Opis:: Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy i opisuje aktualnie stosowane narzędzia wspomagające proces wytwarzania oprogramowania na platformę Java Enterprise Edition. W artykule dokonano wyboru omawianych narzędzi w oparciu o statystyki wykorzystania udostępnione na stronach internetowych. Przeanalizowano zintegrowane środowiska programistyczne, narzędzia do kontroli wersji kodu, narzędzia automatyzujące budowę oprogramowania oraz analizujące poprawność kodu. W niniejszej pracy wskazano najbardziej optymalne (według autora) narzędzia, wykorzystując je do budowy przykładowej aplikacji testowej w środowisku JEE.
This article is an overview and describes the currently used tools supporting software development process for Java Enterprise Edition. The tools were selected based on the usage statistics provided by websites. Analysis includes integrated development environments, code revision tools, software automation tools, and code validation tools. This paper shows the most optimal (according to the author) tools, using them to build sample test application in JEE.

Opis:: The paper describes the concept of augmented reality. Based on literature analysis, the authors claim that augmented reality technology enriches human experiences with digital data. The introduction of augmented reality applications and services provides an opportunity to increase the realism of research, while also offering an enhanced emotional and cognitive experience. Therefore, it can be an effective tool for the organization of learning in schools, colleges and universities.Augmented reality technologies can be interesting as an object of study as well. To do this, scientists need to design, develop and test appropriate methodologies.This paper explores one of the components of such techniques. The authors analysed several platforms for creating augmented reality applications. Unity, Vuforia and 3d-Studio were chosen for the purpose of analysis. Using them, the authors developed a fragment of the content of education. It contains instructionsfor creating an augmented reality application. The paper contains the author’s account of the process of training future teachers of computer science at Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (Ukraine). Based on the conducted study, the authors claim that students showed considerable interest in augmented reality technologies and the content of their training.
Artykuł zawiera przegląd koncepcji rozszerzonej rzeczywistości. Na podstawie analizy literatury autorzy twierdzą, że technologia rzeczywistości rozszerzonej wzbogaca ludzkie doznania o dane cyfrowe. Wprowadzenie aplikacji i usług rzeczywistości rozszerzonej daje szansę na zwiększenie realizmu badań; dostarcza wrażeń emocjonalnych i poznawczych. Może więc być skutecznym narzędziem do organizacji nauki w szkołach i na uczelniach. Technologie rzeczywistości rozszerzonej mogą być również interesujące jako przedmiot badań. Dlatego naukowcy muszą zaprojektować, opracować i przetestować odpowiednie metodologie. Autorzy artykułu przeanalizowali kilka platform do tworzenia aplikacji rozszerzonej rzeczywistości. Wśród nich wybrano Unity, Vuforia i 3d-Studio. Korzystając z nich, autorzy opracowali fragment treści kształcenia zawierający instrukcje tworzenia aplikacji rozszerzonej rzeczywistości. Artykuł zawiera relację autora z procesu kształcenia przyszłych nauczycieli informatyki na Narodowym Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym im. Włodzimierza Hnatiuka w Tarnopolu (Ukraina). Na podstawie badania autorzy twierdzą, że studenci wykazywali duże zainteresowanie technologiami rozszerzonej rzeczywistości i treścią ich szkoleń.

Opis:: The implementation of environmental issues in planning and designing urban structures is becoming a novel approach and a common practice consistent with the paradigm of sustainable development. Maintaining environmental quality in urban areas, managing natural resources and understanding the complexity of urban systems is becoming increasingly challenging. Therefore, it is important to develop strategies for the integration of environmental quality research into urban planning policies and for the development of alternative spatial solutions for the existing urban structure which are aimed at improving environmental quality in urban areas. The aim of the article is to review contemporary theoretical and practical approaches towards the implementation of environmental issues within the process of urban planning in order to present a framework for local planning policies. Described is the research into spatial and design solutions which can efficiently reduce noise levels, mitigate atmospheric pollution and odour nuisance or prevent the negative effects of local microclimate effect. The possibility of application of design guidelines aimed at achieving environmental objectives in local planning documents is also assessed.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiona jest rola funduszy Unii Europejskiej w równoważeniu infrastruktury transportu miejskiego w Polsce w latach 2004-2006. Poruszane zagadnienia dotyczą analizy i oceny równoważenia tej infrastruktury poprzez środki uzyskiwane z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Zintegrowanego Programu Operacyjnego Rozwoju Regionalnego oraz Sektorowego Programu Operacyjnego Transport. Analizie i ocenie podlegają skala i proporcje środków finansowych oraz ich efekty rzeczowe. Rozpatrywane są konkretne projekty inwestycyjne współfinansowane przez te programy w nawiązaniu do przesłanek koncepcji rozwoju zrównoważonego. Omówione są również zakres i wyzwania perspektywy finansowej 2007-2013 z punktu widzenia równoważenia infrastruktury transportu w Polsce przy udziale funduszy UE.
This article presents the role of the EU funds in balancing the urban transport infrastructure in Poland in 2004-2006. The issues under discussion concern the analysis and evaluation of balancing the existing infrastructure, using the resources obtained from the European Regional Development Fund under the Integrated Operating Programme of Regional Development and the Sector Transport Operating Programme. Analyses and evaluations were applied to the scale and proportions of the financial resources, as well as their substantive effects. The author has considered specific capital projects that were co-financed by the Programmes, with reference to the premises of the conceptions of sustainable development. The author has also discussed the scope and challenges of the financial perspective 2007-2013 from the viewpoint of balancing the transport infrastructure in Poland, using the EU funds.
