    W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę wybranych pojęć stosowanych w analizach bezpieczeństwa maszyn na tle przedmiotowych norm oraz innych publikacji z tego obszaru. Analizie poddano znaczenie takich pojęć jak: szkoda oraz zagrożenie. Wskazano na istniejącą niejednoznaczność niektórych terminów stosowanych w ocenie ryzyka maszyn. Zgłoszono postulat podjęcia niezbędnych prac zmierzających do sprecyzowania definicji pojęć obejmujących problematykę oceny bezpieczeństwa maszyn i przyjęcia wspólnej podstawowej terminologii.
    This article characterizes selected concepts used in analysing machinery safety in the context of the relevant standards and other publications in this field. It analyses such concepts as damage and threat. The articles shows that some terms used in risk assessment of machinery are ambiguous. It is necessary to define concepts in the field of assessing machinery safety and to adopt common terminology.

    Specjalnie ukierunkowana chemiczna analiza 24 próbek świeżego, pełnego, rozpyłowego proszku mlecznego z 6 głównych wytwórni krajowych (4 próbki z każdego zakładu, w okresie od list. 1972 do marca 1973) dała następujące średnie wyniki (w nawiasach średnie z poszczególnych zakładów): woda - 2,74% (2,42-3,09); tłuszcz - 25,4% (24,1-26,5); nadtlenki - 475 mg 0/kg tłuszczu (2,27-7,61); kwasowość miareczk. mleka regenerow. - 6,53°S.H. (6,08-6,59); amoniak - 1,74 mg NH₃/l mleka regenerow. (0,68-3,18); kwas mlekowy i mleczany - 141 mg/100 g suchej masy beztł. (89-222); hydroksymetylofurfural (ogólny) - 5,27 μM/l mleka regen. (2,78-7,58); wolny tłuszcz - 22,5% (7,8-35,2); nie zdenaturowane białko serwatkowe - 1,61 mg N/g 1,13-2,42); próba na utlenialność mleka regenerow. z kwasem 2-tiobarbiturowym (bezpośrednio, tj. bez inkubacji, wyraż. jako absorpcja przy 532 nm/l cm) - 0,0216 (0,0071-0,0498, oznaczenia tylko w 14 próbkach proszku). Uzyskane wyniki analityczne interpetowano w nawiązywaniu do jakości użytego surowca i stosowanych parametrów technologicznych (głównie cieplnych). W związku z tym rozwinięto ilościowo zagadnienie stopnia denaturacji cieplnej białek serwatkowych w proszku. Ogólnie, uzyskane wyniki zdają się świadczyć o tym, że produkowany w kraju pełny, rozpyłowy proszek mleczny w zasadzie daje się zaliczyć do kategorii proszku "wysoko ogrzewanego", że jest on produktem niezłej jakości, wykazującym na ogół znaczne wahania wartości stosowanych w pracy oznaczeń chemicznych w obrębie nawet tego samego zakładu. Stwierdzono, że uwzględnione w pracy chemiczne cechy proszku mlecznego nie wykazują jakichś wyraźniejszych wzajemnych zbieżności, stanowiąc jakby samoistne, niezależne od siebie, pożyteczne wskaźniki odnośnie jakości (świeżości) surowca lub technicznych warunków (głównie termicznych) przerobu mleka na proszek mleczny rozpyłowy.

    The high degree of persons and property security risk, especially during cash value transport increases the demand for Cash/valuables-in-transit (CVIT) vehicles. These vehicles are, in addition to the transport of valuables, which include money, goods made of silver, gold, platinum, may also carry documents containing classified information important for the security of the State. It is noticeable tendency to increase safety requirements for use of these vehicles. The new Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration respecting “the requirements to be met to protect the monetary value stored and transported by businesses and other agencies” of 7 September 2010 (Dz.U. 2010.0166.1128) introduces three groups of CVIT vehicles: type A, type B and type C. The most strict, but also providing the highest levels of security are requirements for CVIT vehicles type A. This article refers to some problems concerning the design of these vehicles. The article presents regulations and standards referring to the CVIT vehicles obligatory in Poland. There are presented the uppermost technical requirements for new generation of CVIT vehicles. There are also proposed the attack protection performance classes and ratings for quality assessment of these vehicles, including the energy ratio. Some of the issues of construction and armour in relation to the use of the series cargo truck bodies and chassis for building the CVIT vehicles are discussed. There are discussed the operation and application of an innovatory auxiliary drive unit and some electronic systems

    In the paper have been discussed project of the system of evaluation and classification of vehicles and automobile devices in aspect of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). There have been presented additional criteria concerning emission of electromagnetic disturbances and immunity to the disturbances as well as means to classify the quality of tested vehicles and automobile devices, inpurpose of improving road traffic sofety and protection of electromagnetic environment. It has been presented proposals of EMC integrated evaluation methods for vehicles and automobile devices. For the vehicles it comprises five categories where evaluation is carried out for three components: broadband and narrow band emission and immunity to electromagnetic radiation. For devices there are also proposed five categories where evaluation is carried out for four components: broadband and narrowband emission, immunity to electromagnetic radiation and to electrical transients. There are also presented the examples that illustrate proposed system of automobile and devices classification in aspect of EMC and algorithm of the verification and evaluation of vehicles according to project. Proposed criteria of integrated evaluation of vehicles and automobile devices enables evaluation of quality, what can contribute in engineering of high competitive products.

    The article contains the results of research on arable land configuration in Mściwojów. To determine the basic qualities of land configuration the following software was employed: MKTopo GUTR, Plikpol, Pole. The basic surface elements assumed for research were plots, defined as continuous parts of cadastral plots utilized only in one way. The analysis covered spatial parameters of the plots, estimated land configuration related cultivation costs, location of the land in the village and farm and basic features of the farm. The obtained results allowed to define the degree of influence of land configuration on the costs connected with cultivation and to determine if correction of land layout is necessary.

    In this study, an optimization process of the spatial layout of a village from the viewpoint of minimization of distances between parcels and farming settlements is presented. It is illustrated by the data coming from the village Mściwojów, which is situated in the south-western Poland. The proposed calculation process uses linear programming methods, and the input data are the result of the processing of the ground and building registration data bases. The results indicate a wide range of application possibilities of the optimization process of the parcel layouts, at different stages of operations connected with the restructuring of spatial distributions of rural areas. In particular, it refers to the realization of conceptions of the land consolidation results which are viable in a given area.
