Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie spójnych 16 wojewódzkich tablic przepływów międzygałęziowych dla Polski, wraz z metodologią, która pozwoliła na regionalizację tablic krajowych. Na podstawie powstałych tablic, głównie tablic wykorzystania wyrobów i usług oraz handlu przedstawiających wszystkie sektory gospodarki w agregacji do sekcji PKD, pokazano strukturę głównych powiązań produkcyjnych i handlowych wewnątrz- i międzywojewódzkich. Na przykładzie sektora B+R zaprezentowano sieć powiązań i wymiany tego sektora z pozostałymi sektorami gospodarki w poszczególnych województwach oraz między województwami. Powstałe tablice są pierwszą znaną autorom próbą opublikowania spójnych metodologicznie tablic przepływów międzygałęziowych na poziomie województw dla Polski i stanowią przyczynek do dalszych badań w kierunku ich większej dezagregacji regionalnej i sektorowej, jak również do wykorzystania w zastosowaniu do analiz różnorodnych polityk gospodarczych na poziomie regionalnym w Polce oraz do porównań międzynarodowych.
The aim of this paper is to present the first 16 coherent regional input-output tables for Poland, together with the methodology applied to their regionalization from the national level. On the basis of the tables – especially the use and trade tables aggregated to the 19 NACE sections – the structure as well as intra- and inter-regional trade is presented for all 16 NUTS2 regions. Based on the example of the R & D sector, the usefulness of the tables as an analytical tool is confirmed. Like in network analysis, the authors present the links and exchanges of this sector with other sectors of the regional economies in individual voivodships and between them. The regional input-output tables together with their methodology presented here is the first attempt, to the best knowledge of the authors, to publish methodologically coherent 16 input-output tables at NUTS2 level for Poland. They path the way for further research in such directions as: higher regional and sectoral disaggregation, application of the tables to the analysis of different regional economic policies in Poland, and for international comparisons.

In this study, we propose a cooling structure manufactured using a specialized three-dimensional (3D) printing design method. A cooling performance test system with complex geometry that used a thermoelectric module was manufactured using metal 3D printing. A test model was constructed by applying additive manufacturing simulation and computational fluid analysis techniques, and the correlation between each element and cooling efficiency was examined. in this study, the evaluation was conducted using a thermoelectric module base cooling efficiency measurement system. The contents were compared and analyzed by predicting the manufacturing possibility and cooling efficiency, through additive manufacturing simulation and computational fluid analysis techniques, respectively.

The city of Ljubljana lies at the intersection of various geomorphological regions that have strongly influenced its spatial organization. Prehistoric settlements were built on marshland, a Roman town was built on the first river terrace of the Ljubljanica River, and in the Middle Ages a town was built in a strategic position between the Ljubljanica River and Castle Hill. The modern city absorbed all usable space between the nearby hills. This paper reviews some relief features in Ljubljana, their influence on the city’s spatial development, and urban geoheritage. The results indicate new possibilities for urban geoheritage tourism in the Slovenian capital and its surroundings.

Praca przedstawia zagadnienie organizacji i funkcjonowania dworów kobiecych – przede wszystkim działania o charakterze patronackim, które dają się zaobserwować w początkach XVIII w. w kręgach dworów kobiet wywodzących się z magnaterii. Takim ośrodkiem był dwór prowadzony przez Elżbietę z Lubomierskich Sieniawską, która skoncentrowała wokół siebie krąg współpracowników i przyjaciół połączonych różnorakimi zależnościami. Grupy te można umownie podzielić na krąg rodziny i przyjaciół, dworzan, oficjalistów i współpracowników nieprzynależących do dworu (artyści, duchowni) oraz wszystkich tych, którzy pracowali, ale i korzystali z materialnej opieki patronki (niższa służba dworu oraz ludzie usiłujący pozyskać stałą lub częściową opiekę możnej pani). Odwołując się do wybranych przykładów nawiązania i trwania współpracy czy też zależności pomiędzy patronką a pozostałymi, starałam się odpowiedzieć na pytanie o mechanizmy i relacje towarzyszące stosunkom na linii patron – klient i współpracownik.

The continuous growth of demand on energy, the perspectives of running out the stores of mineral fuels and interventions havings on the aim of the protection of the natural environment the interest the renewable sources of energy and they brought to the large growth of their use in the consequence. The renewable sources of energy are this the source use in the process conversions energy stepping out in various figures -in the peculiarity radiated surmy, wind, the water and biomass and the warm interior of the ground.

The molecular crystals, which are built of organic or organic-inorganic molecules, are characterized by the weak intermolecular interactions. From the viewpoint of the potential applications in electronics or optoelectronics the electric properties of the crystals are essential. In turn these properties are related to their crystal structure as well as the dynamics of the molecules in the solid state. The existence of the hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures, conventional and unconventional, is crucial from the viewpoint of the electric properties of the crystals. The dynamics of methyl groups present in the structure can be a measure of the molecular interactions in the crystals. In this work the dynamical properties, first of all taking into account the research results concerning the neutron scattering, will be discussed. The neutron technique is very effective as regards the methyl group dynamics investigations. The relationship between a formation of the conventional and unconventional hydrogen bonds and a tunneling of the methyl groups at low temperature will be discussed. The method of the interpretation of the INS spectra will be described taking into account the theoretical model, the parameters of which are fitted to the experimental data. The examples will regard the following molecular crystals: p-N,N’-1,10-tetraacethyldiaminodurene (TADD) (Figs. 2 and 4), 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine with chloranilic acid (TMP·CLA) (Figs. 5, 6 and 7), 2,3,5,6- tetramethylpyrazine with bromanilic acid (TMP·BRA) (Figs. 5 and 6) and the crystal of 3,4,7,8-tetramethylphenantroline (Me4phen) and its complex with picric acid (Me4phen·PIC) (Figs. 8 and 9). In this paper we have shown that the surrounding of the methyl group and its interactions with the adjacent molecules has a stronger effect than the changes in the electronic charge density in the molecule.

