    Opis:
    Intention of this article is to test of defining attempts of the notion of discourse in the context of the interdisciplinary formulation. It appears here not only as the gathering of texts treat the connection of the statement with the definite conditions of her rise. Such approach founds the existence of interaction among the individual kinds of discoursive behaviours and the specific areas of the social life. The author tries to exchange features of discourse as one of the dimensions of the politics. He also shows the possibilities of use of the discoursive perspective in the methodology of political sciences. The analysis political discourse is correct only when it unites the proprieties of discoursive structures with the proprieties of political processes. One of the limitations the methodological mistake relates to the level of the text exclusively. These problems can be tackled on the basis of the complex analysis the title category presented in the paper.
    Intencją artykułu jest próba zdefiniowania pojęcia dyskursu w ujęciu interdyscyplinarnym. Kategoria ta potraktowana zostaje nie tylko jako swoisty zbiór wypowiedzi, ale jako wytwór języka osadzony w ściśle określonym kontekście. Podejście takie zakłada istnienie interakcji między indywidualnymi rodzajami zachowań dyskursywnych a określonymi obszarami sfery publicznej. Autor próbuje wymienić cechy dyskursu jako jednego z wymiarów polityki. Pokazuje również możliwości użycia perspektywy dyskursywnej w metodologii badań politologicznych. Analiza dyskursu jest poprawna tylko wówczas, gdy łączy właściwości struktur dyskursywnych z właściwościami procesów politycznych. Ograniczenie się wyłącznie do poziomu tekstu jest poważnym błędem metodologicznym. Dyskursy stanowią bowiem semiotyczny kontekst praktyki politycznej, a tym samym pozostają odrębnym wymiarem systemu politycznego.

    According to author this text for improvement the observation of present policy very valuable skills the meeting of aspects classic reflection over them. Especially philosophers of ancient Greece tried to solve this problem. The article relates the analyses of classic interpretations of social justice. Author concentrate on ancient identification this idea as process of realization once good.Tradition of this reflection descends with Aristotle`s and Plato`s texts. Both formulations common is the general perspective of perception political structures. Philosophers claims that state can exist when only be leaning on the ground moral. The most important fulfils part here the social justices idea because it possesses in relation to system potential and dynamizing proprieties. Ancient formulation becomes set against present. Problems of state and law was separated from ethics especially in XIX century. Experts interested oneself only processes but not preferred them by state of aims and moral norms. Then the notion of social justice appeared as arrangement of report between social groups. Accepting the classicses point of view author underlines that justice is the true object of every policy. He underlines that it lacks them ontologic constancy and logical necessity. According to author numerous political technocrats leave behind too often about this.

    Autor niniejszego artykułu przenosi perspektywę innowacyjności na sferę pu-bliczną i polityczną. Innowacyjność publiczna lub innowacyjność w sferze pu-blicznej to pojęcia, których nie znajdziemy w rodzimych naukach społecznych. Takie przeniesienie może zatem stanowić nie tylko ważny wkład do badań nad demokracją, ale przede wszystkim otworzyć nową perspektywę analityczną, która funkcjonując w ramach badań podstawowych, będzie spełniać funkcje prognostyczne i instrumentalne oraz wskazywać możliwości postępu. Celem artykułu jest wyodrębnienie tych wymiarów sfery publicznej, które mogą sta-nowić swoisty punkt zaczepienia dla wysiłku badawczego politologa. Autor zakłada, że to właśnie optyka tej dyscypliny naukowej niesie ze sobą szansę całościowego uwzględniania złożonych uwarunkowań innowacyjności sprzężo-nych z polityką.
    The author of this article transfers perspective of innovation on the public and political sphere. Public innovation or innovation in the public sphere are con-cepts that we do not find in the native social sciences. Such a transfer may therefore constitute not only an important contribution to the study of de-mocracy, but above all it can open a new analytical perspective, which, func-tioning within basic research, will fulfill prognostic and instrumental functions – indicating the possibility of progress. The aim of this article is to extract these dimensions of the public sphere, which can be a point of attachment to the political scientist's research effort. The author assumes that the optics of this scientific discipline involves the chance for comprehensive consideration of the complex determinants of innovation, engaged with the politics.

