    In the first section the article presents the three main dimensions of conscience.There is no doubt that the primary dimension is the dimension ofindividual conscience. It is the “guardian of the integrity of” moral person(E. Fromm). It is so closely associated with the self-consciousness of peoplethat acting against the judgment of conscience, a man acts against himself.Conscience is also “a window on what is common” (Joseph Ratzinger), tomoral truth, what is the revelation of the objective dimension of conscience.Finally, it is important religious dimension. It manifests itself in definingconscience as the voice of God.In the second section the author analyzes the key element of the contemporarydispute about conscience that is his relationship to authority, boththe state and the church. There is no doubt that state law should respect thefreedom of conscience of citizens and, in situations of serious conflicts –provide the opportunity to invoke the conscience clause. In contrast to thepluralistic society ecclesial community has the right to have moral convictionsstemming form faith, which are crucial to belong to the individualreligious community. This does not invalidate in any way the importance ofconscience, which remains the final court (although not the highest standard,which is God) of moral action.

    The article aims to present a model of education involving blind and visually impaired children in pre-school and school institutions in accordance with the strategy of standardization and the objectives of contemporarypedagogy for visual impairment. The paper explains the importance of basic didactic-methodological, organizational and social conditions and also underlines the role of early development support for the quality of inclusion of children with visual disabilities in the public education system.
    Artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie modelu edukacji włączającej dzieci niewidome i słabowidzące w placówkach przedszkolnych i szkolnych, zgodnie ze strategią normalizacji i założeniami współczesnej tyflopedagogiki. Wyjaśnia znaczenie podstawowych uwarunkowań dydaktyczno-metodycznych, organizacyjnych i społecznych oraz podkreśla rolę wczesnego wspomagania rozwoju dla jakości inkluzji dzieci z niepełnosprawnością wzroku w systemie kształcenia ogólnodostępnego.

    System prewencyjny, który przez samego św. Jana Bosko nie został nazwany teorią, koncepcją, ale właśnie systemem, powstał jako odpowiedź na potrzeby wychowawcze związane z konkretnym środowiskiem XIX wieku we Włoszech. Służył wychowywaniu pokoleń młodzieży w niepowtarzalnym stylu opartym na rozumie, religii, dialogu, miłości wychowawczej. W 200-lecie urodzin ks. Jana Bosko można stwierdzić, że zasady jego pedagogiki powiązane są nie tylko z przeszłością. Oryginalne wartości tkwiące w systemie prewencyjnym wymagają pogłębienia, przystosowania oraz umiejętnej i odważnej odnowy ze względu na zmieniony kontekst społeczny, wychowawczy i duszpasterski.
    The preventive system, which was not specified as a theory or concept by John Bosco himself, but precisely as a „system”, was created as a response to the educational needs related to the specific environment of 19th century Italy. He raised generations of youth in his unique style based on reason, religion, dialogue, and educational love. With the 200th anniversary of the birth of John Bosco, we can say that his pedagogical rules are not only linked with the past. The original values inherent in his preventive system need deepening, adaptation, and skilful and courageous renewal because of the changed social, educational, and pastoral context.

