- According to the latest reports, obtaining a loan as a company seems to be becoming increasingly easy, but it is still noticeable that a good quarter of small and young companies in the start-up phase in particular are still being turned down for financing. In order not to make the failure rate dependent on mathematical-scalable values alone and to give the really good companies and business ideas a realistic chance, more soft skills must be included in the decision-making process in addition to the pure hard facts.