    Autor przeciwstawia się popularnemu absolutyzowaniu formalnoprawnego paradygmatu analizy suwerenności. Podkreśla, iż pytanie o trwałość samej tej idei jest jednocześnie pytaniem o współczesną istotność i trwałość państwa oraz że nie jest możliwe zrozumienie, czym jest nowoczesne państwo i w jakim kierunku zmierza, bez reinterpretacji pojęcia suwerenności. Klasycznym i historycznym interpretacjom analizowanej kategorii przeciwstawia więc ujęcie autorskie. Na jego gruncie suwerenność, podobnie jak władza, traci swój realny desygnat, staje się pojęciem stopniowalnym, podzielnym i ahistorycznym. Staje się właściwością szeroko rozumianej władzy politycznej i sprowadza się do skuteczności procesu wyznaczania celów w sferze publicznej i dobierania efektywnych środków ich realizacji. Autor, opierając interpretację na teorii rozproszenia władzy w obrębie sieciowej struktury M. Foucaulta, wskazuje, iż suwerenność oznacza właściwość tejże sieci. W efekcie weryfikuje hipotezę, że współzależność nie tylko mieści się we współczesnym rozumieniu suwerenności, ale ją dzisiaj warunkuje.
    The author opposes the notion of absolutization of the paradigm of sovereignty analysis with respect to formalism and law. He emphasizes that the problem of permanence of the very idea is at the same time a problem of contemporary essence and permanence of a state and that it is impossible to comprehend what a modern state is and in what direction it is going without reinterpretation of the conception of sovereignty. The author offers an opposing view to those stated in classical and historical interpretations of the analysed category. On the ground of his approach, sovereignty as well as power lose their real designatum and become non-historical notions which are gradable and divisible. Sovereignty starts to be characteristic of widely understood political power and it comes down to the efficiency of the process of setting targets in public sphere and choosing effective measures for their accomplishment. The author, by interpreting sovereignty on the basis of M. Foucault’s theory of distribution of power within a network structure, indicated that sovereignty is characteristic of the network. As a result, he verifies the hypothesis that interdependence not only falls within the contemporary understanding of sovereignty, but nowadays also conditions it.

    Autor niniejszego artykułu stawia sobie za cel analizę wpływu współczesnej transformacji przestrzeni oraz jej postrzegania na relacje władzy politycznej. Kontekst przestrzenny władzy sprowadza zarówno do jej korelatów materialnych, jak i niematerialnych, gdzie składają się na nią także konstrukty wytwarzane społecznie. W pierwszej kolejności przedmiotem analizy staje się więc wyróżnienie wzajemnych relacji między tak określonymi fenomenami. W dalszej części autor uwydatnia zjawisko dywersyfikacji źródeł władzy oraz analizuje jej dynamikę jako zasadniczą konsekwencję heterogenicznego charakteru przestrzeni. Na tej podstawie wyciąga wnioski teoretyczne, które mają stać się przydatne w badaniach empirycznych, a ponadto proponuje jeden z możliwych kierunków pożądanego organizowania władzy we współczesnych demokracjach.
    The author of this article aims to analyze the impact of contemporary space transformation and its perception on the relations of political power. The spatial context of power reduces to its material and non-material correlates, where it is also composed of socially produced constructs. In the first place, the subject of the analysis is the distinction of mutual relations between such specific phenomena. In the following, the author emphasizes the phenomenon of diversifying the sources of power and analyzes its dynamics as a fundamental consequence of the heterogeneous character of space. On this basis, he draws theoretical conclusions that are to become useful in empirical research and proposes one of the possible directions for the desired organization of power in modern democracies.

