    Opis:
    Artykuł skupia się na wstępnej analizie porównawczej kluczowych klauzul w umowach cywilnych prawa koreańskiego i polskiego na przykładzie klauzuli przedmiotu umowy najmu. Analiza jest dokonywana w oparciu m.in. o stosowaną w przekładzie prawniczym metodę przekładu pragmatycznego Kierzkowskiej (2002), skoposu Vermeera oraz o teksty paralelne. Właściwą analizę poprzedza krótki wstęp poświęcony systemom prawnym Polski i Korei Południowej, przedstawiony jako kompromis, wypracowany w obliczu konieczności pogodzenia tradycji i sprostania wymogom globalizacji i postępu cywilizacyjnego. Główna część artykułu skupia się na analizie klauzuli przedmiotu najmu w umowie najmu, począwszy od jego wskazania przez opis i charakterystykę specyfiki danego przedmiotu umowy aż po warunki przekazania lub zwrotu tegoż przedmiotu stronie wynajmującej. Artykuł poprzez analizę języka prawnego i prawniczego wykorzystywanego w klauzuli przedmiotu najmu w kontekście translacyjnym stanowi próbę zwrócenia uwagi na wagę osadzenia przekładu w rzeczywistościach prawnych. Uczula także na zagadnienia gramatyczno-leksykalne w przekładzie szczególnie w parze językowej j.polski-j.koreański.
     The article focuses on a preliminary comparative analysis of clauses of lease objects incivil contracts of Korean and Polish law. The research methods include Kierzkowska’s pragmatictranslation model (2002) as well as Vermeer’s model of skopos and the comparison parallel texts.The analysis is preceded by a short introduction on the legal systems of the Republic of Poland andthe Republic of South Korea, presented as a kind of compromise worked out in the need toreconcile tradition and meeting the requirements of globalization along with the progress ofcivilization. The main part of the article analyzes the translation of the lease object clause in thelease contract, starting from its description and characteristics of the contract objects throughpointing out the terms and conditions of transfer or return of the lease object to the tenant. Thearticle aims at pointing presenting the analysis of legal language used in the pertinent contractclause in translation context. It also presents grammatical and lexical issues typical in Polish-Korean translation.

    Le but de cet article est de présenter les résultats de l’application de l’approche orientée objets de Wiesław Banyś dans la désambiguïsation de l’opposition intra-aspectuelle du type itérativité vs sémelfactivité. Après une courte introduction théorique à la question de l’itérativité des verbes de mouvement, l’auteur procède à l’étude des exemples concrets de quelques emplois du verbe aller et construit par la suite six schémas syntaxico-sémantiques déterminant la traduction polonaise du verbe analysé à l’aide de la forme itérative (jeździć) ou bien sémelfactive (jechać). Le format de description de l’itérativité employé dans cet article permet d’intégrer les résultats de la recherche dans les programmes de traduction automatique.
    The aim of this paper is to present the results of the application of the object-oriented approach by Wiesław Banyś in the disambiguation of the intra-aspectual opposition iterative vs semelfactive. After a brief theoretical introduction to the question of the motion verbs’ iterativity, the author proceeds to study concrete examples of some uses of the French verb aller and creates six syntactic-semantic schemes conditioning the Polish translation of the analysed verb by the iterative (jeździć) or semelfactive form (jechać). The format of the description of the iterativity used in this paper allows to integrate the results of the research into the Machine Translation programs.

    U članku se analizira pitanje stereotipā koji se javljaju u originalnom tekstu Ive Andrića "Na Drini ćuprija" i u poljskom prijevodu Haline Kalite. Kako je svijet Andrićevog romana smješten u izuzetno hibridno, pogranično tlo, transfer smisla u okvir novog jezika, ovdje: poljskog, mora se realizirati u adaptaciji određenih kulturnih matrica i jezičnih jedinica. U istraživanju se pokušava obratiti pozornost na neprikladnost obaju imaginarija (bosanskohercegovačkog i poljskog) te na prividnu ekvivalenciju leksičkih jedinica, a također i na ulogu različitih čitateljā koji, imajući na raspolaganju vlastite kulturno determinirane predožbe/stereotipe, na drugačije načine pristupaju interpreatiji književnog djela.
    In this article, the question of various stereotypes present in the original and Polish translation (translated by Halina Kalita) of Ivo Andric’s novel "The Bridge on the Drina" is taken into consideration. Since the universe of Andric’s book is located in the extraordinarily complex hybrid borderland of Bosnia, the very transfer of semantic sense into the new language, here: the Polish language must be realized within the adaptation of certain cultural matrixes and linguistic items. In this research article, several questions are analyzed: the lack of similarity between the Bosnian and Polish cultural universes, the apparent equivalence of linguistic items, and the role of various readers who — bearing their own cultural imaginations/ stereotypes — interpret the book in different ways.
