Opis:
The task of increase of traffic safety has got a special acuteness for large cities of Russia in connection with expansion of service of passengers of route taxis. In the paper results of research of technical operation’s conditions of route taxis, qualifications and the experience of their drivers are resulted, and also some ways of increase of safety on city routing traffic are offered.
Задачи повышения безопасности дорожного движения приобрели особую остроту для крупных городов Росси в связи с увеличением обслуживания пассажиров маршрутными такси. В данной работе проведён анализ условий технической эксплуатации маршрутных такси и стажа водителей и их квалификации, а также предложены некоторые пути увеличения безопасности на городских маршрутах.

Opis:
Traditionally, besides personal vehicles, individual passenger transportation is carried out by taxi services. These services have both positive sides, such as, for example, door-to-door delivery and comfort, as well as negative sides, such as the high cost of the trip. On the one hand, the services, such as Uber and Gett, attract customers with the help of low prices, but, on the other hand, they have a number of disadvantages, the main of which is the problem concerning transportation security. In addition, it must be mentioned that the usage of individual transport is often associated with incomplete load of vehicles, which causes an additional negative impact on the environment as well as on the road network. This article presents a decision support system for taxi dispatch services based on the model of optimal route choice. Optimization is carried out with the help of multifactor analysis of transportation requirements and selection of the optimal route in accordance with given priorities. Such a system will reduce the cost of transportation through the selection of fellow travelers as well as a negative impact on the environment by using a mobile application.

Opis:
axiing belongs to airport operations, which are characterized by a large number of aviation safety events, including even accidents. Currently telematic solutions are introduced, which are intended to assist in coordination of the taxiing, such as A-SMGCS system. One of the advanced features of this system is the automatic selection of the taxi route. The paper presents the concept of intelligent taxi route choice system that could be implemented on the fourth level of A-SMGCS system at the airport. The module for identification of conflict points, which is the main subject of this study, is a very important part of the taxi route choice system. A mathematical model and a computer tool CP-DET that can detect conflict points in the structure of taxiways are presented in the paper. These points change dynamically, along with changes in the structure of airport traffic. Identification of conflict points allows the intelligent management of the taxiing process, for example, by selecting an alternative taxi route.
