeds GOST 12038–844. In the field experiment on studying dosages of introducing the drug, the content of heavy metals was determined by the method of stripping voltammetry. The preparation is a mixture of bottom ash and technical carbon in the ratio of 2:1. It has been found that the use of a 5% aqueous suspension of the preparations contributes to increasing the laboratory germination to 97.0% (88% in the reference), the length of the mesocotyl to 80 mm (55 mm in the reference), the length of roots to 79 mm, and the weight of germinated seeds to 1.6 grams (in the reference, these values were 46 mm and 0.6 g, respectively). After the introduction of the preparation made of bottom ash and technical carbon at the dosages of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 kg/ha, the content of heavy metals insignificantly increases, compared to the reference, but does not exceed the permissible levels in the soil, in the stalks, and in the grains of oil flax; that is, the introduction of the preparation into the soil at the dosages of 100 – 500 kg/ha is ecologically safe. The experimental data have shown that the maximum effect is ensured by pre-sowing treatment of oil flax seeds with a 5% solution of aqueous suspension made of bottom ash and technical carbon, where the laboratory germination capacity of the seeds increased by 10.2%.

The subject of this article is to indicate the problems of preparing the first year of the firstdegree students for studying in "Management and Production Engineering", especially in the field of basic technical knowledge and "technical" thinking. The experiences and thoughts of authors, referred to the mentioned problem, as well as proposed teaching methods and evaluation measures are presented in the article on the example of a particular subject of studies, implemented at the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology, which is named as "Introduction to technology". The introductory part of the article shows the conditions and premises that were the starting point for the development of the above-mentioned program. Next, the second chapter, presents the content of the course and the rules of the student's credit for the subject matter covered by the lectures. Chapter 3 discusses the concept and manner of implementing in the design classes provided for in the program of the subject. Chapter 4 is a collection of practical observations and conclusions, related to conducting both lectures and laboratory classes and student credit. The proposals formulated in the summaries concern, in particular, the preparation of didactic materials for the area of education discussed in the article, but also the needs and possibilities of using the experiences presented in the article, also in the education of non-technical students.
Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest wskazanie problematyki przygotowania studentów pierwszego roku pierwszego stopnia studiów na kierunku „Zarządzanie i Inżynieria Produkcji”, zwłaszcza w zakresie podstawowej wiedzy technicznej oraz myślenia „technicznego”. Problem oraz proponowane środki i sposoby jego rozwiązania przedstawiono w artykule na przykładzie szczególnego przedmiotu, realizowanego na Wydziale Organizacji i Zarządzania Politechniki Śląskiej, którym jest „Wprowadzenie do techniki”. W części wprowadzającej artykułu pokazano uwarunkowania i przesłanki, które były punktem wyjścia dla opracowania programu ww. przedmiotu. W kolejnym, drugim rozdziale przedstawiono treści kształcenia oraz zasady zaliczania przez studentów przedmiotu w zakresie objętych wykładami. W rozdziale 3 omówiono koncepcję oraz sposób jej realizacji w zajęciach projektowych, przewidzianych w programie omawianego przedmiotu. Rozdział 4 to zbiór obserwacji, związany z prowadzeniem zarówno wykładów jak i zajęć laboratoryjnych oraz zaliczaniem przez studentów tych zajęć. Sformułowane w podsumowaniu propozycje dotyczą zwłaszcza przygotowania materiałów dydaktycznych do omawianego w artykule obszaru kształcenia, ale także – potrzeb i możliwości wykorzystania doświadczeń przedstawionych w artykule w kształceniu studentów na kierunkach nietechnicznych.

Są nimi, elektryczny podgrzewacz pojemnościowy, gazowy podgrzewacz pojemnościowy, pompa ciepła typu powietrze-woda oraz dwa zestawy solarne z kolektorem płaskim oraz próżniowym. Aby móc wybrać najkorzystniejszy obliczono zużycie energii końcowej do przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej a następnie przeprowadzono analizę techniczno-ekonomiczną w oparciu o metody dynamiczne takie jak LCC, PBP, NPV oraz IRR. W wyniku przeprowadzonych obliczeń wyłoniono system, który w perspektywie założonego 20-letniego okresu eksploatacji cechuje się najlepszymi wskaźnikami ekonomicznymi, a więc całkowite koszty przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej dla tego systemu będą najniższe. Najlepszym rozwiązaniem jest zastosowanie gazowego pojemnościowego ogrzewacza c.w.u, dla którego wartości wskaźników są najkorzystniejsze, a co najważniejsze inwestycja ta zwróci się po 4 latach. Zastosowanie pompy ciepła i zestawu solarnego z kolektorami płaskimi jest również dobrym rozwiązaniem jednak inwestycja w te urządzenia zwróci się dopiero po upływie 13-14 lat.
The paper presents a comparative analysis of five systems for hot water for a family of four. To select the best possible final energy consumption was calculated for the hot water and then carried out technical and economic analysis based on dynamic methods, such as LCC, PBP, NPV and IRR. As a result of the calculations it has been selected the system, which in the perspective of admitted 20-year period of use is characterized by the best economic indicators. Total costs of hot water for this system are the lowest. The best solution is to use a gas hot water heater capacitance, for which the index values are the best, and most importantly, this investment will return after 4 years. Application of heat pumps and solar set with flat collectors is a good solution, however, investment in these devices will return only after 13-14 years.

