    Opis:
    Multidimensional transformation of the man, the society, economy, politics, science, education – and many others – is taking place practically everywhere and is affecting virtually everybody and everything, both directly and indirectly. The extent of this transformation is unprecedented and baffling almost as much as the information that Cyprus known as tax haven may go bankrupt. These powerful transformations, whether we wish it or not, have influence over the school. It often seems there are no wise heads here, as the scale of education, or rather pseudo education outside the rightful education system e.g. via Facebook, may be shocking for many parents who after some time are completely taken by surprise when they find out how their children get educated. I am certain, however, that we are responsible for our children’s education and for the condition of the future society. It will be certainly a slightly different society and a slightly different man but, in fact, our goal is to make them better not worse. Therefore we definitely have to undertake challenges, examine the situation and constantly look for a better school and didactics model. The Year of Janusz Korczak has ended. We have commemorated the Man who left his career to explore the world of children to build better contact with them, to create better didactics, to aid human growth. The whole concept of Janusz Korczak, PhD, is still fresh and inspiring. Certainly many great parents, teachers, thinkers ad children as well, in the depth of their hearts want a modern, multimedia-aided, and ethically better school. They want a better man an society where personalism will be the strength of the man and interpersonal communication will become the development dynamics. “Follow the living, reach the new life…” (A. Asnyk).

    Komunikacja to jedna z najważniejszych i absolutnie podstawowych czynności, jakie zachodzą w indywidualnym organizmie ludzkim i w organizmie społecznym. Jeśli „zaglądniemy” do najważniejszego ludzkiego narządu, centrum sterowania, jakim jest mózg, to komunikacja neuronalna jest absolutną podstawą jego funkcjonowania. Takie fakty wewnątrzczłowiecze można mnożyć w nieskończoność. Na początku więc nie jest samotność, ale komunikacja intrapersonalna, w środku człowieka, która przemienia samotność w pragnienie komunikacji interpersonalnej. Całość tworzy pewien system, ciągle nakręcający się – bogate wnętrze, z bogatą komunikacją pragnie komunikować się przez to, co zewnętrzne, z drugą osobą, o podobnym bogactwie tego, co wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne. Konsekwencją jest znów powrót do swojego wnętrza, gdzie osoba przeżywa, ubogaca i wzmacnia pragnienie zwracania się ku drugim, stając się permanentnie bardziej kreatywną. Całość tych procesów jest bardzo bogata, złożona i ciągle nie do końca odkryta, dziś podległa też nowym presjom i trudnościom, szczególnie nadmiarowi bodźców. Pragnę zaprosić Szanownego Czytelnika do poszukiwania ciągle lepszej komunikacji z sobą, jako osobą, z drugimi jako osobami, aby samotność nasycona komunikacją intrapersonalną prowadziła do ciągle bogatszej komunikacji interpersonalnej, czyniąc człowieka bardziej kreatywnym, a całość aby tworzyła organizm ludzki, w którym permanentna komunikacja wznosi społeczeństwo ciągle na wyższe poziomy kreatywności i etyczności.
    Communication is one of the most important and absolutely basic activities taking place in individual human bodies as well as in social organisms. If we “look into” the most important human organ – that is the brain – the neuron communication is an absolute basis of the brain activity. Such intrahuman facts can be multiplied. The beginning, therefore, is not loneliness but intrapersonal communication – inside the person – which transforms loneliness into a desire of interpersonal communication. The whole thing creates a certain system which is constantly growing – a rich inside, with its rich communication wants to communicate using what is outside with another person who possesses a similar richness of the inside and the outside. The consequence of this process is yet another comeback to one’s inside where a person experiences, enriches and reinforces his desire to turn to others and, therefore, he becomes permanently more creative. The entirety of these processes is very complex and not fully discovered; today it also experiences new pressures and difficulties, especially the excess of stimuli. I want to invite the Reader to search for better communication with oneself as a person and with others as persons, so that loneliness saturated with intrapersonal communication could lead to a richer interpersonal communication making an individual more creative and the whole to create a human organism, in which a permanent communication could elevate the society to higher levels of creativity and ethics.

W tej kwestii wydaje się, że iż badania są ciągle konieczne. Wielu nauczycieli z moich osobistych rozmów i wywiadów potwierdza potężny deficyt wiedzy o komunikacji interpersonalnej wśród rodziców a także trudność z jej asymilacją w życiu codziennym, z powodu między innymi tempa życia i przeniesienia komunikacji w komunikację zapośredniczoną medialnie. Promowanie i permanentny trening komunikacji interpersonalnej od najmłodszych lat przez rodziców i nauczycieli z dziećmi i uczniami, a także między sobą to nadzieja na uratowanie esencji człowieczeństwa i społeczeństwa.
    The realization of a human (Latin res - a thing), especially of a child, that is encircling the material world on a large scale, especially media gadgets, is currently one of the greatest psychological and pedagogical problems and one of the greatest challenges.The world of things is also a beautiful world, today also the world of multimedia, which help a lot in everyday life, especially in the context of a pandemic, but at the same time, all this requires great wisdom not to destroy the world of priceless interpersonal relationships - interpersonal, direct, face to face, closeness that are especially important and invaluable for the proper development of a child and every human being, always and everywhere.The aim of this research is to draw attention to the above problem and to mobilize in particular to promote and strengthen super-important and absolutely necessary direct interpersonal relations, in which there is a serious deficit. In this regard, it seems that research is still necessary. Many teachers from my personal conversations and interviews confirm a huge deficit of knowledge about interpersonal communication among parents as well as the difficulty of assimilating it in everyday life, due to, among other things, the pace of life and the transfer of communication into media-mediated communication. The promotion and permanent training of interpersonal communication from an early age by parents and teachers with children and students, as well as with each other, is a hope for saving the essence of humanity and society.
