    Opis:
    Celem publikacji jest zaprezentowanie wyników badań przeprowa-dzonych w dwóch grupach studentów, które w czasie odbywania studiów miały jednakowe wyjściowe warunki zawodowe, jednakowe wykształcenie, jednakowy wiek, jednakowy sposób dalszego pogłębiania wiedzy. Różny był tylko sposób stu-diowania, który był uwarunkowany wybraną częstością prowadzenia działalności zawodowej, to znaczy czy student pracował już zawodowo. W częstości oceny „wiem jak i potrafię” swoich umiejętności zawodowych studenci obu form kształ-cenia różnili się. W kwestii umiejętności praktycznych o tej samej treści studenci kombinowanej formy kształcenia deklarowali częściej ocenę „wiem jak i potrafię” niż studenci prezentujący jednolitą formę kształcenia.
    The goal of the article is to present the results of research survey com-pleted with two groups of students who faced identical professional conditions when at the beginning of their studies. Both groups featured the same education levels, ages, and identical further learning methods. The only differences rested in their initiated method of education, deriving from their selected frequency of pro-fessional activities, i.e. whether they already had their jobs. The students using both methods of education differed in their frequencies of their professional skills evalua-tions, “I know how, and I can”. Regarding practical skills of the same contents, the combined form of education students often declared a higher “I know how, and I can” evaluation frequency than the full-time education students.

    Parental imprisonment cause negative influence on children life. Despite of this, institutions such as schools , that should provide support and help to this group do not undertake such activities, making this group "invisible".Research Aim: The aim of the article is to present the school experiences of children of prisoners in the context of the needs and threats, and to present those school interactions that may become key to shaping mental resilience in this group of students.Evidence-based Facts: Still too little is known about the school experiences of children of prisoners. Such knowledge would help to build support programs for this group of children, adequate to their needs.Summary: School is a place where through education and care we can create relationships, empower students and discover their resources. For some children of prisoners, school can be a place where they have a stable situation, people  that they can trust and where they feel accepted. However, the condition for this to happen is to equip teachers with the ability to build relationships with the student and create good practise that help them grow even in particularly difficult circumstances, which undoubtedly results from the imprisonment of a parent.
    Rodzicielskie uwięzienie wywiera negatywny wpływ na dzieci. Pomimo tego instytucje m.in. szkoły, które powinny udzielić tej grupie wsparcia i pomocy nie podejmują takich działań, czyniąc tę grupę "niewidzialną".Cel badań: Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie szkolnych doświadczeń dzieci osób pozbawionych wolności w kontekście potrzeb i zagrożeń oraz zaprezentowanie tych szkolnych oddziaływań, które mogą stać się kluczowe dla kształtowania odporności psychicznej u tej grupy uczniów.Stan wiedzy: Nadal zbyt mało wiadomo na temat szkolnych doświadczeń dzieci osób pozbawionych wolności. Taka wiedza pomogłaby budować programy wsparcia dla tej grupy dzieci adekwatne do ich potrzeb.Podsumowanie:  Szkoła jest tym miejscem gdzie poprzez edukację i wychowanie można tworzyć relacje, wzmacniać uczniów i odkrywać ich zasoby. Dla niektórych dzieci osób pozbawionych wolności szkoła może oznaczać miejsce gdzie mają stabilną sytuację, gdzie znajdują się osoby którym można zaufać i w którym czują się akceptowane. Jednak warunkiem by tak mogło się stać jest wyposażenie nauczycieli w umiejętność budowania relacji z uczniem i kreowania oddziaływań sprzyjających jego rozwojowi nawet w szczególnie trudnych okolicznościach, jakie niewątpliwie stwarza pozbawienie wolności rodzica

    Opis:
    Riflemen’s trainers are efficiently applied for the training of the armed forces, police, and shooting sportsmen. However, the training quality directly depends on the perfection of trainers as well as on their functional facilities. One of them is the shooting possibility by using various weapons. The new modification of a practise range is created: it’s included three types of weapons imitators for 5.56 mm G-36 assault rifle, 7.62 mm FN MAG machine gun and, 84 mm CARL GUSTAF recoilless gun. The work presents the universal dynamical and mathematical models of the one way operation pneumatic drive for recoil imitation, results of its investigation and description of the new modification of laser range for riflemen.

