W artykule podjęta została próba konceptualizacji problematyki skuteczności
i użyteczności kształcenia jako operacyjnego ujęcia jakości kształcenia. Skuteczność
rozumiana jest jako stopień osiągnięcia celów edukacyjnych zrelatywizowanych
do społecznych funkcji edukacji, zaś użyteczność – jako korzyści związane
z realizacją tych funkcji, odnoszone przez jednostki i zbiorowości w wyniku
uczestnictwa w procesie edukacyjnym. Traktowane jako aspekty jakości kształcenia
skuteczność i użyteczność umieszczone zostały następnie w kontekście
ewaluacyjnym, którego elementami są: cele kształcenia, podmioty zainteresowane
kształceniem i ich oczekiwania, sfera normatywna (w zastosowaniu do problematyki
kształcenia) oraz obszary, sposoby i kierunki oceniania.
In the article, an attempt has been made to conceptualize the problems of effectiveness and usefulness within education by examining the quality of teaching from an operational perspective. The effectiveness of an educational aim is understood as being related to the social functions of education; usefulness is defined as benefits related to the realization of these functions and acquired by individuals and groups from the educational process. Effectiveness and usefulness, when treated as aspects of the quality of education, are placed in an evaluative context consisting of: the aims of education, objects concerned with training and expectations, the normative sphere (with respect to education problems) as well as areas, methods and directions of assessment. - Źródło:
