Opis:
Den Stoff des Artikels bildet die Frage, wie der hl. Paulus die Lehre der Gotteskindschaft versteht. Der Verfasser stützte sich auf den Text des Galaterbriefes 3, 26-27, und begründet es, dass dieser Text grundlegend für das behandelte Problem ist, während andere Texte des hl. Paulus, die von der Kindschaft Gottes sprechen, nur einige wenige, zum Text des zitierten Galaterbriefes gehörende Aspekte anführen. Den Inhalt der Kindschaft Gottes bilden zwei grundlegende Elemente: der Glaube und die Taufe. Daher ist der ganze Inhalt des Glaubens und der Taufe wesentlicher Inhalt dieser Kindschaft. Der Glaube und die Taufe bilden die Mitwirkung Gottes und des Menschen. Der Glaube, als erste Gabe Gottes, ist die Zusammenfassung der von Gott offenbarten und durch die Apostel gelehrten Wahrheiten, er ist auch die innerliche Disposition des Zuhörers, die ihn zum Annehmen dieser Wahrheiten befähigt und sich mit seiner ganzen Persönlichkeit Gott ergeben lasst. Dieser innere Akt der Gottergebung ist gleichzeitig die Folge des menschlichen Wirkens und wird in ganzer Vollkommenheit durch den Empfang der Taufe geäussert. Die Taufe, als zweite Gabe Gottes, ist das Element, durch welches der Mensch sich mit Gott, dem Vater, Christus und dem Heiligen Geiste verbindet. Mit Gott, dem Vater, ist er verbunden, weil Gott die Liebe zu dem Menschen ist, also die Ursache des Erlösungswerkes Jesu Christi. Mit Christus vereinigt sich der Mensch in der Taufe, als Nachkomme des „zweiten Adams”, mit seinem Tode und seiner Auferstehung verbunden. Mit dem Heiligen Geiste dagegen verbindet sich der Neophyt dadurch, dass der Heilige Geist in der Taufe durch das Einwohnen im Menschen wirkt und ihn mit seinen Gaben beschenkt — mit tieferem Verständniss der Wahrheiten Gottes, mit Kraft und Liebe. Die Verbindung mit Gott, Christus und dem Heiligen Geiste und die innere Umwandlung des Menschen bildet in ihm den neuen Zustand, der alte Sünden hinwegnimmt und von Natur aus verlagt, sie zu meiden und gerechte Taten auszuüben. Ausserdem gibt dieser Zustand das Recht, das künftige ewige Leben zu erben. Der auf diese Weise mit Gott vereinigte Mensch das Gotteskind — bildet eine Einheit mit anderen Menschen — den Kindern Gottes.

In the presentation of the subject – preceded by an Introduction, where the Aquinas is presented as Bible’s Commentator – the author examines the saint Thomas’ interpretations of saint Paul’s texts regarding the theme of this research, confronted with the contemporary exegesis, and presents three points: 1 – The vices (Gal 5,19-21); 2 – The fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5,22-23a); 3 – Against such there is no Law (Gal 5,23b; whit the interpretation of Gal 5,24-25). All this permits to the author to conclude that the doctrine of the fruits of the Holy Spirit presented by Saint Thomas in this Commentary is very clear, rich and remains valid and topical and permits to remain in the faith, morality and spirituality of the Church.

At the end of the Epistle to the Galatians, Paul writes: “From now on, let no one make trouble for me; for I carry in my body the marks (stigmata) of Jesus”. According to most scholars, Paul refers here to scars caused by the wounds he suffered during his apostolic ministry. By calling them the stigmata of Jesus, according to many, Paul was metaphorically thinking about a tattoo or a burn mark – a sign of belonging to Jesus. However, a philological and contextual analysis suggests that by the stigmata of Jesus Paul metaphorically had in mind the wounds of crucifixion, whereas the words “I carry in my body” should not be understood literally.

Opis:
This article outlines certain dangers related to extreme attitudes of ethnic groups on the example of terrorism in the Basque Country. It shows how aggression was born in this Autonomous Community of Spain and what actions and attitudes of Spanish authorities enhanced it. It demonstrates how Francoist repressions strengthened separatist tendencies in this region. The Basque Country example reveals that persecution does not provide a solution to the problem. Just as every action causes reaction, aggression causes aggression. Government repressive measures can lead to the birth of a false myth, where a terrorist organization takes the role of the defender of the rights and freedoms of society. The will for peace, effective communication and the dialogical approach are values that provide security and peaceful coexistence of society.
W artykule nakreślono niektóre zagrożenia związane ze skrajnymi postawami grup etnicznych na przykładzie terroryzmu w Kraju Basków. Autor ukazuje, jak narodziła się agresja w tej hiszpańskiej Wspólnocie Autonomicznej oraz działania i postawy hiszpańskich władz, które ją wzmocniły. Opisuje również, jak represje frankistowskie wzmocniły separatystyczne tendencje w tym regionie. Przykład Kraju Basków pokazuje, że prześladowania nie zapewniają rozwiązania problemu. Tak jak każde działanie wywołuje reakcję, tak agresja wywołuje agresję. Rządowe środki represyjne mogą prowadzić do narodzin fałszywego mitu, w którym organizacja terrorystyczna przyjmuje rolę obrońcy praw i wolności społeczeństwa. Wola pokoju, skuteczna komunikacja i podejście dialogowe to wartości, które zapewniają bezpieczeństwo i pokojowe współistnienie społeczeństwa.

Opis:
Accurately modeling claims data and determining appropriate insurance premiums are vital responsibilities for non-life insurance firms. This article presents novel models for claims that offer improved precision in fitting claim data, both in terms of claim frequency and severity. Specifically, we suggest the Poisson-GaL distribution for claim frequency and the exponential-GaL distribution for claim severity. The traditional method of assigning automobile premiums based on a bonus-malus system relies solely on the number of claims made. However, this may lead to unfair outcomes when an insured individual with a minor severity claim is charged the same premium as someone with a severe claim. The second aim of this article is to propose a new model for calculating bonus-malus premiums. Our proposed model takes into account both the number and size of claims, which follow the Poisson-GaL distribution and the exponential-GaL distribution, respectively. To calculate the premiums, we employ the Bayesian approach. Real-world data are used in practical examples to illustrate how the proposed model can be implemented. The results of our analysis indicate that the proposed premium model effectively resolves the issue of overcharging. Moreover, the proposed model produces premiums that are more tailored to policyholders’ claim histories, benefiting both the policyholders and the insurance companies. This advantage can contribute to the growth of the insurance industry and provide a competitive edge in the insurance market.
