    Opis:
    This paper aims to present the views (supported by the latest scientific research) on the relationship between an individual’s musical development and language acquisition. This paper also describes the challenges that experts in early education must face. The analysis of the relationship between musical development and language acquisition begins with the discussion (based primarily on the works by John A. Slobody, Aniruddh Patel, and Edwin E. Gordon) on what is similar and what is different where music and language are concerned. Further, models of both musical and language development (by Anthony Brandt, Molly Gebrian and L. Robert Slevc) as well as children’s early acquisition of both music and language are all described. Sharing the view that the two processes may be regarded as parallel, i.e. that of children’s musical development and that of their first language acquisition, and taking into consideration that the processes differ, the present author addresses the related challenges for the early education and indicates the concept of social constructivism (by L.S. Vygotsky) as the most relevant paradigm for the language and musical education.

    The aim of the article is to systematize the achievements in the theoretical foundations of selecteddevelopment concepts in relation to the development of territorial units located in rural peripheral areas andconcepts useful in the diagnosis and management of local development. The work reviews the concept of socio-economic development: sustainable, multifunctional, neo-endogenous, intelligent and inclusive, and the conceptof path dependency, resilience and territorial approach as a concept referring to diagnosis and developmentmanagement. Sustainable development was considered a superior concept, which results from the axiologicalpotential – the concept of development adopting an over-centric value system as an axiological foundation. Atthe same time, it was recognized that the local system (with economic periphery features) lacking sufficient ownpotential requires intervention by public authorities, which, through the implementation of specific policies,should stimulate the stimulation of endogenous potential. On the other hand, the operationalization of the smartvillages concept makes it possible to identify rural growth poles, in relation to which the support should beaimed at increasing their supralocal influence.

    Family businesses are an important part of every economy. They are characterized by long traditions that combine aspects such as trust and reliability, as well as by features such as innovativeness, foresight, long-term focus and flexibility. Both family businesses and the entrepreneurial families themselves do have some weaknesses and face current challenges like digitization, internationalization and demographic change. These issues must be kept in mind in order to constantly develop appropriate solutions that will help them survive and thrive in the market. Moreover, the high relevance of the family in a family business is associated with opportunities – for example, when a family strategy with clear values, roles and goals is defined, and a so called family business governance is developed.

    The family is often identified as the place where the future of society is guaranteed or destroyed. As the current family is obviously shifting in many regards in contemporary society the traditional educational responsibilities of the family are challenged. The educational mission of the family supposes intensive and ongoing work with the parents. What parents experience and learn becomes the living source for the pedagogical journey with their children. The author of this article explores various aspects of the new situation of education within the family in XXI century.     The present article summarises the specialised literature related to foundation of logopaedics and the key stages of its development in Bulgaria. Five main stages in development have been identified: the first “pseudo-medical” period, the second period marked by first individual steps, the third period of formative years (<1900–1945), the processing period (1945–1989), and the contemporary transition period (1989–present). Challenges from a Global European Union Perspective are also described and analysed. Students training in the field of logopaedics as well as research and international collaboration are an essential part of the article. It could be said that the history of the discipline and education in logopaedics in Bulgaria is a relatively young yet dynamic and growing field.

    In the era of technological development and increasing demand for creativity and innovation, expectations placed on education in this respect are growing (or should grow). In addition to numerous competencies, including intellectual or social ones, one should expect that school will develop students’ abilities to think independently, criticise, conclude, design, or programme, i.e. skills connected with and contributing to human creativity. The article analyses how school deals with this challenge. It attempts to establish whether and how school develops students’ potential in this area. The article shows how important it is to care for the development of the attitude of openness and creativity in contemporary people. It also attempts to formulate expectations for education and simultaneously contrasts them with the current reality of schools. The author aims to show what possibilities school has in this respect, how they are used, and in what areas time is wasted in children’s and adolescents’ development.
    W dobie rozwoju technologicznego, wzrostu zapotrzebowania na kreatywność, innowacyjność, rosną (bądź też powinny rosnąć) w tym względzie oczekiwania wobec edukacji. Obok licznych kompetencji m. in.: intelektualnych czy społecznych, powinniśmy oczekiwać, że szkoła rozwinie w uczniach także umiejętność samodzielnego myślenia, krytycyzmu, wnioskowania, projektowania, programowania, a to umiejętności w różny sposób związane i składające się na kreatywność człowieka. W artykule postawiono pytanie, jak szkoła radzi sobie z takim wyzwaniem? Czy i jak rozwija w tym zakresie potencjał uczących się? Artykuł ukazuje znaczenie troski o rozwijanie postawy otwartości, kreatywności u współczesnych ludzi i stanowi próbę sformułowania oczekiwań wobec edukacji z jednoczesnym zestawieniem ich z aktualną, szkolną rzeczywistością. Autorka stara się ukazać, jakie są w tym względzie możliwości szkoły, jak są wykorzystywane, a w jakich obszarach trwoniony jest cenny czas w rozwoju dzieci i młodzieży.