    W artykule omówiona jest kwestia doktrynalnych prawd nauki w katechezie – zarówno w perspektywie historycznej, jak i w dzisiejszych czasach. Autor analizuje wpierw starożytność, średniowiecze oraz czasy nowożytne, zwracając uwagę na specyfikę przekazu prawd wiary w każdym czasie. Następnie omawia XX wiek, docierając do aktualnego stanu i jego uwarunkowań. Podkreśla przy tym konieczność poznawania doktryny oraz wyzwania tego przekazu wobec jednoczesnej potrzeby ewangelizacji i szerzącej się ignorancji religijnej. W zakończeniu formułuje wyzwania dla katechezy dotyczące przekazu doktrynalnych prawd wiary, zwracając uwagę na konkretne problemy w tym zakresie.
    The article discussed the issue of doctrinal truths of the Christian doctrine in the catechesis - both in a historical perspective as well as in modern perspective. The author analyzes the first antiquity, then the Middle Ages and finally modern times, paying attention to the specific communication of truths of the faith at any time. Then discusses the twentieth century ways of communication. He underlines the necessity of knowing the doctrine and the challenges which is connected with new evangelization and – on the other hand - spreading of religious ignorance . At the end He formulates the challenges for catechesis for the transfer of doctrinal truths of the faith to everyday life, paying attention to the specific problems in this regard.
    Nell’articolo è discussa la questione delle verità dottrinali nella catechesi: sia in una prospettiva storica che nei tempi moderni. All’inizio l’autore analizza antichità cristiana, poi il Medioevo e infine la modernità, evidenziando il modo della trasmissione di queste verità nelle varie epoce. Poi discute del ventesimo secolo, raggiungendo lo stato attuale e le sue determinanti. Sottolinea la necessità di conoscere tanto la dottrina quanto le sfide che accompagnano la sua trasmissione per via di diffusione d’ignoranza religiosa ma anche nella prospettiva di evangelizzazione. Alla fine formula le sfide per la catechesi per la trasmissione delle verità dottrinali, facendo al riguardo attenzione ai problemi specifici.
    Der Artikel ist ein Versuch das Thema zu entwerfen, wie die Doktrin der Glaubens- lehre übermittelt wird, sowohl in der Geschichte der Katechese, als auch in dem Kontext von Herausforderungen der heutigen Zeit. Es geht über die Unterweisung von katoli- schen Glaubenswahrheiten, die aus der teologischen Reflexion der Kirche entstammen. In dem ersten Teil, der ein Blick in der Vergangenheit ist, wird die Zeit des christlichen Altertums mit dem biblisch – doktrinären Charakter der Katechese vom Katechumenat besprochen. In diesem Punkt werden auch die Zeit des Mittelalters mit der Unterwe- isung von Glaubenswahrheiten besprochen; die Neuzeit, wenn die Katechese plädiert für den Glaube und das 20. Jahrhundert, wenn die doktrinäre Katechese stufenweise zu verschwinden beginnt. In dem zweiten Teil werden drei wichtige Themen analysiert, die mit der heutigen Unterweisung der Doktrin verbunden sind. Die Notwendigkeit des Dok- trinunterrichts wird angezeigt. Die Stelle der doktrinären Katechese in dem Kontext von Herausforderungen der Evangelisation wird besprochen. Es wird auch die traurige Wir- klichkeit der Religionsignoranz markiert, die ein Ergebnis von der Krise in der Untwer- weisung der Glaubenswahrheiten ist. Weiter werden die wichtigsten Ansprüche auf heu- tige Katechese formuliert. Unter ihnen werden folgende angedeutet: die Notwendigkeit des Wiederauflebens der doktrinären Katechese, die Ablehnung der Domination von der Doktrin in der Katechese, der dienstbare Charakter der Doktrin in dem Prozess der Glau- bensentwicklung, die Notwendigkeit der Doktrin Unterweisung zu stärken, die Suche nach den entsprechenden Methoden der Übermittlung, die Bedeutung des Katechismus und der katechetischen Formeln und die Rolle und Bedeutung der Katechese. Der Autor stellt fest, dass auf der Suche nach Methoden der Unterweisung der christlichen Doktrin nicht zu vermeiden sind alle Streitereien und Diskussionen über ihre Stelle und Rolle in der Bildung des Glaubens von Menschen. Die Inspiration und Motivation zur Reflexion soll die Überzeugung sein, dass das Erkennen der christlichen Doktrin zur Bildung des Glaubens von Menschen notwendig ist. Die Erkenntnisfestsetzung des Glaubens dient dem Menschen zur Reifung seiner Glaubenshaltung.

    The article is an attempt to show the most important questions concerningthe use of catechism in contemporary catechesis. Special attention isfocused on the necessity of catechism in religious education, but the authoralso describes the difficulties related to the teaching of this catechism. Thistheme is first analyzed in the light of history and catechetical documents.The first part of the reflection is a historical review of catechism containedin catechesis. In the second part the author analyzes the most important documents for catechesis and searches in them contents about the problemof catechism in catechesis: the General Catechetical Directory of 1971, theApostolic Exhortation Catechesi tradendae of 1979, the General Directoryfor Catechesis of 1997 and the Directory for Catechesis of the CatholicChurch in Poland of 2001. In the third part one finds the analyses of themost important problems concerning the use of catechism in the practiceof catechesis. The following challenges of the new evangelization are pointedout: a crisis of the faith and a problem concerning the knowledge ofChristian doctrine, tension between the knowledge of faith and the attitudeof faith, and refusal to memorize the catechism formulas.
