Opis:
China has been building an ecological compensation system to eliminate the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection. Aiming at conflicts of interest in the implementation of an ecological compensation policy for China’s mineral resource development, this study established a tripartite evolutionary game model to simulate the ecological compensation scenario and determined the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) under different scenarios; it uses numerical simulation to analyse the strategy evolution process of stakeholders and the influence of parameter changes on each strategy. The results show that there is an optimal ESS for ecological compensation for mineral resource development, which condition is C1 < Ti + F1, P < F2, C2 < R1 + R2. The initial cooperation intentions of stakeholders directly affected the final stable state. Local governments are most affected by the input cost, and mining enterprises are most affected by the supervision of the central government. Punishment can effectively restrain the behavior of local governments and mining enterprises and promote the implementation of ecological compensation systems. In addition, the higher supervision cost of the central government, the longer time it will take for the stakeholders to reach the stable state. Finally, reducing the payment amount for ecological compensation will not affect the trend in environmental improvement; in contrast, it is conducive to the preservation of enterprises’ strength, economic development and ecological environment protection. The main findings of this study can help secure coordinate between the stakeholders in conflict and jointly formulate appropriate ecological compensation policy.
Artykuł dotyczy bardzo ważnego zadania, jakim jest pogodzenie celów ekonomicznych i środowiskowych w przemyśle wydobywczym Chin. Autorzy budują model uwzględniający interesy firm górniczych, samorządów i władz centralnych, wykorzystują do tego teorię gier. W ramach tych badań ustanowiono trójstronny ewolucyjny model gry do symulacji scenariusza kompensacji ekologicznej i określono strategię stabilną ewolucyjnie ESS (Evolutionary Stable Strategy) dla różnych scenariuszy; wykorzystując symulację numeryczną do analizy procesu ewolucji strategii interesariuszy oraz wpływu zmian parametrów na każdą strategię. Wyniki pokazują, że istnieje optymalny ESS dla ekologicznej kompensacji wykorzystania zasobów surowców mineralnych, którego stan to C1 < Ti + F1, P < F2, C2 < R1 + R2 (określenie parametrów podano w tabeli 2). Początkowe zamiary współpracy interesariuszy bezpośrednio wpłynęły na ostateczny stan stabilności. Samorządy lokalne są najbardziej dotknięte kosztami kapitałowymi, a przedsiębiorstwa górnicze – kosztami nadzoru rządu centralnego. Karanie może skutecznie powstrzymywać zachowania samorządów i przedsiębiorstw górniczych oraz promować wdrażanie systemów rekompensat ekologicznych. Dodatkowo, im wyższy koszt nadzoru ze strony rządu centralnego, tym dłuższy czas osiągnięcia stanu stabilnego przez interesariuszy. Wreszcie, zmniejszenie kwoty płatności na kompensację ekologiczną nie wpłynie na trend poprawy stanu środowiska, natomiast sprzyja zachowaniu siły przedsiębiorstw, rozwojowi gospodarczemu i ochronie środowiska przyrodniczego. Główne wnioski z tego badania mogą być przydatne w zapewnieniu koordynacji między zainteresowanymi stronami w konflikcie i wspólnym sformułowaniu odpowiedniej polityki kompensacji ekologicznej.

Opis:
A new image encryption scheme based on logistic map and discrete fractional angular transform has been proposed. In the proposed scheme, the original image is encrypted with the random sequence generated by the logistic map, and the encrypted image is subsequently processed by the discrete fractional angular transform, which produces the ciphertext after double encryptions. The parameters of the logistic map and the order of the discrete fractional angular transform serve as the main keys of the image encryption algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed image encryption algorithm can effectively resist the attacks of statistical analysis, and has acceptable encryption effect and security.

Opis:
A new image encryption algorithm by using a discrete fractional angular transform and Arnold transform in image bit planes is investigated. In the image encryption algorithm, the original image is encrypted by the Arnold transform in image bit planes firstly, and then the resulting image is encrypted by the discrete fractional angular transform further. The key of the image encryption algorithm includes the parameters of the Arnold transform and the order of the discrete fractional angular transform. It is shown that the proposed image encryption algorithm is of high security and strong enough to counteract some conventional image attack manners.

Opis:
Surface pretreatment using a hot alkaline solution was carried out to improve the effect of desulfurization and desilication on low-grade bauxite with high sulfur content. The results demonstrated that, after surface pretreatment, a maximum grade and recovery of 66.17% and 87.27%, respectively, were achieved, and the sulfur content and ratio of A/S were 0.19% and 7.09, respectively. The surface pretreatment mechanism was further analysed by XRD and SEM analyses. The improved results of desulfurization and desilication were attributed to the selective corrosion of aluminosilicate minerals in coarse particles, reducing the active silicon sites on the surface of coarse particles as well as enhancing the cation exchange between the collector and aluminosilicate minerals.

