    W artykule omówiono czystość jako wartość rozpatrywaną w ujęciu psychospołecznym i kulturowym. Przypomniano podstawowe definicje wartości, główne poglądy na ten temat, a także ich znaczenie dla nauk, takich jak filozofia, psychologia, socjologia oraz pedagogika. Przedstawiono też główne aspekty judeochrześcijańskiego postrzegania czystości, które dotyczą różnych stanów czystości: młodzieńczo-dziewiczej, narzeczeńskiej i małżeńskiej, a także celibatu (życie kapłańskie i zakonne). Przytoczono poglądy biblijne wyrażone w tekstach Starego i Nowego Testamentu. Zwrócono uwagę na zagrożenia dla czystości w dzisiejszym społeczeństwie, a także na negatywne konsekwencje odrzucenia wartości czystości – duchowe, psychiczne, zdrowotne itp. Wyszczególniono też szereg pozytywnych skutków – zarówno indywidualnych, jak i społecznych zachowania cnoty czystości. Po uwzględnieniu danych statystycznych dostępnych w literaturze przedmiotu wyciągnięto wniosek o konieczności powrotu do traktowania czystości jako wartości, propagowania jej w mediach oraz kształtowania odpowiednich postaw w procesie wychowawczym.
    In the paper, the chastity is presented as a value in terms of psycho-sociological and cultural life. The basic definition of the value and the mainstream views on this topic were recalled, as well as their impact on the sciences like philosophy, psychology, pedagogics etc. The main aspects of the Judeo-Christian view on chastity value were described pointing out the different states of chastity: youth, premarital, spouse and celibacy (priests and monks). The biblical perspective was shown, using the passages from both Old and New Testaments as well. Today’s societies turning away from chastity produces a range of factors threating the chastity, despite the numerous negative consequences of unchastity and unmoral behavior. Those consequents on spiritual life, psychical state and health were pointed out, too. Moreover, the positive impact of chastity on individuals and societies was emphasized. Considering the statistical data available in the publications, the main conclusion was that it is inevitable to restore the value of the chastity, to propagate it in media and to include it into the parenting and educational processes.

    This article applies to the issue of co-creation as a key factor in the success of the school, and thus the object of evaluation of educational processes. The thesis was that in responsible thinking about school, the most important are not institutional but process aspects. Traditionally it was assumed that organizations create value (in the form of products and services) and exchange it with consumers. That product-centric approach to creating value is being replaced by an individual experience and co-creating value with customers. The school cannot be limited to the place, where the strictly planned process of education occur. Responsible school should be an innovative experiment environment in which all stakeholders share responsibility and are committed to creating value
    Artykuł dotyczy problematyki współtworzenia wartości jako kluczowego czynnika powodzenia pracy szkoły, a tym samym przedmiotu ewaluacji procesów edukacyjnych. Postawiono tezę, że w odpowiedzialnym myśleniu o szkole najważniejsze są jej aspekty procesowe, a nie instytucjonalne. Tradycyjnie zakładano, że organizacje tworzą wartość (w postaci produktów i usług) i wymieniają ją z konsumentami. Ten produkto-centryczny sposób podejścia do tworzenia wartości, także w przypadku edukacji, zostaje zastępowany przez nacisk na indywidualne doświadczenie i współtworzenie wartości. Szkoła nie może być ograniczona do miejsca, gdzie zachodzą ściśle zaplanowane procesy kształcenia. Odpowiedzialna szkoła powinna być innowacyjnym środowiskiem doświadczeń, w którym wszyscy są współodpowiedzialni i zaangażowani w tworzenie wartości.

    The paper explores the possibilities for developing reading comprehension by a pupil in primary education in the Slovak Republic. The need for scientific research into developing reading literacy in Slovakia, with its educational implications, is growing as a result of the unsatisfactory state of the current educational context. In this paper, we present an educational strategy focused on the development of comprehension of an informational text in primary school pupils. The strategy is based on the outcomes of previous research on the effectiveness of developing text comprehension on the basis of parallel stimulation of linguistic and cognitive processes. The presented stimulation programme offers a model for school education and for teachers how to proceed with the systematic development of comprehension of an informational text. At the same time, we offer the presented strategy for developing the reading literacy of a pupil for comparison with educational strategies in different countries.

