Opis:: In this article, the bending, buckling, free and forced vibration behavior of a nonlocal nanocomposite microplate using the third order shear deformation theory (TSDT) is presented. The magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) properties are dependent on various volume fractions of CoFe₂O₄-BaTiO₃. According to Maxwell’s equations and Hamilton’s principle, the governing differential equations are derived. These equations are discretized by using Navier’s method for an MEE nanocomposite Reddy plate. The numerical results show the influences of elastic foundation parameters such as aspect ratio, length to thickness ratio, electric and magnetic fields and various volume fractions of CoFe₂O₄-BaTiO₃ on deflection, critical buckling load and natural frequency. The natural frequency and critical buckling load increases with the increasing volume fraction of CoFe₂O₄-BaTiO₃, also the amplitude vibration decreases with an increase in the volume fraction. This model can be used for various nanocomposite structures. Also, a series of new experiments are recommended for future work.

Opis:: Traditional drying ways for drying of agricultural products and consumption of large amount of energy in conventional dryers result in reducing of quality and increasing of final cost of products. Utilizing of Heat Pump Dryers can improve the quality of products as well as decreasing the final production costs by means of energy saving. In the Heat Pump Dryer a high quantity of heat needed for drying of products can be shed off or saved from the latent and sensible heat of air leaving the drying chamber. In this article primary data of configuration such as relative humidity of air, input power of compressor, power of fan, recirculation air ratio (RAR) was obtained. Regarding to this primary data and dehumidifying specifications of plum, an experimental model of dryer was designed. The results indicated that the optimum temperature of drying for plums is in vicinity of 70-80°C; also specific moisture extraction rate (SMER) of designed dryer was notably more than conventional types of dryers in respect to saving the energy.

Opis:: The experiment studied the effect of different nitrogen levels on the biology and life table parameters of the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover reared on Chrysanthemum indicum Kitan. The fertilizer treatments were administered at 0, 25, 50, 100 and 150% of the agronomic recommended concentration. The aphids were collected from greenhouses in Mahalat and transported to pots. The different nitrogen fertilizer levels did not show a specific effect on the potassium and phosphorus content in leaves. The intrinsic rate of increase and net reproductive rate ranged from 0.173 to 0.225, and 15.47 to 28.28, respectively, at different tested fertilizer levels. The aphids showed the significantly lowest mean generation time and the highest finite rate of increase when fed on chrysanthemum fertilized at a 150% fertilizer level. The aphids fecundity and survival showed a positive correlation when the fertilizer concentration was increased. On the other hand, the highest life expectancy was obtained for the aphids fed on chrysanthemum with a 25% nitrogen level. The present data suggest that plant nitrogen content is an important factor contributing to the increase severity of the cotton aphid as a pest of chrysanthemum.
