- The article identifies the obstacles to the development of effective cooperation between administration and business. They were broken down into three groups: systemic, cognitive and communication-related. Next, the author proposes some measures that could be adopted to enhance the efficiency of such cooperation, divided into seven groups related to organisation, cognition, communication, management, lobbying, society, and legislation. The biggest number of the proposed solutions is related to the development of ongoing dialogue and overcoming stereotypical perceptions that both sides have of each other. The list of obstacles and the recommendations were prepared by businesspeople and public officials as a part of a project carried out by the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan.
