    Opis:
    Benchmarking is a management method, which involves, among other things, improving the efficiency of an organization by identifying, analyzing, adapting and implementing solutions used by most effective organizations. Benchmarking has been successfully implemented in Polish enterprises. For several years there has been an increase in the importance of bench-marking, especially among companies possessing knowledge regarding implementing lean management. This article presents benchmarking as a management method, which allows eliminating waste and making better solutions in Polish enterprises. The article consists of two parts. The first part presents the theoretical concept of the nature, types, advantages and disadvantages of benchmarking, as well as the main waste which appear in the enter-prise. The second part presents case studies of benchmarking, such as Xerox, but also four examples of companies in the Polish market in various industries (transportation logistics, manufacturing company, distribution company and company from the market of Transport Forwarding Logistics), that have implemented solutions perfecting logistic processes.
    Benchmarking to metoda zarządzania, która polega m.in. na doskonaleniu efektywności wła-snej organizacji poprzez identyfikowanie, analizowanie, adaptowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań stosowanych przez organizacje najbardziej efektywne. Benchmarking wprowadzany jest z powodzeniem w polskich przedsiębiorstwach. Od kilku lat obserwuje się wzrost znaczenia benchmarkingu, szczególnie wśród firm znających, czy wdrażających lean management. Ce-lem artykułu jest przedstawienie benchmarkingu, jako metody zarządzania, która pozwala wyeliminować marnotrawstwa i wprowadzić lepsze rozwiązania w polskich przedsiębior-stwach. Artykuł składa się z dwóch części. Pierwsza część teoretyczna przedstawia pojęcie, istotę, rodzaje, zalety, wady benchmarkingu, a także główne marnotrawstwa pojawiąjące się w przedsiębiorstwie. Druga cześć empiryczna przedstawia benchmarking, przykład firmy Xe-rox, ale także cztery przykłady przedsiębiorstw na rynku polskim z różnych branż (logistyka miejska, przedsiębiorstwo produkcyjne, przedsiębiorstwo dystrybucyjne i firma z rynku TSL), które wdrożyły rozwiązania doskonalące procesy logistyczne.

    Transformations on the postal market that have occurred since the end of the 1990s extorted Poczta Polska S.A. from implementation of changes in many areas of its activity. The purpose of these transformations is to adapt to new legal requirements, technical and technological changes and to cope with the growing competition within the postal market. Factors playing an essential role with regard to the above are initiatives taken and innovations implemented in the postal logistic chain, without which the postal operator could not operate and which contribute to the diversification of provided services. The purpose of this article is to present and assess the changes in the postal created and implemented by Poczta Polska.
    Przeobrażenia rynku pocztowego, które następują od początku lat dziewięćdziesiątych w Pol-sce wymusiły na Poczcie Polskiej S.A. dokonanie wielu zmian w różnych dziedzinach jej dzia-łalności. Celem tych przekształceń jest dostosowanie się do nowych wymogów prawnych oraz innowacji wprowadzonych w pocztowym łańcuchu dostaw bez których pocztowy opera-tor nie mógłby funkcjonować, oraz które przyczyniły się do dywersyfikacji świadczonych usług. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja oraz ocena zmian, które zostały stworzone oraz wdro-żone przez Pocztę Polską S.A.

    Mit der Methode Wirkungsgeschichte werden die charakteristischen Tendenzen beschrieben, die unter den polnischen Theologen vorkommen worden sind, die ihre Auslegung des Gleichnisses über den Barmherzigen Vater (Luk 15,11-32) in den letzten 50 Jahren formuliert haben. Es geht dabei nur um populäre und pastorale Interpretationen, die für die breiten Kreisen adressiert sind. Die Resultaten werden mit einer ,,Kontrollgruppe“ konfrontiert. Die vergleichbare Gruppe, wenn es um ihre Kompetenzen und Ziel der Auslegung geht, werden die Lateinischen Väter (bis zu Augustinus) betrachten.Die gemeinsame Tendenz unter den polnischen Theologen kann man als das grosse Interesse an dem Barmherzigen Vater und seine Beziehung zum jüngeren Sohn bezeichnen. Als Ziel solcher Auslegung in der Nachkriegszeit kann man die Vertiefung der Praxis des Sakramentes der Busse vermuten. In den späteren Texten ging es mehr um die persönliche Beziehung zu Gott, der nicht nur barmherzig ist, sondern auch seine Kinder immer und grenzenlos akzeptiert. Diese Tendenz scheint es deutlich, wenn wir diese Beobachtungen mit der Auslegung der Kontrollgruppe konfrontieren. Es stellt sich heraus, dass bei den ersten Lateinischen Theologen nicht die Barmherzigkeit des Vaters, sondern die Folge der Sünde betont sind. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Kirchenväter zurückhaltend das Gleichnis über den Barmherzigen Vater erklären. Man kann vermuten, dass die strenge Bussdisziplin in den ersten Jahrhunderten für diese Resultate der Wirkungsgeschichte verantwortlich ist.Unsere Antwort auf die Frage, warum so verschiedene Akzente in den beiden Epochen der Kirche vorkommen sind, lautet: die zeitgenössischen Theologen reagieren auf die Bedürfnisse der modernen Gesellschaft. Es scheint zu sein, dass eines von den ,,Zeichen der Zeit" die Suche nach dem wahren Gesicht des Vaters ist. Die theologische Absicht des Lukas verlangt jedoch die Verkündigung um solche Elemente zu ergänzen, die der pastoralen Voraussetzungen entsprachen. Es geht um die Akzeptanz für die Barmherzigkeit Gottes in Bezug auf die andere, aber auch um die Wahrheit über die Folgen der Sünde und des Bösen im Leben des Menschen.

    Opis:
    The parable of the father and his two sons in the Gospel of Luke (Luke 15:11-32) makes part of a series of parables depicting the attitude of God toward sinful man. It is the attitude of seeking, concern, love, and joy in the presence of which nobody, even the greatest sinner, is excluded. The present article focuses on that attitude by exposing relationships between father and his two sons. Despite the fact that the narrative presents the events from the perspective of the sons, the father can be considered the main character of the parable. The story of the sons shows the drama of father’s love which was rejected and misunderstood by them. Both sons lose their dignity by denying their father’s love, but only the younger seems to realize it. The father shows both of them the same love and assures them that in his eyes they have never lost their sonship and they have never been deprived of it. Each of the children has to be re-adopted; each in his own way indicated by the father. The younger has to accept paternal forgiveness which is full of mercy and joy prompted by his return. The elder, on the other hand, has to imitate the mercy and joy offered by the father to his younger son.