    The aim of the paper is to draw attention to risks and challenges faced by the national grid infrastructure both in the area of transmission and distribution. The study presents the characteristics of the network grid in the area of transmission and distribution. The threats concerning the transmission and distribution infrastructure were also discussed. Both the national transmission and the distribution grids are adapted to presently occurring typical conditions of the demand on electricity and to the execution of internal tasks in normal states, but they may pose a potential threat to the security of the energy supplies. In the context of the forecasted future growth of the electricity demand, the insufficient capacity of the National Power System in domestic sources and sources available through interconnections, the uneven distribution of sources and customers with the lack of adequate grid transmission capacity, the necessity to improve the quality and reliability of energy supply to end users and to intensively develop renewable energy sources, the current grid infrastructure in the area of transmission and distribution will be insufficient. It will be necessary to expand and modernize the 400 and 220 kV transmission grid, the 110 kV distribution grid, in large urban agglomerations in particular, the MV distribution grid in rural areas in particular, and to implement investments aimed at increasing the export and import capacities of the National Power System. The paper presents challenges faced by transmission and distribution system operators. They mainly concern the field of investments and the area related to the preparation and implementation of investments in the grid. These challenges result from national legislation which is inappropriate and imposes many legal and administrative barriers substantially limiting the speed and effectiveness of the investment process.
    Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na zagrożenia i wyzwania stojące przed krajową infrastrukturą sieciową zarówno w obszarze przesyłu, jak i dystrybucji. W opracowaniu przedstawiono charakterystykę infrastruktury sieciowej w obszarze przesyłu i dystrybucji. Omówiono zagrożenia dotyczące infrastruktury przesyłowej i dystrybucyjnej. Zarówno krajowa sieć przesyłowa, jak i dystrybucyjna jest przystosowana do występujących obecnie typowych warunków zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną i realizacji wewnętrznych zadań w stanach normalnych, ale może stwarzać potencjalne zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa dostaw energii elektrycznej. W kontekście prognozowanego wzrostu zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną w przyszłości, niedostatecznej mocy w Krajowym Systemie Elektroenergetycznym w źródłach krajowych i dostępnej poprzez połączenia międzysystemowe, nierównomiernego rozłożenia źródeł i odbiorów przy braku odpowiednich zdolności przesyłowych sieci, konieczności poprawy jakości i niezawodności dostawy energii do odbiorców końcowych oraz intensywnego rozwoju odnawialnych źródeł energii obecna infrastruktura sieciowa w obszarze przesyłu i dystrybucji będzie niewystarczająca. Konieczna stanie się rozbudowa i modernizacja sieci przesyłowej 400 i 220 kV, sieci dystrybucyjnej 110 kV szczególnie w obszarze dużych aglomeracji miejskich, sieci dystrybucyjnych SN szczególnie na obszarach wiejskich oraz realizacja inwestycji mających na celu zwiększenie możliwości eksportowo-importowych Krajowego Systemu Elektroenergetycznego. Przedstawiono wyzwania, jakie stoją przed operatorami systemu przesyłowego i systemów dystrybucyjnych. Dotyczą one głównie sfery inwestycyjnej i obszaru związanego z przygotowaniem i realizacją inwestycji sieciowych. Wyzwania te wynikają z krajowych uregulowań prawnych, które są niewłaściwe i wprowadzają wiele barier prawnych i administracyjnych skutecznie ograniczających szybkość i efektywność procesu inwestycyjnego.

