    Opis:
    We describe and discuss the development of scenarios for the Colombian mining industry. The scenarios were developed with a large group of stakeholders from across the Colombian government, society, and commerce, all with interest in and/or affected by the future of the mining sector. The process resulted in the creation of three different scenarios for the Colombian mining sector to 2030. The article describes the participatory process used for involving the stakeholders, including the workshops and the mapping technique that was used. It also outlines the three scenarios and possible policies that should be considered by the Colombian government in order to prepare the sector for the future.

    Opis:
    This article describes a new mathematical software usage model, which includes the effect of the set of global and external variables values for further analysis of multi-test scenarios to improve the effectiveness of the testing software. This model is represented as a graph of transitions and a set of variables with respective sets of equivalence classes. The proposed approach is particularly relevant for computational algorithms with complex logic.

    The main aim of this study is to assess the strategic factors (objectives, tasks and development scenarios) and to select the best scenario for local administrative units. Two approaches are used to solve this problem: classical and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on experts’ opinions. The research was based on data from surveys with the councillors of the urban and rural municipality of Międzychód and the rural municipality of Chrzypsko Wielkie. The importance of strategic factors for both municipalities was assessed, and the best development scenario was selected. As shown by the research, the most important scenario for the municipality of Chrzypsko Wielkie involves the development through support for entrepreneurship and agri-food processing, while that for the municipality of Międzychód involves the development by supporting housing, services and tourism.

    Artykuł podejmuje dyskusję nad wykorzystaniem metod modelowania wariantów przyszłości, w tym scenariuszy, dla potrzeb oceny i kształtowania procesu decyzyjnego dotyczącego eksploatacji w systemach technicznych. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała dużą potrzebę eksploatatorów do wpływania na proces decyzyjny w aspekcie długoterminowym. W świetle powyższych założeń, a także w oparciu o wyniki dotychczasowych badań, opracowano procedurę budowy modeli scenariuszy eksploatacyjnych, którą następnie zweryfikowano w kontekście funkcjonowania wybranego sieciowego systemu technicznego - systemu wodociągowego.
    The article shall discuss on the use of methods of modeling future variants, including scenarios, for assessment and shaping the decision-making process relating to exploitation of technical systems. The analysis showed a strong need the exploiters for influencing the decision-making process in long-term. In view of the above assumptions, and based on the results of the research, there was developed a procedure for building exploitation scenarios models, which was then verified in the context of functioning of the technical network system - water supply system.

    W procesie wdrożenia systemu informatycznego dochodzi do konfrontacji oczekiwań firmy wdrażającej oprogramowanie z wyobrażeniami dostawcy na temat tych oczekiwań. Ryzyko nie-powodzenia projektu wdrożeniowego wynoszące 50% jest powodem zainteresowania tematem projektowania systemów informatycznych. Kluczowym elementem w definiowaniu wymagań jest właściwe postawienie celów projektu i dążenie do ich realizacji. W artykule skoncentrowano się na zdefiniowaniu cech, jakie powinna spełniać dobra specyfikacja, oraz wskazano optymalną strukturę specyfikacji. Struktura specyfikacji jest wynikiem analizy norm, metod projektowych, jak również doświadczeń autora.
    During IT system implementation, the expectations of customer met supplier's ideas about this expectations. The risk of IT system implementation failure reach 50%, is the reason for interest in the process design. A key element in defining the requirements is to properly set project goals and pursue them. This article focuses on defining the characteristics that a good specification should meet and indicates the optimum specification structure. The specification structure is the result of standards analysis, design methods as well as the author's experience.