    W artykule opracowano etapy modelowania i symulacji systemu zarządzania procesem kształcenia na uczelni, na które kolejno składają się: określenie celów, kryteriów i ograniczeń funkcjonowania systemu; budowa ogólnego modelu systemu; modelowanie czynników i relacji przyczynowo-skutkowych elementów systemu; iteracyjne eksperymentowanie symulacyjne na modelach, uwzględniające sprzężenia zwrotne w celu ulepszenia przedstawienia systemu, modeli relacyjnych i parametrów wejściowych systemu. Ostatecznym wynikiem tego procesu jest stan systemu i poziom osiągania jego celów na koniec badanego okresu. Po zakończeniu każdej iteracji zarządzający (decydent) podejmuje decyzję, czy ostateczny wynik kształcenia jest zadowalający i czy należy zmieniać parametry na wejściu systemu tak, aby osiągnąć satysfakcjonujący poziom kształcenia absolwentów na koniec prognozowanego okresu.
    In article have been developed the steps modelling and simulation of process management system of education at the university, they are: defining objectives, criteria and limitations of the system; construction of a general model of the system; modelling factors and the causal relationships of system components; iterative simulation at models. The feedback in this process allows to improve the model of system, allows to improve mathematical models and allows to improve the input parameters of the system. The final result of this process is the state of the system and the level of achievement of its goals for the end of the period. Manager (decision-maker) at the end of each iteration decides whether the final result of education is satisfactory and whether to change the input parameters of the system so as to achieve a satisfactory level of education graduates at the end of the forecast period.

    Problematyka kryzysu demograficznego oraz procesów depopulacji to zagadnienia kluczowe dla sytuacji społeczno-gospodarczej województwa opolskiego, które doświadcza drastycznego spadku liczby ludności. Z jednej strony problem ten, aczkolwiek nie tak istotnie, dotyczy również stolicy województwa – Opola. Z drugiej strony jednak Opole staje się obszarem napływu migrantów edukacyjnych podejmujących w mieście kształcenie na poziomie wyższym, co pociąga za sobą szereg konsekwencji. W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, jakie konsekwencje w sferze demograficznej dla obszaru napływu mogą powodować migranci edukacyjni podejmujący studia w Opolu. W tym celu posłużono się danymi ze statystyki publicznej, informacjami uzyskanymi z uczelni wyższych oraz wynikami własnych badań empirycznych.
    The issue of the demographic crisis and depopulation processes are key issues for the socio-economic situation of Opole Voivodeship, which has experienced a drastic decline in population. On the one hand, this problem concerns also the capital of the region – Opole. On the other hand, Opole becomes the influx of educational migrants undertaking higher education in the city. I can lead to entails a number of consequences. The article therefore attempts to answer the question what are the consequences for the area of the inflow of educational migrants undertaking studies in Opole in the demographic sphere. For this purpose, there were presented data from official statistics, information from universities and the results of the empirical research.

    The article examines the influence of migration processes on the formation and development of production capacities of countries. The main functions that perform population migration are indicated. Reasonably, the process of labor migration affects the redistribution of industry types that develop in different countries. The impact of international labor migration on the economies of donor and recipient countries is determined. It has been proven that labor migration has different effects on donor and recipient countries. Researched the question of how the human, social and financial capital of labor migrants can be better used for their counties of origin becomes more and more urgent. There is an opinion that labor migration is not always negative. It is emphasized that educational migration can have a positive impact on the development of industry in the donor country, provided that the population returns home. It is noted that Ukraine often acts as a labor donor for many countries, including Poland. The main spheres of activity in which Ukrainians work abroad are given. The main benefits that donor and recipient countries receive from population migration are identified. It is emphasized that the return flows, ie the return of emigrants home from earnings abroad, change over time the ratio of benefits and losses in the donor country.

    Higher education institutions (HEIs) in Armenia and Belarus have been conducted doctoral and postgraduate programs since Soviet Union times. In both countries consisted of two successive scientific (research) degrees: Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences.The main purpose of research education has been the creation of new investigation; moreover, it gave bigger importance to the results of scholarship rather than formation of scholars with specific knowledge, capacities, and skills, including teaching skills for higher education, dealing with modern technologies, and so on. In contemporary post-industrial societies, knowledge becomes outdated very quickly, making the training of versatile, innovative doctoral candidates a high priority. Their future career and employment opportunities are not limited to scholarly endeavors or teaching activities in traditional academic environment.The new generation of researchers should be competent not only in their professional area, but also have general broad preparedness, including communication, management and entrepreneurial skills.Our article also offers a mixed-method perspective on the investigation of determinants of effectiveness in quality assurance at higher education institutions.

