    L’objectif de cette contribution est d’analyser le fonctionnement argumentatif de la formule (au sens de Krieg-Planque 2003, 2009) dobra zmiana (‘bon changement’) dans l’espace public polonais. Après avoir dégagé le potentiel argumentatif du slogan de campagne qu’elle était à l’origine et à l’aide duquel le parti Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Droit et Justice) est arrivé au pouvoir en Pologne en 2015, nous analysons les stratégies argumentatives dans le discours des opposants au parti au pouvoir (politiques et journalistes anti-gouvernementaux). La formule dobra zmiana est mobilisée dans ce discours afin de disqualifier le parti gouvernant soit de manière déclarée soit de manière voilée, ce qui se fait grâce à trois démarches : reprise sans altérations formelles, reprise avec défigement et évitement.
    The aim of this article is to analyse the argumentative functioning of the formula (in the sense of Krieg-Planque 2003, 2009) dobra zmiana (‘good change’) in the Polish public space. After identifying the argumentative potential of the campaign slogan, that it was in the origin and with which the political party Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice) came to power in Poland in 2015, we analyse the argumentative strategies in the discourse of the opponents of the ruling party (politicians and anti-government journalists). The formula dobra zmiana is used in this discourse in order to disqualify the ruling party in a declared way or in a veiled way, which is done in three ways: adoption without formal alterations, adoption with défigement and avoidance.

    In the paper the problem of user authentication participating in strategy meetings conducted in blended type (VM and F2F) is addresses. In the first part of the paper the strategy meetings are briefly characterized, with reference to real organization from IT industry. The second part of the paper is devoted to authentication methods and the basics related to evaluation of its performance. The third part is about the novel approach related to user authentication participating in blended-type meeting.
    W artykule podjęto zagadnienie uwierzytelniania użytkowników biorących udział w spotkaniach strategicznych, realizowanych w formule mieszanej. W pierwszej części artykułu krótko scharakteryzowano spotkania strategiczne, realizowane w formule mieszanej, odnosząc się do rzeczywistej organizacji z branży IT. Druga część artykułu poświęcona jest metodom uwierzytelniania i podstawami oceny ich wydajności. Trzecia część dotyczy nowego podejścia związanego z uwierzytelnianiem użytkownika, uczestniczącego w spotkaniach w formule mieszanej.

    L’article propose une description des valeurs illocutoires que la formule je t’aime peut prendre dans un cadre interactionnel spécifique. L’étude du corpus nous a permis de repérer deux types d’emploi de la formule évoquée ci-dessus : un emploi prototypique ou non prototypique. Il s’est avéré que, dans le premier cas, je t’aime sert à réaliser des actes directs, en l’occurrence un acte expressif ou un acte assertif. Dans le deuxième cas, il s’agit d’actes indirects dont l’interprétation se fait à partir des connaissances linguistiques et extralinguistique, ainsi que des capacités d’inférence de l’allocutaire. L’analyse effectuée met également en évidence la nature sociale de l’interaction et l’importance du cadre interactionnel pour l’interprétation des types d’actes de langage dans lesquels la formule je t’aime apparaît.
    The article is a study that proposes a semantic-pragmatic description of the I love you formula. It first presents the formula’s general properties, including its degree of fixation, syntactic autonomy, meaning, and polyfunctional character. Then, particular attention is paid to the different values it can have as a direct or indirect act in a specific interactional framework. The study of the corpus of this work allowed us to identify two types of use of the above-mentioned formula: prototypical and non-prototypical use. In the first case, I love you is used to perform either an expressive or an assertive act. In the second case, it is an indirect act whose interpretation is inferred from the cotext. The analysis also highlights the social nature of interactions and the significance of the interactional context for interpreting the types of language acts in which the I love you formula occurs.

    Cet article se propose de porter un regard critique sur l’utilisation du mot migrant dans le discours spécialisé et médiatique. Depuis la crise migratoire de 2015, le mot migrant ne cesse d’être employé et recontextualisé dans divers types de discours. Son usage suscite des analyses suivant deux approches : une approche terminologique dans le cas du discours spécialisé, et une approche orientée vers l’analyse du discours (avec la notion de « formule ») dans le cas du discours médiatique. Ces points de vue croisés permettent de saisir les finesses de la notion de migrant telle qu’elle est employée dans le discours pour décrire la réalité contemporaine.
    This article proposes to analyse the use of the word migrant in specialised and media discourse. Since the 2015 migration crisis, the word migrant has been used and recontextualised in various types of discourse. Its use gives rise to two analytical approaches : a terminological approach in the case of specialised discourse and a discourse analysis approach (with the notion of "formula") in the case of media discourse. These two points of view allow us to grasp the subtleties of the notion of migrant as it is used in discourse to describe contemporary reality.

    The idea of forming energy clusters in Poland is one of the initiatives supporting changes taking place on the energy market, which are related, among others, to the development of various municipal energy concepts. Therefore, progress in building local structures of power system is closely tied to the possibility of developing appropriate clearing mechanisms, which would contribute to the fulfilment of expected energy clusters’ goals. The development of information and communication technologies and, among others, the growing penetration of distributed energy resources (DER) in the overall generation structure resulted in the emergence of various concepts based on decentralized or distributed systems of direct purchase and sale of electricity between local producers and consumers. This article presents a general operational concept of an energy cluster featuring in its clearing model a system of selling electricity on a peer-to-peer basis. Moreover, representative states of work were identified and characterized, along with the basic principles of proposed system’s operation.
    Idea tworzenia klastrów energii w Polsce jest jedną z inicjatyw wspierających zachodzące na rynku energii zmiany, związane między innymi z rozwojem energetyki obywatelskiej. Postęp w zakresie kształtowania się lokalnych struktur systemu elektroenergetycznego jest więc silnie powiązany z możliwością wypracowania odpowiednich mechanizmów rozliczeniowych, których zastosowanie umożliwiłoby zrealizowanie zakładanych celów klasteryzacji. Rozwój technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych oraz między innymi wzrastający udział generacji rozproszonej w strukturze wytwórczej skutkowały natomiast pojawieniem się koncepcji zdecentralizowanych lub rozproszonych systemów bezpośredniego przeprowadzania transakcji kupna i sprzedaży energii elektrycznej pomiędzy jej lokalnymi wytwórcami oraz odbiorcami. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono ogólną koncepcję funkcjonowania modelu klastra energii wykorzystującego w swoim mechanizmie rozliczeniowym system sprzedaży energii elektrycznej na zasadzie peer-to-peer. Ponadto, zidentyfikowano i scharakteryzowano reprezentatywne stany pracy przedstawianego systemu wraz z podstawowymi zasadami jego działania.
