    Opis:
    Great thoughts: philosophical systems, intellectual currents and ideological outlooks are affected by the laws of historical change. The author briefly presents the following laws: (a) universal presence of mythology, irrespective of the degree of its cultural influence; (b) the law of ideological pluralism (a single global ideological system would thwart any great thought); (c) the law of historical sequencing and of historical continuity; (d) the law of historical pendulum; (e) inevitable presence of structural shortcomings (statements about the ultimate, cognitively exhaustive nature of one's own system of thought and the declaration that it offers sufficient instruments for creating heaven on earth); (f) degeneration of a system due to false founding premises (e.g. „freedom” as an essential of its own right, separated from truth, good, justice and the love of kin, which has led to the creation of the ideology of the European Union and leads it towards chaos, nihilism and atheism.). A vital denominator of any great thought is its reference to an idea of God. Jesus Christ, as the crown of all creation (Eph. 1:10) is also a redeemer of great thoughts and philosophical systems.

    В статье рассматривается «рождение», конструированиеи деконструкция художественного кинообраза советско-польской войны,концептуализируются различные интеллектуальные проекты советскогоизучения и осмысления военных действий в хронологических рамкахсобытий 1919-1921 годов. Анализируются два фильма «П.К.П.» и «Перваяконная». Рассматривается процесс трансформации и последующегосоциального забвения пропагандистского дискурса этого военногопротивостояния.
    W artykule przeanalizowano „narodziny”, budowanie i dekonstrukcjęartystycznego obrazu kinowego wojny radziecko-polskiej. Dokonano konceptualizacji różnorodnych intelektualnych projektów badań radzieckich i pojmowaniadziałań wojennych w ramach chronologicznych wydarzeń lat 1919-1921. Analizie poddano dwa filmy „P. K. P.” i „Pierwsza Konna”. Przedstawiono procestransformacji, a następnie społecznego zapomnienia propagandowego dyskursutej wojennej konfrontacji.
    The article examines the «birth», construction and deconstruction ofthe artistic film image of the Soviet-Polish War, it conceptualizes various intellectual projects of the Soviet study and understanding of military operations inthe chronological framework of the events of 1919-1921. Two films «P. K. P.»and «The First Horse» are analyzed. The process of transformation and subsequent social oblivion of the propaganda discourse of this military confrontationare considered.

    Вопросы культурного наследия и вопросы исторической правды были ключевыми в белорусской литературе на протяжении последних десяти лет, более того, их популярность и актуальность как для авторов, так и для читателей постоянно растет. Вместе с этим часто можно выделить множество повторяющихся мотивов и образов, появившихся в художественной литературе тех современных белорусских писателей, которые обращаются к критическому переосмыслению истории страны. С помощью таких мотивов авторы рассматривают проблемы исторической памяти, идентичности и культурной преемственности. В статье представлены «инварианты» литературного представления истории, часто определяемого исторической травмой советских и постсоветских времен.
    Pytania dotyczące kulturalnej spuścizny i kwestii prawdy historycznej były kluczowe w literaturze białoruskiej w ciągu ostatnich dziesięciu lat. Ich popularność i znaczenie zarówno dla autorów, jak i czytelników stale rośnie. Jednocześnie można wyróżnić wiele powtarzających się motywów i obrazów, które pojawiły się w utworach tych współczesnych białoruskich pisarzy, którzy zwracają się w kierunku krytycznej reinterpretacji historii kraju. Za pomocą takich motywów autorzy omawiają pilne problemy historycznej pamięci i ciągłości kulturowej. Artykuł przedstawia «inwarianty» literackiej reprezentacji historii, często determinowanej historyczną traumą czasów radzieckich i poradzieckich.
    The questions of historical past and cultural heritage have been central in Belarusian literature over the past decades. Moreover, their importance for both authors and readers is steadily growing. At the same time, a number of recurrent motifs and images, with the help of which the authors address the urgent problems of historical memory, identity and cultural continuity have resurfaced in the fiction of contemporary Belarusian writers, who are addressing the need for a modern reinterpretation of key moments in national history. The article aims to single out “invariant” approaches to the literary representation of the national past often determined by the historical trauma of the Soviet and post-Soviet periods.

    The paper explains the methodology applied in the edition of historical legal sources of major importance for the 19th and 20th centuries Slovakia – the edition of the Provisional Judicial Rules (“PJR”) of the Judex-Curial Conference of 1861. At the Conference, legal scholars and politicians adopted a decision to abandon the previous twelve years of neoabsolutism and centralism introduced by the Austrian law, and opted for a renewal of the traditional Hungarian legal system with some changes introduced by the laws of March 1848 (the March Constitution of 1848). At the same time they retained some rules of Austrian origin and created some rules that were entirely new, particularly in the field of civil procedural law and inheritance law. While evaluating the legal nature of the PJR, the literature used to claim that they never became law because Parliament of 1861 was not created legally (representatives were not elected under the electoral law enacted as part of the March Constitution of 1848) and because the monarch, Francis Joseph I, had not yet been crowned (his coronation took place in 1867). Therefore the legislative process could not be successfully completed. The only solution that was reported to was the recognition of the exceptional situation which dominated in Hungary between 1861–1867 – it was the period between neoabsolutism and another provisorium, a period of “limited constitutionalism”. Under such conditions it was not possible to meet the formalities of official legislation process. Thus PJR could become binding only de facto – through the power of persuasion. However, after a corpus of case law began to consolidate during several years, it could be argued that the PJR was transformed from the actual source of judicial decision-making into customary law.
