Opis:
Obecnie zintegrowane systemy informatyczne klasy ERP są nieodłącznym elementem działalności przedsiębiorstw sprawnie funkcjonujących w otoczeniu ekonomiczno-rynkowym. Celem pracy jest wskazanie podejmowanej w literaturze krajowej i zagranicznej tematyki badawczej dotyczącej zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych klasy ERP. Analizie poddano łącznie 106 artykułów opublikowanych w latach 2010-2012, zawierających w tytule lub w słowach kluczowych hasła: ERP lub Enterprise Resource Planning.
Currently, integrated ERP systems are an integral part of companies that want to operate efficiently in an environment of economic and market conditions. The aim of this work is classification of Polish and world literature in the field of integrated ERP systems published between 2010-2012 and the identification of topics in detail. The articles were taken from the years 2010-2012 containing the title or keywords ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning - total 106 publications.

W artykule opisano studium przypadku - audytu - w branży paliwowej, dotyczącego analizy powdrożeniowej systemu klasy ERP. Głównym celem audytu było opracowanie i zaprezentowanie zarządowi raportu z analizy wdrożenia systemu ERP w badanej firmie oraz przedstawienie procesów i funkcji, które są zaimplementowane w systemie, a także zaproponowanie wprowadzenia niezbędnych zmian w zakresie wykorzystania funkcji systemu ERP. Wypracowano dwa warianty rozwiązań możliwych do realizacji: - przystosowanie istniejącego systemu informatycznego tak, aby otrzymywane informacje były spójne i mogły posłużyć do lepszego zarządzania firmą, - zakupienie i wdrożenie nowego systemu informatycznego klasy ERP. Ostatecznie pozostano przy wariancie pierwszym. Jednakże - wykorzystując przeprowadzone podczas audytu analizy, przemodelowano sposób planowania procesu głównego, zmieniono strukturę organizacyjną - wspierając łańcuch logistyczny i dokonano całkowitej przebudowy strategii rozwoju. Wprowadzone zmiany organizacyjne i uporządkowanie procesów, dobór odpowiedniej kadry oraz determinacja zarządu spowodowały, że firma osiągnęła w pierwszym półroczu zysk.
The paper presents a case study in fuel branch, i.e. an audit related to post-implementation analysis of ERP system. The audit was aimed mainly at development of a report on analysis of implementation of the ERP system in examined company and presentation of the report to company management. Furthermore the audit was aimed at presentation of processes and functions implemented in the system, and making a proposal for indispensable changes within use of the functions of the ERP system. There have been developed two versions to be possible for realization, i.e. - adaptation of the existing informatics system in such a way to get consistent information to be helpful for better managing the company, or - purchase and implementation of a new informatics ERP system. Finally the first version has been chosen. However as a result of analyses made during audit, a method of planning of the main process was remodelled, the organization chart was changed, and the strategy of development was totally reconstructed with support of the logistics chain. Due to organizational changes, arrangement of processes, selection of right personnel and determination of director.s board, the company made profit just in the first half-year.

The paper present the various aspects of the process of testing of the ERP system’s dependability .This process has been systematized using the procedures taken from the Polish Standards and adopted for purposes of the ERP system. Thanks to an introduction of same normalization and the unification of terminology, the testing of the systems dependability under different conditions, as well as for different systems, will be possible. A review of MS Axapta system in relation to the dependability of the functioning of its particular elements, has also been carried out. This was based on previously presented instructions of the dependability test.

W artykule przedstawiono rozważania na temat wdrożenia nettingu w przedsiębiorstwie. Zaprezentowano definicję nettingu oraz informacje dotyczące ścieżki raportowania danych uzyskanych za pomocą tego procesu. W toku przeprowadzonych rozważań scharakteryzowano mocne i słabe strony zastosowania systemu nettingu w rozliczeniach wewnątrzgrupowych. Celem artykułu była prezentacja możliwości wykorzystania systemu nettingu w dziale finansowo-księgowym przedsiębiorstwa ukierunkowanego na raportowanie w systemie ERP. Podczas pisania artykułu zastosowano studia literaturowe, analizę, indukcję oraz wnioskowanie.
The article presents a reflection about the implementation of the netting process in a company. It presents the definition of netting and includes information about reporting paths created by this process. The analysis has presented the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of netting application in the intercompany reconciliation. The aim of the article is to present the possibilities of netting process focused on the ERP reconciliation. While writing the article literature studies, analysis, induction and inference were used.

