    Artykuł rekonstruuje i analizuje Wojtyłowską propozycję przezwyciężenia dualizmu antropologicznego przez syntezę teleologicznych tendencji natury ludzkiej z autoteleologią wolności osoby. Propozycja ta zmierza równocześnie do syntezy filozofii bytu i filozofii świadomości, inaczej syntezy podmiotowego i przedmiotowego, subiektywnego i obiektywnego ujęcia człowieka oraz norm moralnych. Droga ta jest trudniejsza niż obrana przez antropologię spirytualistyczną lub jej przeciwieństwo, antropologię naturalistyczną, czy materialistyczną. Drogę tę można nazwać filozofią i antropologią integralną, łączącą w sobie pełne ujęcie bytu ludzkiego.
    The paper is reconstructing and analyzing the Karol Wojtyła’s proposition to overcome dualism in anthropology by developing a synthesis of teleological tendency of human nature and autoteleology of personal freedom. This proposition leads up also to synthesis of philosophy of being with philosophy of consciousness, that is synthesis of subjective and objective approach to a human being and his moral norms. This way is more difficult in comparison with spiritual anthropology or with its contrariety – naturalistic or materialistic anthropology. We can call it integral anthropology, because it present a complete conception of human being.

    Opis:
    Of all the truths of faith and Christian life the truth about God in the Trinity of Persons is the most basic one. The truth in its entirety is revealed by God, but the interpretation of it has a long human history. The Christian teaching about God as a Trinity is the most perfect expression of human religious and theological awareness. The history of the Trinitarian dogma is as long as Christianity itself. It is rooted in the Old Testament, which spiritually and mentally prepared people for the revelation of the Holy Trinity in the New Testament. Jesus Christ in a comprehensive way revealed the truth about God as a personal triad, as a Holy Community, as a personal communion mystery. The essence of this truth has its source in the whole event of Jesus Christ, that is in His eternal existence, in the history of Redemption and in His word. Only later was it defined as a peculiar revelation of God that allows experiencing His essence, translating itself into existence, into everyday life, spirituality, morality, Christian practice, and with years also into the religious doctrine. Modern Catholic Trinitarian theology is developed on two merging planes; that is, the teaching of the Magisterium and teaching of outstanding theologians. A return to the historical-salutary understanding of God’s Trinitarian mystery, but considered in the personalistic light, is a characteristic novelty of modern trinitology. It is a personalistic-communion approach. Many Catholic theologians think that the Trinity makes itself present in a man by way of grace; it is the charitological approach. Also the problem of the Trinity that is immanent to the world, and at the same time transcendent, is considered. The position suggested by K. Rahner is right here: the historical-salutary Trinity is identical with the transcendent Trinity. The truth about the Holy Trinity is fundamental and basic for the understanding of man himself, of the meaning of his existence and of the meaning of the existence of anything. The Holy Trinity is the original model and at the same time a task for any human community – that is, any kind of human community should be realized according to the model of the Divine community.

    O. Jacek Woroniecki, wybitny teolog, filozof, pedagog był zarówno teoretykiem, jak i praktykiem. Wśród wielu kwestii, które podejmował, ważne miejsce zajmowała problematyka wychowania i pedagogiki. Akcentował znaczenie wychowania w życiu ludzkim, a pedagogikę uznawał za integralną część etyki. Koncepcja wychowania i pedagogiki o. Jacka Woronieckiego odwołuje się do realizmu bytowego i poznawczego, dlatego można uznać, że ujęcie to jest nadal aktualne. W związku z tym, celem niniejszej publikacji jest przedstawienie w aspekcie teoretycznym wychowania człowieka w perspektywie personalizmu oraz przybliżenie koncepcji pedagogiki realistycznej o. Jacka Woronieckiego. Biorąc pod uwagę złożoność tego zagadnienia, zostały omówione tylko wybrane jego aspekty. W pierwszej kolejności przedstawiono antropologiczne podstawy wychowania ze szczególnym omówieniem uniwersalizmu i realizmu pedagogicznego. Następnie ukazano, jak rozumiał i definiował wychowanie o. Jacek Woroniecki, oraz omówiono jego koncepcję rozwoju człowieka – od osobowości do osobistości. Przedstawiono także wybrane działania, które zastosowane w procesie wychowania pomagają człowiekowi w dochodzeniu i osiąganiu doskonałości.
    Fr. Jacek Woroniecki, an outstanding theologian, philosopher and pedagogue, was both a theoretician and practician. Upbringing and pedagogy were among the most important of the numerous issues he analysed. He emphasized the importance of education in human life, and he treated pedagogy as an integral part of ethics. Since Fr. Woroniecki’s concept of education and pedagogy refers to existential and cognitive realism, we may say that such approach is still valid. Therefore, the objective of this publication is showing the theory of educating a person in the perspective of personalism, and outlining the concept of realistic pedagogy of Fr. Jacek Woroniecki. Taking into account the complexity of this issue, only its selected aspects were discussed. First of all, the author presented the anthropological foundation for education, with special emphasis on universalism and pedagogical realism. Then, the author described how Fr. Jacek Woroniecki understood and defined education, and discussed his concept of the man’s development—from personality to the personalence. Also, the author presented selected actions that may be applied in the process of education to help the person aim at and achieve perfection.

    Against the background of the model of the metaphysics of the person (presented in the article “The Existential Metaphysics of the Person. Part 1: The Classical Concept of the Person and the Metaphysical Theory of Esse,” Studia Gilsoniana 10, no. 2) which was initiated by Thomas Aquinas and developed in the Lublin Philosophical School, this paper focuses on the attempt to show the philosophical breakthrough that the concept of personal existence can bring, and points out the most important theoretical conse-quences of adopting this theory in metaphysics. It outlines the elements of a new meta-physics of the person, based on the concept of personal existence, and hypothesizes about the metaphysical turn this concept could make. The investigations undertaken in the paper lead to the conclusion that not all inferences have yet been drawn from the concept of esse personale, and that the entire depth of the metaphysics of existence has not yet been explored.
