    The article elaborates on the condition of partial moral anomy in the academic environment, in Poland that not only weakens the ethical causal power of scientific staff, but also results in weakening social capital and also in pathologies in the process of scientific promotion. The narration has been subject to a metaphor of eggs (equivalent of types of scientific publications or a contradiction thereof) and their hatching in various types of hens breeding (scientific or pseudo academic schools) in order to sharpen the conditions and results of academic dishonesty and dysfunction and to notice problems in reviewing scientific degrees and titles’ dissertations.

    The aim of the analysis is to make readers aware of the scope and effects of the relationship between pedagogy as a science and the educational policy in Poland after 1989. In the first part of the article, the author has described the strategies of involving scientists in school reforms and provided their theoretical justification. According to the method of critical research of educational macropolitics, the author has investigated the links between the reform of the school system and the political and social doctrine of pedagogical supervision. In the second part, the author has criticized the policy applied by the authorities of right-wing parties towards the evaluation of scientific disciplines. The author has reached the conclusion that Polish general education and higher education will face a deep crisis both in the area of education and upbringing of young generations, and in the process of promoting and empowering the quality of research results conducted by universities deprived of high-class academic staff.

    The author presents the problem of theoretical „general” pedagogy in the post-modern world. It is expressed in the absence of "one" theory, one meta-language which is used to describe and explain basic concepts and processes. Moreover, it creates theoretical foundations for the development of detailed pedagogical sciences. Each attempt to set up a universal project or meta-narration becomes an unreasonable interpretation of phenomena or theories and the will to gain power. None of the individual interpretations can be superior to any others. There are no ‘better’ and ‘worse’ theories. I present new approaches to pedagogy as: - a science of pedagogical sciences (metapedagogy); - as comparative pedagogical thoughts;- as a meta-science, or the science of all sciences about upbringing and education.
    Autor podejmuje problem teoretyczności pedagogiki ogólnej w ponowoczesnym świecie, która wyraża się w braku „jednej” teorii, jednego metajęzyka do opisu i wyjaśniania podstawowych pojęć i procesów oraz do stworzenia teoretycznych fundamentów pod rozwój szczegółowych nauk pedagogicznych. Każda próba wyniesienia uniwersalnego projektu czy metanarracji staje się nieuprawomocnioną interpretacją zjawisk czy teorii oraz wolą zdobycia władzy. Żadna z pojedynczych ich interpretacji nie może być nadrzędna nad inną, nie ma też „lepszych” i „gorszych” teorii. Przedstawiam nowe podejścia do pedagogiki ogólnej jako: - nauki nauk pedagogicznych (metapedagogiki); - jako komparatystyki myśli pedagogicznej;- jako metanauki, czyli nauki wszystkich nauk o wychowaniu i kształceniu.

    Opis:
    The phenomenon of decreasing confidence and trust in academic environments is the subject-matter of my analysis. I observe one of the reasons for that in the fights of political elites, which tend to drag scientists into their political games. The instrumental utilisation of worldview disparities, religious activity, ideological and political preferences split scientific and academic staff, becoming the cause of antagonism among the representatives of social sciences and humanities. I write about pedagogy which is dependent on state affairs and included in activities firstly concentrating on gaining political power by a specific political formation, secondly – on maintaining it thanks to the system of national education, care, and upbringing.