    The existence of the man is manifested and expressed in the language. The man creates the language as much as the language creates the man. However, the most basic existential experience is expressed in the fact that the language represents and reflects the man himself: the language is expressed by the man and the language expressed the man. Two mods of “semantic fields” of existentaial linguistic experience are presence (in the form of linguistic epiphany) and alienation (in the form of linguistic alienation). Therefore, every educational formation takes place and is realized in the context of existential experience of presence or alienation (in the form of linguistic epiphany or alienation of the man as the subiect of mimetic patterns of action).
    Egzystencja człowieka przejawia się i wyraża w języku. Człowiek w tej samej mierze tworzy język, jak i język tworzy człowieka. Najbardziej prymarne egzystencjalnie doświadczenie wyraża się jednak w tym, że język reprezentuje i odzwierciedla samego człowieka – język wyrażany jest przez człowieka oraz język wyraża człowieka. Dwa modusy „semantycznych pól” egzystencjalnego doświadczenia językowego to uobecnienie (w postaci językowej epifanii) i wyobcowanie (w postaci językowej alienacji). I dlatego każda formacja wychowawcza rozgrywa się i jest urzeczywistniana w kontekście egzystencjalnego doświadczenia uobecniania lub wyobcowania (w postaci językowej epifanii lub alienacji człowieka jako podmiotu mimetycznych wzorców działania).

Prawie każde zagrożenie rodzi skutki wtórne, które są równie niebezpieczne co pierwotne i mogą być przesłanką dla kolejnych niespodziewanych zdarzeń. Stąd też pojawia się wiele wątpliwości i pytań dotyczących jakości edukacji na rzecz bezpieczeństwa człowieka, umiejętności w zakresie skutecznego przeciwdziałania zagrożeniom itp. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na przestrzenie, procesy oraz alternatywne możliwości edukacji, które mogą być lepiej wykorzystane w środowisku przebywania człowieka.
    In the current reality of threats, the issue of education for security requires changes both in space and in the processes in which people participate. Recently, an increasing determination of man in the search for security can be observed. Almost every threat has secondary effects that are as dangerous as primary and can be a trigger for further unexpected events. Hence, there are many doubts and questions regarding the quality of education for human safety, skills in effective counteracting threats, etc. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the spaces, processes and alternative educational opportunities that can be better used in the environment of human residence.

    Celem opracowania jest zaprezentowanie autorskiego modelu, który w unikalny sposób akcentuje proces dydaktyczny na tle całokształtu procesów zarządzania uczelnią. Koncept prezentowanego modelu czerpie z metodyki projektowej ADDIE oraz wpisuje się w obowiązujące w Polsce regulacje prawne. Transformacja współczesnych uczelni przejawia się m. in. trendem do umacniania konkurencyjności. Uczelnie powinny konkurować również w zakresie jakości procesu dydaktycznego. A przekazywanie wiedzy w murach uczelni powinno iść w parze ze stosowaniem nowoczesnych technologii i z umiejętnym zarządzaniem treścią.
    The aim of the study is to present an author's model, which uniquely emphasizes the didactic process in the context of the whole process of university management. The idea of the present model draws from the ADDIE design methodology and is in compliance with existing regulations in Poland. The transformation of modern universities is manifested, among others, in a trend to strengthen competitiveness. Universities should also compete in the quality of the didactic process. And the transfer of knowledge in the university should go hand in hand with the use of modern technology and skillful content management.

Projektowane narzędzie ma ułatwiać podejmowanie wyborów, wskazywać potencjał danego kierunku studiów, redukować obciążenia związane z procesem wyboru i jego złożonością. Artykuł przedstawia założenia, które wykorzystano do budowy koncepcji narzędzia, jego elementy i funkcjonalności.
    The article presents the possibilities of using IT support in the process of choosing a field of study. These possibilities are discussed on the example of an application designed and tested at the University of Science and Technology (AGH), which allows candidates to be presented with recommended fields of study, tailored to their preferences, predispositions, plans related to studies, and professional career. The tool is designed to facilitate decision making, indicate the potential of a given field of study, and reduce the burden related to the selection process and its complexity. The article presents the assumptions that were used to build the concept of the tool, its elements, and functionalities.