The composition of the first atomic layer of $Cu_3Au$(001) crystal (about half-and-half copper and gold atoms) changes only slowly even at temperatures much higher than that of the order-disorder transition ($T_C$ = 663 K). Theoretical and experimental works show a general trend of these changes but they differ in quantitative findings. In the present work we used directional elastic peak electron spectroscopy and directional Auger electron spectroscopy to investigate changes of atomic order and composition in the first atomic layers of the $Cu_3Au$(001) crystal during the sample temperature increase. The height of central maximum in DEPES polar profile of the sample investigated was measured as a function of sample temperature. It was found that the measured dependence is linear, but the slope of this dependence changes abruptly around $T_C$. This change seems to be connected with disappearance of the atomic order in the first and second atomic layers. In DAES the height of the Auger peaks for copper and gold low energy transitions (MVV and NVV, respectively) were measured in the dN(E)/dE mode as a function of the primary electron beam incidence angle. The composition of the first, second, and third atomic layers was determined by fitting the ratio of calculated DAES polar profiles for copper and gold to such a ratio for the measured profiles.

The article presents classifi cation, functions of melanins together with maturation stages and transport mechanisms of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes. Melanins are macromolecular pigments, occuring in the plants, animals and fungi kingdoms. Melanins can be classifi ed into three groups: eumelanin, pheomelanin and allomelanin. They are widely distributed in organism and are responsible for the colour of eyes, skin, hair, feathers and coats. Protective role of melanins is connected with absorbing of UV radiation and scavenging of free radicals. They can also interact with drugs, infl uencing therapeutic and toxic eff ects. Melanins are synthesized in melanocytes, in lysosome-related organelles – melanosomes. Melanosomes mature through four morphologically distinct stages. In melanocytes, they move rapidly fi rstly along microtubules and secondly along actine fi laments to the end of dendrites. Next, melanosomes are transferred to keratinocytes, where determine colour of skin and protect against ultraviolet radiation.
W artykule przedstawiono podział i funkcje melanin oraz etapy dojrzewania i transportu melanosomów z melanocytów do keratynocytów. Melaniny są wielkocząsteczkowymi barwnikami szeroko rozpowszechnionymi w przyrodzie. Można wśród nich wyróżnić eumelaninę, feomelaninę i allomelaninę. Pełnią one wiele ważnych biologicznych i biochemicznych funkcji. Odpowiadają za kolor oczu, skóry, włosów, a także sierści i piór, ponadto chronią komórki przed szkodliwym wpływem promieniowania UV i wolnych rodników. Mogą także oddziaływać z cząsteczkami leków, wpływając na ich skuteczność i toksyczność. Biosynteza melaniny zachodzi w wyspecjalizowanych komórkach barwnikowych – melanocytach. Za proces melanogenezy odpowiedzialne są melanosomy należące do grupy organelli komórkowych związanych z lizosomami. Powstają one w kilkuetapowym procesie z endosomalnych pęcherzyków, które dojrzewając przechodzą przez cztery różne stadia morfologiczne. Dojrzałe melanosomy są transportowane z obszaru okołojądrowego do wypustek dendrytycznych melanocytów kolejno za pośrednictwem mikrotubul, a następnie fi lamentów aktynowych. Zgromadzone w wypustkach melanocytarnych melanosomy są transportowane do otaczających keratynocytów, gdzie determinują zabarwienie skóry oraz pełnią funkcję ochronną przed promieniowaniem UV.

The definition of leadership and the role of leadership in generating and maintaining effective organizational change has been widely studied for a long time. Leadership is often defined in terms of the influence, emotional manipulation, classical top-down approach. We must learn to build leadership concept on a foundation of ethical reasoning, rather than pretending that leadership and ethics are separate. The search for leadership and the search for ethics amount to the same thing, and both have to be connected to our concept of corporate identity. As a practical example of such an attitude the typology of different leadership paradigms is analysed. We suggest here that organic paradigm, or co-leadership, is the most adaptive to the challenges of corporate social responsibility transformation. Good leadership, in moral and technical sense, means participative leadership which can create conditions within organizations for employee and stakeholder empowerment. In this ongoing process values become an integral part of the practice of daily management, the means by which the responsible company acts.

In the article vast possibilities are indicated of using Old Polish sermons to study culture, first of all popular culture. First, a typical collection of Sunday sermons is analyzed, presenting their rich contents and broad possibilities of their pastoral influence. Apart from that the reader's attention is drawn to Marian sermons shaping a peculiar religiousness connected with sanctuaries devoted to the Virgin Mary. In essence sermons of those times formed the faithful's sphere of axiotics, and besides that they shaped a specific image of the world. They also contributed to forming social bonds.

The text presents different types of interpersonal contacts in the course of the journey based on Polish clergymen’s travel reports from the 18th century. The clergy establish numerous contacts primarily with other encountered travelers of their state. Also, information about meetings with peregrines and people on subsequent stages of the journey can be found. Interesting, contacts include Poles and important people of that time. It is important to emphasize the assertiveness of clergy travelers and their openness towards representatives of foreign nations.