The article is devoted to the issue of determining the external factors influencing the effectiveness of the participation of students of basic secondary education in the external independent evaluation in terms of two administrative-territorial units representing different regions of Ukraine. The study is based on the results of a survey of eleventh-graders in Lviv and Zaporizhzhya regions on their attitudes and strategies for preparing for testing. The study also used generalized statistics on the effectiveness of the participation of students who took the survey in the external independent evaluation. Hypothesis tested, that the results of external independent evaluation of its participants depend linearly on such external factors as the strategy of preparation for external evaluation, the level of logistics of the process of preparation for home and the social status of parents who should finance additional investments in their children’s education. Strategies for preparation for external evaluation are combined into those that do not require (self-preparation and preparation during lessons), and those who need (tutoring and preparatory courses at higher education institutions), additional financial infusions from parents. It is proved that the linear relationship between the results of the EIT and the application of strategies for its preparation, which do not require financial injections, is not significant. There is a direct linear strong link between the results of the external independent evaluation and the strategy for preparing for testing (in our case, tutoring classes), which require the infusion of additional financial resources from the family. There is also a significant linear relationship between the results of testing students and the social status of their parents, who have the appropriate economic capital to finance the additional costs of preparing children for external evaluation. Tutoring is attended by 12% to 25% of students in Zaporizhzhya and 32% to 52% in Lviv. This is how we explain the difference between the average results of external evaluation in the two regions. Mathematical regression models have been developed, where the result is the average result of the external evaluation, and the factor characteristics are the percentage of students who work with a tutor, the average level of logistics of preparing students for external evaluation at home, social status of parents. Thus, it has been established that the economic capital of the family is one of the external factors in the effectiveness of students’ external independent assessment.
Стаття присвячена питанням визначення зовнішніх факторів впливу на ефективність участі учнів базової середньої освіти у зовнішньому незалежному оцінюванні в розрізі двох адміністративно-територіальних одиниць, що представляють різні регіони України. Дослідження базується на результатах опитування одинадцятикласників Львівської та Запорізької областей щодо їх ставлення та стратегії підготовки до тестування. У дослідженні також використано узагальнені статистичні дані щодо ефективності участі студентів, які проходили опитування у зовнішньому незалежному оцінюванні. Перевірено гіпотезу щодо наявності лінійної залежності результатів зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання його учасників від таких зовнішніх факторів, як стратегія підготовки до ЗНО, рівень матеріально-технічного забезпечення процесу підготовки до дому та соціальний статус батьків, які мають фінансувати додаткові інвестиції. у навчанні своїх дітей. Стратегії підготовки до ЗНО об’єднують у такі, що не потребують (самопідготовка та підготовка на уроках), і такі, що потребують (репетиторські та підготовчі курси у вищих навчальних закладах) додаткових фінансових вливань з боку батьків. Доведено, що лінійна залежність між результатами ЗНО та застосуванням стратегій його підготовки, які не потребують фінансових вливань, не є істотною. Між результатами зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання і стратегією підготовки до тестування (у нашому випадку репетиторських занять), які потребують вливання додаткових фінансових ресурсів від родини, існує прямий лінійний міцний зв’язок. Існує також суттєва лінійна залежність між результатами тестування учнів та соціальним статусом їхніх батьків, які мають відповідний економічний капітал для фінансування додаткових витрат на підготовку дітей до ЗНО. Репетиторів відвідують від 12% до 25% студентів у Запоріжжі та від 32% до 52% у Львові. Саме так ми пояснюємо різницю між середніми результатами ЗНО в двох регіонах. Розроблено математичні регресійні моделі, де результатом є середній результат ЗНО, а факторними характеристиками є відсоток учнів, які працюють з репетитором, середній рівень матеріально-технічного забезпечення підготовки учнів до ЗНО вдома, соціальний статус. батьків. Таким чином, встановлено, що економічний капітал сім’ї є одним із зовнішніх чинників ефективності зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання учнів.