    Podjęty temat jest niezwykle istotny z punktu zmian, jakie zachodzą we współczesnej rze-czywistości. Przede wszystkim należy zauważyć, że pomimo iż mówimy o niespotykanym dotąd „skoku cywilizacyjnym”, szansie, której nie miały wcześniejsze pokolenia i o społeczeństwie wiedzy, to właśnie dzisiaj, jak nigdy przedtem, dotkliwie dotykamy stanu permanentnych prze-mian i kryzysu fundamentalnych wartości. Pytania, kim jesteśmy i dokąd zmierzamy – jak nigdy wcześniej – są aktualne i wymagają pogłębionych teorii, refleksji w zakresie akceptacji i wyboru. Mechanizmy, które współcześnie funkcjonują – wydawałoby się, że takie same, ale z niespotykaną dotąd siłą – oddziałują na świadomość, utrwalają nierówności społeczno-ekonomiczne i dzielą świat na ten, który „ma jedzenie” i który „jest jedzeniem”. Jak stwierdził M. Wańkowicz: łąki chorują od wysokich traw, a narody (społeczeństwa) od inteligencji. A dzisiaj to właśnie nauka – jak nigdy wcześniej – umożliwia utrwalanie chaosu i nieładu, gdyż – podporządkowana demolatrii – charakteryzuje się brakiem jednoznacznych i przejrzystych definicji i podziałów oraz opraco-wywaniem pseudo koncepcji rozwoju na doraźny użytek. Skutkuje to tym, że te same kategorie są używane dowolnie, definiowane na własne potrzeby (także potrzeby różnych koncepcji), są różnie interpretowane, rozumiane. Owa „nowomowa” sprawia, że brak dzisiaj jednolitych koncepcji teoretycznych. Zdarza się też, że te same pojęcia i sformułowania występujące w odmiennych koncepcjach, są przeciwstawnie rozumiane – a to rodzi chaos. Zagadnienie koncepcji rozwoju oraz dylematy i wyzwania z nim związane stanowią przed-miot badań dla nauki, ale także dla praktyki. Z jednej strony zagadnienie wybory koncepcji rozwo-ju w ujęciu makro rzeczywistości wydaje się być oczywiste, z drugiej strony zarówno w nauce zagadnienie to jest rzadko podejmowane, a w praktyce istnieje niewiele rozwiązań w tym obsza-rze, często o dyskusyjnej jakości. Niestety, polityka gospodarcza jako nauka odeszła dziś do nau-kowego i praktycznego lamusa. W artykule przyjmuje się założenie, że wybór koncepcji rozwoju dla budowania pomyślności kra-ju jest wyborem strategicznym. W wyborze koncepcji rozwoju w okresie transformacji kluczowymi są: wybór pomiędzy koncepcją przyjętą z zewnątrz bądź budowaną oddolnie; koncepcją wybraną ze zbioru koncepcji opartych na zrównoważeniu bądź koncepcją wybraną ze zbioru koncepcji opartych na niezrównoważeniem. Z pozoru wybór jest oczywisty, jednakże w praktyce istnieje niezgodność pomiędzy tym co się myśli, tym co się mówi i tym co się wy-biera – także w obszarze wyboru, deklaracji i realizacji przyjętej koncepcji; dylemat ile suwerenności, a ile integracji w wymiarze gospodarczym, społecznym i instytucjo-nalnym? Trzeba mieć świadomość, że każdą koncepcję rozwoju można przyjąć bądź odrzucić, a jej wybór jest składową wielu czynników, w których najistotniejsze to wiedza, odpowiedzialność, wartości i przyzwoitość. Wybór pomiędzy zrównoważeniem a nierównowagą oraz integracją i suwerennością należy do fundamentalnych wyborów. Realnym urzeczywistnianiem wyboru między zrównoważeniem a niezrównoważeniem oraz integracją i suwerennością są: zagospodaro-wanie popytu oraz zagospodarowanie podaży.
    The subject of a paper is crucial because of changes that occur in nowadays reality. It is worth emphasizing that although we observe the civilizational progress without precedence in a history and opportunities that did not have the previous generations, and knowledge society development, we face more striking than ever before, the permanent change and crisis of funda-mental values. The questions who we are? and where we go to?, as never before, are actual and require intensified theories, and reflection about the acceptance and choice. The nowadays mecha-nisms that seams similar to those observed in the past, however, much stronger perpetuate the social inequalities and divide the world in to two parts, the one that has a food, and the second that is a food the M. Wańkowicz said that: meadow suffer from high grass and nations (societies) from intelligence. And today, as never before, makes possible to perpetuate the chaos and disorder, because being determined by demotria, it is characterized by the lack of unambiguous and transparent definitions and classifications, and elaboration quasi-concepts of development for ad hoc use. In result, the same categories are being used arbitrary, defined on individual purpose, interpreted and understood in a vari-ous way. Consequently, there is lack of unified concepts. It happens that similar term and expressions are common in different concepts, are various perceived, and this causes a chaos. Problem of concept of development and dilemmas related to them are subjects for scientific research and praxis. On one hand selection of concept of development in some macroeconomic reality is obvious, on the other – in scientific analysis this problem is rear, and in praxis there is a few solution in that respect. Unfortunately, economic policy as a science has been pushed to the scientific and practical background. The article is based on a assumption that choice of development concept for creation of for-tune of a country is of strategic nature. selection of development concept under the condition of transition depends on the following: choice between the concept accepted from outside and built bottom-up, concept selected among the sustained or un-sustained concepts. Seemingly, the choice is obvi-ous. however in praxis there is misunderstanding between thinking, expressions and choices. It referrers to the selection, acceptance and introduction of accepted concept, dilemma about the sovereignty and integration in economic, social and institutional dimen-sions? It is worth to consider that each of development concept might be accepted or rejected, and its selection depends on number of factors, among which the knowledge, responsibility, values and fairness are crucial. the choice between sustainability and inbalance, between integration and sovereignty are of fundamental nature. It refers especially to utilization of demand and supply.

