In development of road transport, particular attention should be paid to services that integrate cooperating and automated vehicles, in which there is a visible potential for reducing energy consumption and exhaust emissions. There is also a need to create a unified architecture which will facilitate the data flow between new components in ITS. The article proposes new functional areas in the FRAME architecture focused on the interoperability of ITS services, including the progressive autonomy and electrification of transport means. The available literature on the subject was reviewed at the national and global level, and legislative changes regarding electromobility or legal framework relating to autonomous vehicles were taken into account.

Opis:
During the previous EU financial perspective (2007 - 2013), we observed an intensification of the development of transport management systems using ITS services in Polish cities. One of the biggest territorially and functionally system is Tri-city TRISTAR system, the implementation of which was completed in 2015. The concept of the TRISTAR system and its architecture was developed in the years 2002-2007. Currently, we can observe the intensification of the development of C-ITS services, allowing for the exchange of information between the vehicle and the infrastructure or other vehicles. The existing transport management systems were not prepared, e.g. to communicate with vehicles, and use of Floating Car Data. For this reason, it is necessary to verify the architecture of the systems and indicate the directions of development, allowing them to adapt to the current state of technology and new ITS services. The article presents directions for the development of the TRISTAR system in functional, physical and logical terms. Directions of activities will be indicated to allow the system to be adapted to provide C-ITS services.

The article presents the essential issues and algorithm of the methodology of a four-step transportation model, which was constructed in order to carrying out a household interview survey. The results of this research are source data for determining the travel behaviour of the users of transportation systems, including intelligent transport systems (ITS). The presented issues regarding the survey methodology also concern the specifics of the study area, an urban agglomeration area. The examples particularly relate to an urban agglomeration with the nature of a conurbation, namely, the Upper Silesian Agglomeration in Poland.

In recent years we can see intensifying implementation of Intelligent Transport System (ITS) measures in Polish cities and on national roads. The architecture of the National Traffic Management System (KSZR) will enable the implementation of a uniform, integrated and intelligent ICT system to launch ITS systems that are the most important for drivers and the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA). This paper presents the current state of the implementation of the ITS services on national roads in functional, physical and logical terms and the premises for the KSZR’s development. The description of the state of the development of ITS services on national roads was compiled within the framework of the RID 4D “The impact of the usage of Intelligent Transport Systems services on the level of road safety” research project, funded by the National Centre for Research and Development and the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.

The aim of the article is to present the issues related to the use of the transport model for ex-ante evaluation of the functional and operational configuration of ITS. Variants of ITS configuration have been presented based with use of ITS user needs from FRAME methodology and with use of ITS user services implemented in cities of Poland. The structure of the transport model on strategic level of traffic management has been presented in the context of the following impact of ITS configuration: changes in the use of paths in network, changes in the use of transport system modes, changes in the destinations of trips, and changes in the number of trips for various purposes. The results of transport model enable a comparison, using an incremental method, results of transport decisions of users, obtained in specified forecast horizons for the ITS variants of configuration. Structure of transport model presented in article is suitable for strategic level of traffic management with long-term results. While transport models for tactical level of traffic management with medium-term results, and for operational level of traffic management with short-term results are used to determine the characteristics, describing traffic conditions in a transport network, for example expected smoothness of traffic flows, and to determine dynamic characteristics describing for example information spread processes in dynamic traffic networks.

Z marketingowego punktu widzenia turysta poszukuje korzyści. Jedną z takich korzyści jest informacja. Dostarczeniu tej korzyści ma służyć – i służy – informacja turystyczna, a właściwie jej system. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest ukazanie istoty informacji w procesie obsługi ruchu turystycznego. Wykorzystano również wybrane wyniki badań przyjazdowego ruchu turystycznego przeprowadzonych na terenie województwa podkarpackiego w 2015 r., odnoszące się m.in. do opinii respondentów na temat oceny usług informacji turystycznej w regionie. Profesjonalna informacja turystyczna potrzebna jest na każdym etapie konsumpcji turystycznej, ale różny powinien być jej rodzaj, zakres i forma, dlatego też w opracowaniu przybliżono m.in. konstrukcję Polskiego Systemu Informacji Turystycznej, z którego usług korzystają zarówno polscy, jak i zagraniczni turyści.
From the marketing perspective a tourist is looking for the benefits. One of such benefit is information. The purpose of this article is to show the essence of the information in the process of tourist services. For this purpose were presented the selected results of research of inbound tourist flow in the podkarpackie province in 2015, relating to the respondents’ opinion e.g. concerning the assessment of tourist information services in the region. Professional tourist information is needed at every stage of tourism consumption but the type, scope and form should be different, and therefore the paper outlines, among others, the structure of Polish Tourist Information System, which is used by Polish and foreign tourists.

