    W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienia związane z innowacyjnym i twórczym rozwojem przedsiębiorstw w kontekście kształtowania odpowiednich struktur organizacyjnych. Omówiono w szczególności ewolucje i znaczenie struktur organizacyjnych w rozwoju innowacyjnej i twórczej organizacji. Artykuł prezentuje również wyniki badań, które ukierunkowane były na identyfikacje cech struktur organizacyjnych, posiadających walory sprzyjające jej zachowaniom twórczym, wspierające twórczość i innowacyjność. Podmiotem badań były przedsiębiorstwa branży lotniczej w Polsce.
    The article presents issues related to innovative and creative development of enterprises in the context of shaping appropriate organizational structures. In particular, the evolution and importance of organizational structures in the development of innovative and creative organization are discussed. The article also gives the results of the research, which were focused on identifying the features of organizational structures, possessing values conducive to its creative behavior, supporting creativity and innovation. The subjects of the research were aviation industry enterprises in Poland.

    In the article contains the modern aspects of innovation development of economy. Described the structure of foreign trade in services, related to scientific activities, and sources of financing of innovative activity in Ukraine. Highlighted the main directions of financial stimulation of innovation activities. In the article submitted the advantages of the cluster approach as a form of innovative development of national economy.

    The aim of the article is to identify the relationship between innovative processes and various stages of the economy in the light of a critical analysis of the literature on the subject. The implementation of the objective was based on the submission that modern management should be oriented towards innovation, as these give the company the chance of dynamic development. The article emphasizes the importance of innovation processes in the modern market economy. Innovative processes can be considered from different points of view, including the stages of economic development, enterprise or a single innovation. They consist of stages arranged chronologically and interrelated with different interactions.
    Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja związku procesów innowacyjnych z różnymi stadiami gospodarki w świetle krytycznej analizy literatury przedmiotu. Realizację celu oparto na złożeniu, że współczesne zarządzanie powinno być zorientowane na innowacje, gdyż te dają przedsiębiorstwu szanse dynamicznego rozwoju. W artykule zwraca się uwagę na istotne znaczenie procesów innowacji we współczesnej gospodarce rynkowej. Procesy innowacyjne można rozpatrywać z różnych punktów widzenia, między innymi: stadiów rozwoju gospodarki, przedsiębiorstwa, czy też pojedynczej innowacji. Składają się one z etapów uporządkowanych chronologicznie i powiązanych ze sobą różnymi interakcjami

    The main purpose of this article was to present an analysis of the result of the research concerning the opinion of employees of council organizational unit which impelements a lot of innovations on the role of soft the skills in creating innovative company or their development and the way of verification. The research method was diagnostic pool method, the tool research was the questionnaire survey.

    Purpose: The purpose of the article is to assess the ability of the Polish economy to absorb innovative products and to analyze the factors on which it depends. Design/methodology/approach: The methods of critical analysis and synthesis, the method of generalization and logical methods as well as the desk research method were used in the research process. Practical implications: The article contains the definition and content of the concept of innovative adsorption of participants and beneficiaries of the innovation process as a necessary feature of building a knowledge-based economy. On the basis of reading scientific sources and statistical data, the author presents cause-and-effect relations between the involvement of enterprises and organizations in innovative processes and economic development. Originality/value: The author presented his own definition of the concept of innovative absorption of the economy and developed a concept of creating innovative absorption in the enterprise. The article is aimed at enterprise managers, decision makers of state institutions and scientists dealing with innovation problems.

    Introduction/background: In the constantly changing economic and social environment, the management of a company aiming at staying competitive on the market becomes a challenge. Constant development and adjustment to the changeable conditions require flexible and pro-innovative organizational culture in a company. There is still a relative paucity of up-to-date knowledge about the relationship between the innovative organizational culture in large Polish companies and their development and profitability. Aims of the paper: The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between pro-innovative organizational culture in large Polish companies and their development and profitability. Several indicators of the above mentioned phenomena have been chosen and investigated in terms of interdependencies. Material and methods: The research was conducted with the use of the survey method and the tool of questionnaire distributed with the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) and CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) technique. The research is of quantitative nature. The research is part of the scientific project conducted in 2019 on 179 largest by revenue companies in Poland. Results and conclusion: Several interesting relationships between the indicators of pro-innovative culture and the indicators of development and profitability have been observed. Pro-innovative aspects of organizational culture in large Polish organizations facilitate their flexibility and development as well as support their profitability. It is especially evident in the present pandemic situation, where flexibility and innovativeness of companies becomes one of their most important quality.

    Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the innovations in Industry 4.0 conditions. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Analysis of international literature from main databases and polish literature and legal acts connecting with researched topic. Findings: The publication concentrate on problems connected with various aspects of relations between Industry 4.0 and innovativeness. In the paper we presented the main presumptions of Industry 4.0 concept and it’s nowadays usage. In the second part of the paper there is an analysis of main trends of today Industry 4.0 implementation approaches and innovativeness. Especially there is an description of main innovative trends of 2021 described from Industry 4.0 relations point of view. Also the paper deals with the social innovation aspect of Industry 4.0. There are very interesting and innovative concepts that can be used in today business environment and also governments. Some of them like universal basic income are a bit controversial but it needs to further more detailed analysis if it is possible and could benefit to the society. Other trends can be for example: new forms of employment or new types of organizational culture. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to the problems connected with the innovations in Industry 4.0 conditions.

    Opis:
    On 25th of January 2017, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education announced the opening of a new program called "Zero-emission public transport" (e-mobility). Its objective was to enable for Polish cities purchasing up to 1000 ecological, modern buses and thus to stimulate the development of the electromobility industry in Poland and necessary infrastructure in the national power system. The National Center for Research and Development was designated to prepare the framework for the e-mobility program and, further, to implement it. The article presents main assumptions of the program, referring them to the current legal environment related to the financing of R&D works. The in-depth analysis concerns the conditions for the use of the innovation partnership model and the standards of supporting innovation developed by the US agency – DARPA.
    25 stycznia 2017 r. Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego ogłosiło otwarcie nowego programu pod nazwą „Bezemisyjny transport publiczny” (e-mobility). Jako jego cel zdefiniowano zakupienie przez polskie miasta nawet do 1000 ekologicznych, nowoczesnych autobusów, a poprzez to stymulowanie rozwoju przemysłu elektromobilności w Polsce oraz odpowiedniej infrastruktury w krajowym systemie elektroenergetycznym. Za opracowanie założeń do programu i jego realizację odpowiedzialne zostało Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju. Artykuł przedstawia główne założenia programu, odnosząc je do aktualnego otoczenia prawnego związanego z finansowaniem prac B+R. Pogłębiona analiza dotyczy uwarunkowań wykorzystania modelu partnerstwa innowacyjnego oraz wzorców nowych metod wspierania innowacji wypracowanych przez amerykańską agencję DARPA.