    John Paul II in his writings repeatedly pointed to the problems that affect both individual man and entire nations. The twentieth anniversary of Pope Paul VIʼs encyclical Populorum Progressio has become an opportunity for John Paul II to document the predicament of his predecessor to analyze the pains of the modern world. One of the most serious problems of world-wide perceived by the pope in the mid-eighties of the twentieth century in the encyclical Sollicitudo rei socialis was the so- Social question. The number of countries on the way of development far exceeded the number of developed countries, economic and cultural gap between the south and north so called. The south was still deepening. The key to resolving this global crisis is, according to John Paul II, the interpersonal and international solidarity. According to the Pope, only through mutual multidimensional and multifaceted assistance and cooper-ation is the integral development of every individual and the development of entire nations and states.

    A partir de tres ejemplos latinoamericanos, propongo poner a prueba la noción paradigmática de “multisitio” a través del patrimonio alimentario. Tras recordar los antecedentes culturales e históricos de esta última en Europa y América Latina, analizaré una primera serie de tensiones entre el “patrimonio establecido” y el “patrimonio ordinario”. El fenómeno de la contestación (Bolivia) que el patrimonio alimentario genera entre las poblaciones más modestas muestra la gran diversidad de sus significados y usos según los contextos y las problemáticas locales. A continuación, destacaré el carácter potencialmente conflictivo de las relaciones entre los distintos actores del patrimonio, el turismo gastronómico y el desarrollo. Comenzaré con el ejemplo de las “cocineras tradicionales” y las “rutas gastronómicas” en México. Sobre estas bases, se discutirán las contribuciones y limitaciones del enfoque multisituado y sus implicaciones para el trabajo etnográfico sobre el patrimonio alimentario. Volveré, en particular, sobre las condiciones de su aplicación, volviendo a las diferencias que muestra con la perspectiva comparativa, el análisis transnacional y el análisis “glocal”. Finalmente, se propondrán algunas pistas teóricas y metodológicas de reflexión para la antropología crítica de la patrimonialización de la alimentación.
    Through three Latin American examples, the paradigmatic notion of “multi-sited ethnography” is put to the test in relation to food heritage. After recalling its cultural and historical antecedents in Europe and Latin America, a first set of tensions between “institutionalized heritage” and “ordinary heritage” are analyzed. The phenomena of contestation (Bolivia) that food heritage produces among the most modest populations shows that the wide range of its meanings and uses depend on the context and local issues. Consequently, the potentially contentious relationships between various actors within heritage, gastronomic tourism, and development are highlighted. For this purpose, the example of “female traditional cooks” and “gastronomic routes” in Mexico is used as a starting point. Through these examples, the advantages and limitations of the multi-sited approach and its implications for ethnographic work on food heritage are discussed. Specifically, emphasis is put on the conditions of its implementation by revisiting how it differs from the comparative approach, transnationalization and “glocal” analysis. Finally, some theoretical and methodological avenues for further exploration in the critical anthropology of food heritagization are suggested.