Firstly, in this paper, based on the theory of the porous elastic medium and combined with the effective stress principle of unsaturated soil, a set of governing equations is established to describe consolidation of the unsaturated soil. Secondly, an analytical expression under any dynamic loads is obtained with the help of Laplace integral transformation. Finally, analysis of numerical examples under specific boundary conditions is made to discuss one-dimensional consolidation characteristics under harmonic loads and the influence of factors on the consolidation characteristics of unsaturated soil, such as excitation frequency and initial saturation.

Opis:
Energy levels, line strengths, oscillator strengths, radiative decay rates and fine structure collision strengths are presented for sixteen-times ionized iron (Fe XVII). The atomic data are calculated with the AUTOSTRUCTURE code, where relativistic corrections are introduced according to the Breit-Pauli distorted wave approach. The calculations of atomic data for 89 fine-structure levels generated from eleven configurations 2s²2p⁶, 2s²2p⁵ (3s, 3p, 3d), 2s²2p⁵ (4s, 4p, 4d, 4f) and 2s¹2p⁶ (3s, 3p, 3d) of the Ne-like Fe ion are presented. Fine structure collision strengths for transitions from the ground and the first four excited levels are presented at four electron energies: 75, 125, 175, and 250 Ry. These atomic structure data are compared with the available experimental and theoretical results.

Opis:
Effective recognition of tags in the dynamic measurement system would significantly improve the reading performance of the tag group, but the blurred outline and appearance of tag images captured in motion seriously limit the effectiveness of the existing tag group recognition. Thus, this paper proposes passive tag group recognition in the dynamic environment based on motion blur estimation and improved YOLOv2. Firstly, blur angles are estimated with a Gabor filter, and blur lengths are estimated through nonlinear modelling of a Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN). Secondly, tag recognition based on YOLOv2 improved by a Gaussian algorithm is proposed. The features of the tag group are analyzed by the Gaussian algorithm, the region of interest of the dynamic tag is effectively framed, and the tag foreground is extracted; Secondly, the data set of tag groups are trained by the end-to-end YOLOv2 algorithm for secondary screening and recognition, and finally the specific locations of tags are framed to meet the effective identification of tag groups in different scenes. A considerable number of experiments illustrate that the fusion algorithm can significantly improve recognition accuracy. Combined with the reading distance, the research presented in this paper can more accurately optimize the three-dimensional structure of the tag group, improve the reading performance of the tag group, and avoid the interference and collision of tags in the communication channel. Compared with the previous template matching algorithm, the tag group recognition ability put forward in this paper is improved by at least 13.9%, and its reading performance is improved by at least 6.2% as shown in many experiments.

Opis:
The structural, elastic anisotropy and thermodynamic properties of the I4mm-B₃C are investigated using first-principles calculations and the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The calculated elastic anisotropic suggest that I4mm-B₃C is elastically anisotropic with its Poisson ratio, shear modulus, the Young modulus, the universal anisotropic index, shear anisotropic factors, and the percentage of elastic anisotropy for bulk modulus and shear modulus. The quasi-harmonic Debye model, using a set of total energy versus molar volume obtained with the first-principles calculations, is applied to the study of the thermal and vibrational effects. The thermal expansions, heat capacities, the Grüneisen parameters and the Debye temperatures dependence on the temperature and pressure are obtained in the whole pressure range from 0 to 90 GPa and temperature range from 0 to 2000 K.

Sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) is a key enzyme catalyzing sucrose metabolism in plants. In this study, we isolated the SPS cDNA from Saccharum spontaneum and designated as SsSPS (GenBank accession no. MF398541). The full-length of SsSPS cDNA was 4153-bp with an opening reading frame (ORF) of 3132 nucleotides, which encoded a 1043-amino acid protein. The nucleotide sequences alignment showed that it had 98%, 97% and 87% homology with S. officinarum, Setaria italica and Lolium perenne, respectively. Moreover, the SsSPS was detected to express in leaf and stem tissues of S. spontaneum and exhibited a predominant expression in the stem tissue. However, there was no significant difference in the expression level of SsSPS between young leaves and mature ones. Additionally, we generated transgenic S. spontaneum using Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. Our data will provide a valuable foundation for further study of the potential role of SPS in plants.

Motivated by ideas from two-step models and combining second-order TV regularization in the LLT model, we propose a coupling model for MR image reconstruction. By applying the variables splitting technique, the split Bregman iterative scheme, and the alternating minimization method twice, we can divide the proposed model into several subproblems only related to second-order PDEs so as to avoid solving a fourth-order PDE. The solution of every subproblem is based on generalized shrinkage formulas, the shrink operator or the diagonalization technique of the Fourier transform, and hence can be obtained very easily. By means of the Barzilai–Borwein step size selection scheme, an ADMM type algorithm is proposed to solve the equations underlying the proposed model. The results of numerical implementation demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