This article describes the Integrated Military Information System (IMIS), which is being gradually introduced in the Ministry of National Defense. The modern IMIS system is intended to form the foundations of effective management of the Air Force logistics. At present, military units often have to carry out their tasks in a coalition or allied environment and the integrated information system is a key to ensuring a successful outcome of these activities. This author also focus on airbase tasks on the example of 42 Aviation School Airbase in Radom. The article also describes the implementation effects of IMIS on enhanced functioning of the airbase logistics in this process.

The paper is concerned with a specific element of an ERP-class system – the Technical Production Preparation module (TPP) used by a company producing metal components. The module is responsible, inter alia, for determining the amount of material required to complete a specific order. W pracy prowadzono analizę wybranego fragmentu systemu ERP – modułu Technicznego Przygotowania Produkcji w firmie wytwarzającej wyroby metalowe. Nowadays, managers of manufacturing companies are facing more and more difficult decision-making problems to resolve. Fluctuations in demand and constantly growing markets place many requirements for planners to create a correct production schedule. Thanks to technological development it is possible to use systems supporting decision-making. However, not all systems work properly together. An example of problems with system integration is the implementation of a production monitoring system (MES) into an existing Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) class system. This article aimed to show the use of the basic functions contained in the ERP system as part of the functions of the MES system. By integrating the ERP system with a mobile application, it becomes possible to obtain the basic functionalities of the MES system, i.e. monitoring of current production and confirmation of yield at the workplace. The article contains a short theoretical introduction regarding production schedule planning and the functions of ERP and MES class systems. The empirical part shows the diagnosed problems of the production company and an example of implementing an original solution, and is summed up with conclusions and guidelines for further stages of research.
W obecnych czasach menedżerowie przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych stają przed coraz cięższymi problemami decyzyjnymi. Wahania popytu oraz stale rozwijające się rynki stawiają przed planistami wiele wymagań dotyczących utworzenia poprawnego harmonogramu produkcji. Dzięki rozwojowi technologicznemu możliwe jest korzystanie z systemów wspierających podejmowanie decyzji. Jednakże nie wszystkie systemy prawidłowo współpracują ze sobą. Przykładem problemów z integracją systemów jest wdrożenie systemu monitorującego produkcję (MES) do istniejącego systemu klasy ERP. Ten artykuł ma na celu pokazanie wykorzystania podstawowych funkcji zawartych w systemie klasy ERP jako części funkcji systemu MES. Poprzez integrację systemu ERP z aplikacją mobilną możliwe staje się uzyskanie podstawowych funkcjonalności systemu MES, czyli monitorowania bieżącej produkcji oraz potwierdzania uzysku na stanowisku roboczym. Artykuł zawiera krótki wstęp teoretyczny dotyczący ustalania harmonogramu produkcji oraz przedstawienie funkcji systemów klasy ERP oraz MES. Część praktyczna pokazuje zdiagnozowane problemy przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego oraz przykład wdrożenia autorskiego rozwiązania. Całość podsumowana jest wnioskami oraz wytycznymi na dalsze etapy badań.

To ensure a flow production is always necessary to provide the inputs and outputs of materials in line with customer requirements ie. design and implement the most efficient material flow. As the basis of efficiency is considered to be straightforward and simple course, a low rate of material flow, enabling the creation of larger, integrated volume handling units with which it operates as a single piece using mechanization. Straightforward and simple course depends on optimal spatial layout of the company (production and storage buildings) as well as a series of individual operations and the appropriate organization of production.