    The article consists of two parts. In the first, the author presents the specifics of political science, with particular emphasis on political theory. He performs diagnosis of their contemporary condition, especially in the Polish context. He puts forward the thesis of the instrumentalization of political science. He points that if the main subject of political scientists research is a politics that they should not refrain from attempts to define it. Theoretical and methodological pluralism does not change anything in this regard. For this reason, in the second part of the article he shows own definition of politics.
    Artykuł składa się z dwóch części. W pierwszej, autor prezentuje specyfikę dyscypliny nauk o polityce, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem subdyscypliny: teoria polityki. Dokonuje diagnozy ich współczesnej kondycji – szczególnie w polskim kontekście. Wysuwa tezę o instrumentalizacji politologii. Wskazuję, iż jeśli głównym przedmiotem jej badań jest polityka, to badacze nie powinni stronić od prób jej zdefiniowania. Dopuszczenie pluralizmu teoretyczno-metodologicznego nic w tym względzie nie zmienia. W efekcie, w drugiej części artykułu prezentuje własną koncepcję definicyjną polityki.

    Celem artykułu jest weryfikacja założenia, że zrozumienie przez człowieka otaczającej go rzeczywistości, w tym także polityki, opiera się na naturalnym dla niego konstruowaniu narracji teoretycznych. Autor wskazuje, że dotyczy to także poznania naukowego, które można potraktować za specyficzną formę twórczości opowiadającego umysłu. Reprezentując podejście dedukcyjno-nomologiczne, powiązane z interpretacją humanistyczną, udowadnia, że specyfika przedmiotu badań politologicznych dodatkowo wzmacnia znaczenie narracji, jako narzędzia poznania. Przedstawioną w artykule argumentację opiera na prezentacji założeń epistemologicznych, operacjonalizacji narracji jako kategorii poznawczej i analitycznej, charakterystyce narracyjnej specyfiki polityki oraz wynikających stąd implikacji badawczych.
    The aim of the article is to verify the assumption that human understanding of the surrounding reality, including politics, is based on the natural construction of theoretical narratives. The author points out that this also applies to scientific cognition, which can be treated as a specific form of creativity of the telling mind. Representing the deductive-nomological approach, related to the humanistic interpretation, he proves that the specificity of the subject of political science research additionally strengthens the importance of narration as a tool of cognition. The arguments presented in the article are based on the presentation of epistemological assumptions, the operationalization of narration as a cognitive and analytical category, the narrative characteristics of the specificity of politics and the resulting research implications.

    Autor przypomina o potrzebie ujmowania polityki zarówno jako fenomenu obiektywnego, jak i subiektywnego. Postuluje, aby jej badanie łączyło podejście analityczno-empiryczne z interpretacją. W jego rozumieniu ta ostatnia nie jest tożsama z badaną rzeczywistością, lecz stanowi próbę obiektywizacji wiedzy. Instrumentalne i mechanistyczne ujmowanie procesów politycznych jest według niego całkowicie nieadekwatne, gdyż ignoruje rolę emocji, intencji, inteligencji, woli i świadomości człowieka. Badanie politologiczne nie może się jednak ograniczać do interpretacji. Równie ważne jest uwzględnianie strukturalnych i materialnych wytworów polityki, a także uwarunkowań przyrodniczych i gatunkowych. W rezultacie przed świadomym badaczem staje trudne zadanie integracji złożonego repertuaru narzędzi metodologicznych.
    The author reminds us of the need to view politics both as an objective and subjective phenomenon. He postulates that her study should combine analytical-empirical approach with interpretation. In his understanding, the latter is not identical with the studied reality, but is an attempt to objectify knowledge. The instrumental and mechanistic approach to political processes is completely inadequate, because it ignores the role of emotions, intentions, intelligence, human will and awareness. Political research, however, cannot be limited to interpretation. It is equally important to take into account the structural and material determinants of politics, as well as nature and species. As a result, a conscious researcher has a difficult task to integrate the complex repertoire of methodological tools.