    Opracowanie dotyczy roli kształcenia przyszłych architektów, ich świadomości i kompetencji plastycznych w odniesieniu do idei i rozwiązań edukacyjnych Bauhausu. Mimo upływu 100 lat od założenia tej artystycznej szkoły i tylko 14 lat jej działalności, w procesach kształcenia prowadzonych przez szkoły artystyczne na całym świecie można odnaleźć ciągle aktualne elementy idei sformułowanych przez W. Gropiusa. Odnoszą się one do koncepcji jedności wszystkich sztuk, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem architektury oraz metody kształcenia prowadzącej do pobudzenia i rozwoju u studiujących ich twórczych możliwości. Opracowanie zawiera omówienie jednego z elementów podstawowej edukacji plastycznej na Wydziale Architektury Politechniki Wrocławskiej, jakim są praktyki rysunkowo-malarskie. Omawiane jest ich szczególne znaczenie w przygotowaniu studiujących do samodzielnego projektowania poprzez rozwijanie ich twórczej wyobraźni. Istotną rolę odgrywa w tych procesach tak bardzo podkreślany przez Bauhaus bezpośredni kontakt z elementami otoczenia oraz opanowanie podstaw postrzegania przestrzeni, a także sposobów jej zapisu w plenerowych warunkach zintensyfikowanego procesu kształcenia.
    The study concerns the role of educating future architects, their awareness and artistic competences in relation to the ideas and educational solutions of the Bauhaus. Despite the fact that 100 years have passed since this artistic school foundation and there were only 14 years of its activity, we can still find current elements of the ideas formulated by W. Gropius in the educational processes conducted by art schools all over the world. They refer to the concept of unity of all arts with particular emphasis on architecture and the method of education leading to stimulation and development of creative possibilities in students. The study discusses one of the elements of basic art education at the Faculty of Architecture of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, which are drawing and painting practices. Their special importance in preparing students for independent design by developing their creative imagination is discussed. An important role in these processes is performed by the direct contact with elements of the environment, emphasized by the Bauhaus, and the mastery of the basics of perception of space as well as the methods of its recording in the plein air conditions of an intensified educational process.

    W pracy zamieszczono propozycję planu opieki pielęgniarskiej nad pacjentem po embolizacji tętniaka kompleksu tętnicy łączącej przedniej z krwawieniem podpajeczynówkowym opracowanego na podstawie indywidualnego studium przypadku za pomocą wskaźników jakości wyników opieki pielęgniarskiej według C-HOBIC. Proces pielęgnowania opiera się na terminologii klasyfikacji ICNP® – Międzynarodowa Klasyfikacja Opieki Pielęgniarskiej.
    In the presented paper a plan of the care of the patient after anterior communicating artery (ACoA) aneurysm embolisation with subdural haemorrhage was propsed, based on an individual case study using C-HOBIC nursing performance quality indicators. The developed nursing care plan was based on the terminology of ICNP® – the International Classification for Nursing Practise.

    The aim of the article is application of Six Sigma method in glue applying process during assembling of IGBT modules of products family SEMiX3 performed in manufacture of SEMIKRON company. There are also used other tools and methods as Pareto diagram, Ishikawa diagram, hypothesis testing, Voice of the customer, involved in DMAIC cycle. There was found, that the most important impact of the glue applying process is the amount of glue. This is related to time savings and also Money savings as well as reduce the number of repairs.

    Opis:
    Zawód fizjoterapeuty został uregulowany w nowej Ustawie z dnia 25 września 2015 r. o zawodzie fizjoterapeuty. Ustanowiono w niej obowiązek poinformowania samorządu zawodowego o zamiarze powrotu do wykonywania zawodu fizjoterapeuty po dłuższej przerwie i obowiązek odbycia dodatkowego szkolenia. Taka regulacja może oddziaływać na swobodę wykonywania zawodu fizjoterapeuty. W związku z tym należy ustalić wpływ powyższych obowiązków na prawo do wykonywania zawodu i zadania organu samorządu zawodowego decydującego o szczegółowych warunkach obowiązkowego szkolenia.
    The physiotherapist profession was regulated in the new Physiotherapist Profession Act of 25th September 2015, establishing the obligation to inform the professional self-government about the intention of returning to the physiotherapist profession after a longer break, as well as the obligation to undergo the additional training. This regulation may influence the freedom of practising the profession of a physiotherapist. Therefore, there is a need to figure out both the influence of the above-mentioned obligations on the right to practise the profession and the duties of the professional self-government entity determining the detailed conditions of due mandatory training.

    The article covers the doctrinal issues of judicial precedent and case law in the legal doctrine, substantiates the need for formalization and official recognition of the actual role of the decisions of the supreme courts in similar cases. Traditional doctrinal delimitation and contrasting case law and judicial practice leads to refuse of taking into account the positive experience of the functioning of case law in common law countries. Taking into account such experience would help to satisfy the demands of the court practice in raising the significance of the decisions of the supreme courts in similar cases. In Ukraine, as in many post-Soviet countries, there is a tendency to refuse explanations of legislation on the basis of summarizing of court practice, and at the same time formalization and official recognition of the bindiness and normativity of decisions of the supreme courts in specific cases. In this regard, the peculiarities of the introducing and development of the case law of the Supreme Court in Ukraine at various stages are analyzed. Also highlighted their positive and negative aspects.

    The incrising demand for regulating social relations which are becoming more complicated is an efect of developing civilization, including in it the level of protection of human rights in XXI century. Standarization is a synonym of the nowadys developing world economy. Apart of the legal rules there are other regulation systems like moral standards, ethical standards, deontological norms or customs. These regulation systems are the complementary systems to the law regulations. Their origin is the natural law. Deontological principles mostly are legally binding like planty of ethical standards in medicine. The reason of the legal power of ethics in medicine is libility for human life. Code of Medical Ethics is also the source of legal norms in medical law. The most important legal norm for medical practice is the doctor’s obligation to treat patients acording to the current medical knowledge. Besides doctors should conduct their practice in a socially acceptable way as working in a profession of public trust.
