According to WHO (World Health Organization) 15% of the world population has a sort of disability. The population of the disabled people is increasing due to aging population, wars, disasters and accidents. This situation leads the built environment and transportation accessibility as a basic need. The study has been conducted to identify how accessible tourism activities can be realized in a destination like Izmir, based on the point of view of tourism professionals and NGO’s working on disability. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews. Data was analyzed according to content analysis technique and classified as measures for accessible tourism destination.

A quasiorder (relation), also known as a preorder, is a reflexive and transitive relation. The quasiorders on a set A form a complete lattice with respect to set inclusion. Assume that A is a set such that there is no inaccessible cardinal less than or equal to |A|; note that in Kuratowski's model of ZFC, all sets A satisfy this assumption. Generalizing the 1996 result of Ivan Chajda and Gábor Czéedli, also Tamás Dolgos' recent achievement, we prove that in this case the lattice of quasiorders on A is five-generated, as a complete lattice.

Both terms are very broad, and the decision on whether particular information may be classified as a trade secret, requires individual examination. Deputies may be given access to information constituting a trade secret, if they are, for example, members of the investigative committee, but only to the extent determined by the scope of examination of the case by that committee, or upon consent of the entrepreneur in relation to whom the secret must be kept. In other cases, Article 19 of the Act on the Exercise of the Mandate of a Deputy or Senator does not give the right of access to information constituting trade secrets. Additionally, such a right cannot be exercised in the course of submitting Deputies interpellations.

The author claims that applications for waiving the so‑called formal parliamentary immunity (Article 105 para. 2 of the Constitution) are examples of information about the activities of organs of public authority, regulated by Article 61 of the Constitution (public information). Therefore each citizen possesses the right to acquire access to such applications. However, it does not mean that each of applications may be disclosed. In some cases applications may include information that may be classified as secret under the relevant legislation or whose disclosure would violate the constitutional right to privacy. In case it happens, an application cannot be disclosed – due to the prohibition of granting access to such information provided by Article 5 of the Act on Access to Public Information.

Article describes access to tourist information and the consistency of tourist offers with this kind of information for people with disabilities. The conception of accessible tourism was presented as well as the model of tourist information availability with the demonstration of technology applied to ensure objective information about all services so as people with disabilities could evaluate the scope of accessibility according to their personal needs. Based on the analysis of information systems found on Internet tourist portals what is presented is the scope of information availability from the point of view of people with disabilities. These information systems largely contribute to the development of accessible tourism. In Poland, the issue of implementing the assumption of accessible tourism, including the availability of a coherent information system is an important challenge that requires integrated systemic activities of many entities.

The author provided an assessment of the duties of the Chancellery of the Sejm in relation to provision of information to the public on request. Following an analysis of the provisions of the Act on Access to Public Information, she states that the Chancellery of the Sejm has an obligation to provide, under the procedure for disclosure of publicly accessible information, the information about the names of locations and hotels, in which accommodation of the Deputies were funded by the Chancellery of the Sejm. It is also required – upon request of the person concerned – to provide insights into invoices or receipts documenting Deputy’s stay in a hotel or to prepare and hand out photocopies of these documents.

The article presents an outline of the evolution of the geography of disability (since the 1930s) taking into account significant issues in the creation of theoretical foundations as well as practical action in ‘accessible tourism’. It may be considered a review. Based on an analysis of literature, the first section presents a definition of ‘accessible tourism’ and the development of the geography of disability, the result of which is the geographical model of disability. The second section is a synthetic presentation of the effect of geographical research on the development of theoretical accessible tourism concepts and their implications in practice. The final conclusions highlight the need to identify the level of detail in universal design principles applied to buildings, spaces, services, which are to fulfil the criteria of accessibility for people with various types of disability.

The present article deals with Easy-to-read Polish, a language variety which has been created for target groups with difficulties in reading and understanding written standard text. It is systematically simplified in both syntax and vocabulary. In order to describe Easy-to-read Polish, this article consults findings made in the last few years in examinations of Easy-to-read German. The analysis is based on texts in Easy-to-read Polish which were published by the organization “Inclusion Europe” on their homepage. With the help of these texts, characteristic features of the Easy-to-read language on various linguistic levels such as the system of symbols, morphology, syntax, vocabulary, semantics, and text are being worked out and illustrated by examples. It turns out that findings on Easy-to-read German are definitely helpful and inspiring for the elaboration of this language variety in Polish. Yet, in many cases more detailed language specific research is required

Kraków jest jednym z czołowych polskich miast inwestujących w prężnie rozwijający się sektor turystyczny. Prowadzi to do konieczności rozwijania infrastruktury i usług dostępnych dla wszystkich. Duże nakłady finansowe, dotacje europejskie oraz współpraca z organizacjami pozarządowymi pozwoliły, aby miasto stało się pionierem w przystosowaniu przestrzeni miejskiej dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Artykuł jest analizą stanu rozwoju turystyki dostępnej w Krakowie. Jego celem jest ocena dostępności przestrzeni turystycznej miasta Krakowa dla osób z dysfunkcjami. Wykonano badanie ankietowe na grupie 213 osób posiadających orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności w przedziale wiekowym 20–26 lat, którzy mieszkają w Krakowie. W kwestionariuszu ankiety zapytano ich o ograniczenia podczas poruszania się po mieście używanymi przez nich środkami transportu. Zbadano stopień przystępności miasta i projekty realizowane na rzecz turystyki osób niepełnosprawnych. Artykuł zwraca uwagę także na oczekiwania wobec turystyki dostępnej respondentom. Na podstawie wniosków z przeprowadzonego badania w artykule wykazano, iż pomimo wielu skutecznych działań samorządu
Kraków is one of the leading Polish cities investing in the rapidly growing tourism sector. This leads to the need of developing the infrastructure and services available for all. Large financial outlays, European subsidies and cooperation with non-governmental organisations allowed the city to become a pioneer in adapting urban spaces for the disabled. The article is an analysis of the state of development of available tourism in Kraków. The aim of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of the tourism space of Kraków for the needs of people with disabilities. Survey was conducted on a group of 213 respondents with disability, aged 20–26, who live in Kraków. In the questionnaire they were asked about the restrictions when moving around the city, means of transport used. The degree of affordability, projects to promote tourism of people with disabilities were examined. The article draws attention to the expectations of accessible tourism among respondents. Based on the conclusions of the research conducted, the paper shows that, despite the many effective solutions implemented by the local government, there are still some areas left for improvement in terms of spatial and social aspects of available tourism in Kraków

