    Celem niniejszej publikacji jest przedstawienie zakresu zmian wprowadzonych w strukturach kadrowych przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych w ostatnich latach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem specyfiki procesów logistycznych. Praca składa się z dwóch części. Część pierwsza ukazuje zmiany w strukturze kadr przedsiębiorstw w okresie transformacji gospodarki. W części drugiej przedstawiono zmiany w gospodarowaniu zasobami kadrowymi w kontekście organizacji logistyki wewnętrznej przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych. Jako studium przypadku posłużyły przedsiębiorstwa przemysłów tradycyjnych - górnictwa i hutnictwa.
    The article show changes in manufacturing enterprises of traditional industries (metallurgy, coal-mine) in period 1990-2013. In first part of the article situation in enterprises before restructuring process and other management changes were presented. In second part of the article new situation was described. Changes in personnel capital were characterized in relations to changes in internal logistics process in steel plants and coal-mines. A lot of problems and changes were presented in the article for example changes in structure of employers, changes in organizational structures of enterprises and others.

    The article raised the problem of creating innovation and stimulating the creativity of enterprises as an important area of research. An attempt was made to define innovation and its types. It also indicated that the modern innovations are an important factor of development companies, determining its competitive advantage. Therefore, the aim is to understand the innovation through the prism of scale of the use of innovative solutions, including the conditions that contribute to their implementation.

    The author of the article presents the importance of using the principles of logistics management in practical activity of the water supply company. The main aim of the article is analyzing the principles of logistics management and evaluating their influence on the functioning of management of water supply company. The subject of research is “Sewage and Water Supply Company “WODNIK” Ltd in Jelenia Góra. To accomplish such a defined aim the following objectives have been expressed: (1) determining the characteristics of the principles of logistics management, (2) presenting the principles of logistics management in a section of concrete actions, processes and programs which support their implementation in the company S&WSC “Wodnik” Ltd, (3) defining the role of the principles of logistics management in the administration in S&WSC “Wodnik” Ltd. In the article, the thesis has been stated that using the principles of logistics management is a crucial factor, making the accomplishment of strategic, tactical and operative aims of the company easier. Data for the analysis were obtained from the company’s internal documents, observation and interviews with company management.

    With aid of ‘logistics’ term, we can assume that logistics of production is oriented on planning, organizing, leading and controlling the effective flow of materials and other cooperative elements required in the manufacturing process and respective information, beginning with supply warehouses, through all intermediary production facilities, and ending with warehouses for finished goods and the sales. According to such description of production logistics we can assume, that it does not cope with sole production in terms of performed technological tasks, but is concentrated on the organization of production system in terms of establishing conditions and performance of undisturbed and optimal flow for materials through all production processes. Managing the flow for materials in the production process is generally dependant from manufacturing profile, as well as from the level of organization and concept for company’s management. Production processes are dependant from type of manufacturing organization, what is understood as the level of specialization in the manufacturing cells and related level of stability in the manufacturing process. The purpose of this papers is description of supply chain management as the element of logistics and its functioning in logistic company.

    The market economy is, among other, characterized by the fact that businesses are able to respond promptly to market demands - customers. In practice, this means that the customer wants to have the goods at the location at a specific time and provided in adequate quality and price, which is determined by the market supply and demand. One of the options to increase business efficiency and competitiveness in general is to reduce production costs or the total cost. Logistics costs (in literature also referred to as "total costs") represent a very high proportion of these costs. They are part of the total cost, which greatly affect management of the company. The paper outlines the possibility of how these costs can be reduced, based on an analysis and using rationalization approach to the current state of the organization and its management, without requiring significant costs of implementing certain measures.
    Gospodarkę rynkową charakteryzuje między innymi fakt, że przedsiębiorstwa są w stanie natychmiast reagować na wymagania rynku - klientów. W praktyce oznacza to, że klient chce mieć towar w lokalizacji, w określonym czasie i dostarczony w odpowiedniej jakości i cenie, która jest określana przez podaż i popyt rynku. Jedną z możliwości zwiększenia wydajności biznesu i konkurencyjności jest zredukowanie kosztów produkcji lub kosztu całkowitego. Koszty logistyczne (w literaturze również określane jako „koszty całkowite“) stanowią bardzo wysoki odsetek tych kosztów. Są one częścią kosztu całkowitego, który w znacznym stopniu wpływa na zarządzanie firmą. W artykule nakreślono sposób, w jaki koszty te mogą zostać zredukowane, na podstawie analizy i wykorzystania podejścia racjonalizacyjnego do obecnego stanu organizacji i zarządzania nią, bez konieczności stosowania znaczących kosztów wdrożenia pewnych środków.

    Artykuł podejmuje problematykę logistyki zwrotnej jako instrumentu przewagi konkurencyjności w przedsiębiorstwach. Przedstawiono w nim czym zajmuje się logistyka zwrotów oraz jaki ma ona wpływ w poszczególnych gałęziach w przedsiębiorstwie. Omawiane są także elementy logistyki zwrotnej tworzące przewagę konkurencyjną. Przeanalizowano również temat efektywności ekonomicznej i ekologicznej logistyki zwrotnej w przedsiębiorstwie przy użyciu wskaźników pomiaru dla działań zwiększających efektywność surowcową dzięki logistyce odzysku.
    The article deals with the problem of reverse logistics as an instrument of competitive advantage in enterprises. It presents what logistics deals with and what impact it has in particular branches in the enterprise. The elements of reverse logistics that create a competitive advantage are also discussed. The subject of economic efficiency and ecological return logistics in the enterprise was also analyzed using measurement indicators for measures increasing resource efficiency thanks to recovery logistics.

    The article presents an example of the interference analysis of the logistics flows in selected production company. Appropriate analytical tools were used in the framework of article. As a result, this allowed to identify logistics flows disturbances and to define the sources of their occurrence.

    W pracy dokonano analizy kosztów logistyki w przedsiębiorstwach rolniczych w ujęciu procesualnym. Celem badań było zidentyfikowanie tych działań procesowych, w których optymalizowanie kosztów logistyki może wpłynąć na realizację strategicznych celów zrównoważonego rozwoju. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań ustalono szereg wskaźników kosztów logistyki dla przedsiębiorstw rolniczych, a także wykazano zróżnicowanie w tychże kosztach w zależności od rozłogu i stosowanych technologii.
    The work analyzes costs of logistics at farm companies in process terms. The purpose of the analysis was to identify the process activities, for which optimizing logistics costs could have effect on execution of strategic objectives of well-balanced development. As a result of the performed studies a number of indices of logistics costs were determined for farm companies, and diversity in these costs depending on runner and applied technology was demonstrated.

    Trade with the use of internet technology (e-commerce) provides new opportunities for expansion on a larger scale for already existing business entities and offers prospects for rapid development for new companies. This is possible due to the low entry barriers that encourage the sale of products. Online retail trade is gaining increased popularity in Poland. This article aims to analyze e-commerce development in Poland from 2010-2020. This analysis is based on data from the Central Statistical Office. The results of the analysis clearly show that the share of purchases made via the internet has been systematically growing from year to year. This growth contributes to the faster development of transport logistics, as well as the transport of the goods itself.

The logistics market is a specific market, it is still developing, first of all thanks to clients' requirements. In the article one has presented particular information systems implemented in the bus company „POLONUS”.

    The aim of the article is to analyze the logistics of organization of professional and student internships in a defence industry enterprise. The article highlights the conditions for their implementation in a specific legal environment for the production of military equipment and related services. The article presents a model view of the organization of internships at the Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna and their practical implementation in a defence industry enterprise on the example of Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia S.A. in Grudziądz.