The work is devoted to the analysis of the process of human life’s economization Processes taking place in the economic sphere nowadays, affect the social changes in the essential way, affect both the condition of an individual and on relationships between people. The main force of the socio-cultural transformation is scientific-technological progress, especially in the communication and transport as well as promoting the principles of governing the liberal market economy by global economic actors. Neo-liberal market economy and the values and attitudes associated with it (freedom, individualism, competition, mobility, flexibility, striving at all costs to success, especially material) affect the political sphere (economization of politics, marketization of democracy) cultural (the dominance of the commercialized consumer culture) and social (destruction of traditional social structures, disintegration, dehumanisation and commercialization of human relationships and cultural patterns). Commercialized consumer culture is accompanied with marketization and economization of all spheres of life and social relations. Every-thing could be buying: education, safety, care, treatment and longer life. Life itself is also commercializing, insurance companies, employers, companies offering on the market different goods and services assign a specific monetary value to life. People are judged by perspective of consumer behaviour, and products suited to the cultural meaning. Traditional values are replaced by market, commercial values.

Artykuł przedstawia rozważania na temat jakości usług przewozowych. Punktem wyjścia do rozważań jest definicja jakości, której znaczenie w kontekście rozwoju gospodarczego ulega ewolucji i rozszerzeniu. Jakość, w tym również jakość przewozów, obecnie stanowi coś więcej niż tylko stopień spełnienia oczekiwań klienta. Takie podejście – traktujące jakość w ujęciu ekonomicznym – jest niewystarczające w dobie działań zmierzających do zrównoważonego rozwoju. Dlatego też, również w zakresie definiowania jakości przewozów, zarysowuje się znaczenie nie tylko aspektu ekonomicznego, ale także ekologicznego i społecznego. Tę zmianę podejścia do jakości przewozów zaprezentowano w artykule. Ponadto przedstawiono analizę cech jakości, które w literaturze przedmiotu wskazywane są jako istotne z punktu widzenia badania jakości usług przewozowych. Można spotkać się z różnymi propozycjami zbiorów cech opisujących jakość usług transportu publicznego. Ich analiza dowodzi jednak, że niejednokrotnie proponowane zestawienia mają wiele elementów wspólnych, a rozbieżności, które ich dotyczą, to przede wszystkim sposób łączenia określonych cech w jedną syntetyczną, a także pomijania określonych cech jako mniej ważnych, uwzględniania rzadko spotykanych lub wręcz specyficznych. Zazwyczaj prezentowane zbiory cech jakości są zbieżne z podejściem do jakości usług przewozowych w ujęciu ekonomicznym – uwzględniają głównie te aspekty usług transportu publicznego, które są istotne z punktu widzenia pasażerów.
The article presents considerations concerning quality of transport services. Definition of the quality – which meaning in the context of economical development is enhanced and evolved - is a starting point for the consideration. A quality, including quality of transport services, nowadays is becoming something more than only level of meeting customer’s requirements. This approach – presenting quality in reference to the economy – is insufficient in the times of sustainable development. This is why, while defining quality of transport services, not only economical but also ecological and social aspects are taken under consideration. This change of approach to the transport quality is presented in the article. Besides, analysis of quality feature’s, determined in the literature on the subject – significant from the quality of transport services point of view – has been presented. There are different proposed sets of features describing quality of public transport services. Their analysis contributes with the consideration that many a time proposed specifications have many elements in common and differences are related most of all with the way of combination some features in one - synthetic feature, and also with excluding some features considered as less significant or including rarely applied or specific features. Usually, presented sets of features of public transport services are coincident with the economical approach and take under considerations features important from the passengers’ point of view.

Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy usługi finansowe podlegają makdonaldyzacji, a jeżeli tak, to jakie ich cechy o tym świadczą oraz jakie mogą być konsekwencje tego procesu dla uczestników rynku finansowego, tj. konsumentów i różnych podmiotów oferujących usługi finansowe. W celu analizy tego zagadnienia najpierw scharakteryzowano samą makdonaldyzację i jej wyznaczniki, a następnie odniesiono je do przykładowych, wybranych cech usług finansowych. Pozwoliło to ukazać, w jaki sposób specyficzne cechy określonych usług finansowych świadczą o ich makdonaldyzacji, a także w jaki sposób makdonaldyzacja w ich przypadku może wpływać na uczestników rynku finansowego.
The aim of the study is to analyze whether financial services are subject to McDonaldization, and if so, what their features indicate, and what the consequences of this process may be for financial market participants (i.e. consumers and various entities offering financial services). In order to analyze this issue, first, McDonaldization itself and its determinants were briefly characterized. Then, they were compared to the features of selected, exemplary financial services. This will show how the specific features of certain financial services demonstrate their McDonaldization, as well as how McDonaldization in their case may affect financial market participants.

Rachunek kosztów jakości jest narzędziem wykorzystywanym w przedsiębiorstwach do optymalizacji kosztów związanych z jakością. Umiejętne prowadzenie go zapewnia wiele profitów jednostce. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie modelowego układu kosztów jakości w przedsiębiorstwach usługowych. W pierwszej części autor proponuje strukturę i sposób ewidencjonowania kosztów jakości. Druga część publikacji zawiera autorski model implementacji kosztów jakości w przedsiębiorstwach usługowych. Obiektem badań są koszty jakości, które tworzą rachunek kosztów jakości przedsiębiorstwa. W pracy przeprowadzono analizę piśmiennictwa naukowego z zakresu rachunkowości i zarządzania jakością oraz zastosowano metody dedukcji i indukcji. Podsumowanie opracowania stanowi wskazanie najważniejszych wniosków dotyczących zaproponowanego modelu struktury kosztów jakości w przedsiębiorstwach usługowych oraz nakreślenie obszaru dalszych badań w tym zakresie.
Quality costs calculation is a tool used by companies to optimize quality costs. Skillful running it provides many profit units. The aim of this article is to present a model of quality costs in service companies. In the first part the author proposes the structure and method of recording the quality costs. The second part of the publication contains the author's model of implementation of quality costs in service companies. The research object is the quality costs that make up the enterprise quality costs calculation. The paper analyzes scientific literature on accounting and quality management and uses deduction and induction methods. The summary of the study is an indication of the key conclusions of the proposed model structure of quality costs in service companies and the outline of further research in this area.

The purpose of the article is to analyze and assess the situation of the market for environmental goods and services in the EU as well as the formation of its support and regulation system. Methodology: The market for environmental goods and services has experienced the dynamic growth and development in the last two decades, especially in economically developed countries. The research concerns the peculiarities of the development of the organic products market, sources of support for the development of organic production in the EU. The research uses the  desk  research  method,  which  provides a possibility  of  using  a  wide  range  of materials  in  various  areas  and  periods. Additionally, relevant legal acts, official documents and reports were used in the study. Results of the research: The structure of certified agricultural lands in the EU is thoroughly analyzed in the article. Emphasis is placed on the study of the EU market for organic products development peculiarities, which include a constant growth of demand for these products and their rising prices. The main elements of the ecological goods and services market regulation system are also characterized. The conclusions contained in the article refer to the possibility of using one of these instruments: financing from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, crediting, venture financing, green bonds, fundraising, crowd funding, crowd landing as well as own means of enterprises. Generally, financial support should be more flexible and tailored to the needs of beneficiaries.
Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena sytuacji na rynku towarów i usług środowiskowych w UE oraz kształtowania się systemu wsparcia i regulacji tego rynku. Metodyka: Rynek towarów i usług środowiskowych wykazuje dynamiczny wzrost i rozwój w ostatnich dwóch dekadach, zwłaszcza w krajach rozwiniętych gospodarczo.