The article presents the postulates of developing a catalogue of criteria for assessing the accessibility of cultural heritage sites as tourist attractions from the point of view of the needs of several social groups: persons with disabilities, elderly people and visitors with children. In this catalogue three basic components are of key importance: physical/technical preparation, tourist information system and the skills and competences of the staff serving guests. The first part of the article is a review, discussing the concept of accessibility as well as the barriers and constraints that may exist in cultural heritage sites from the perspective of the groups of visitors concerned. The second part focuses on the presentation of the postulates for the development of a catalogue of criteria for the assessment of accessibility on the example of the case study of the Piast Trail – the main historical thematic route in the Wielkopolska region. The contents of the article constitute a knowledge base useful in the process of equal opportunities in access to historical and cultural heritage. They also serve as guidelines for improving the quality of services in tourist facilities.

Jedną z atrakcji średniowiecznego Będzina są usytuowane we wschodniej części Wzgórza Zamkowego podziemia. Celem artykułu jest nie tylko charakterystyka morfologiczna i morfometryczna tej specyficznej budowli, ale także opis przypuszczalnej genezy i obecnego stanu, oraz jego zagospodarowanie. Artykuł omawia problem rewitalizacji podziemi na tle ogólnych walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych miasta, przez co uzasadnia koncepcję m.in. turystycznego wykorzystania budowli. Tekst powstał na podstawie badań terenowych, inwentaryzacji korytarzy, studiów kartograficznych i związanych z tematem literatury. Zostały w nim również uwzględnione dane pochodzące z komplementarnych projektów dotyczących zagospodarowania Wzgórza Zamkowego. Omawiane w artykule poniemieckie podziemia znajdują się we wschodniej części Wzgórza Zamkowego, pomiędzy aleją Kołłątaja a ulicą Podzamcze. Powstały one w wyniku sztucznego poszerzania tektonicznych i krasowych spękań założonych na wapieniach środkowego triasu. Geneza poniemieckich podziemi nie jest jednoznacznie wyjaśniona do dziś. Wiadomo, że powstały podczas II wojny światowej, prawdopodobnie jako magazyny broni dla Wehrmahtu lub schrony przeciwlotnicze w niedalekim sąsiedztwie zamku. Istnieje także hipoteza wskazująca na planowaną podziemną fabrykę broni. Z uwagi na wiek wyrobisk i brak wcześniejszych prac zabezpieczających stan techniczny korytarzy jest bardzo zróżnicowany. Wskutek wykonania wyrobisk metodami strzałowymi oraz w wyniku naturalnych procesów przemieszczania skał wokół ich niezabudowanych części, jakie zachodzą od ponad 60 lat, występuje odspajanie i odpadanie ławic wapienno-dolomitowych. Można zauważyć różne stadia budowy korytarzy. Stąd wymagane są różne rodzaje zabezpieczeń. Istnieją jednak także takie miejsca, w których zabezpieczenia są zbędne. Koncepcja przyszłego wykorzystania podziemi zakłada podział na trzy, o różnym stopniu intensywności udostępnienia i użytkowania, strefy. W pierwszej, o charakterze ogólnodostępnym, planowana jest działalność turystyczna. Druga ma charakter komercyjny, zakłada funkcjonowanie niewielkiej strefy usługowej. Trzecia będzie mieć dostęp ograniczony. Wydzielone chodniki pozostaną miejscem bytowania nietoperzy oraz zostaną objęte takimi badaniami naukowymi jak: monitoring procesów geologiczno-geomorfologicznych i ekologicznych.
One of the attractions in the medieval Będzin are the basements situated in the eastern part of the Zamkowe Hill. The aim of this article is to characterize morphological and morphometrical specificity of this structure, description of its presumable genesis and present condition, as well as its development. The article describes the problem of the renovation of the basements within the confines of general natural and cultural virtues, and it justifies the conception of their tourist use. The article has been prepared on the basis of area research, stocktaking of the passageways, literature and cartographic studies, as well as the data from complementary projects concerning the development of the Zamkowe Hill. The after-German basements, which are described in the article, are situated in the eastern part of the Zamkowe Hill between Kołłątaja Avenue and Podzamcze Street. They started to exist because of unnatural widening of tectonic and karst cracks of the limestones coming from the Middle Triassic. The anthropogenesis of the after-German basements hasn't been clearly explained till nowadays. It is said that they had come into existence during the Second World War, probably as depots of the Wehrmacht's weapons or air-raid shelters in the near area of castle. There is a hypothesis that it could be a place of an underground weapon factory. Because of the age of the headings and any earlier made security operations, the technical conditions of the passageways are very differential. Because the headings were made by using the blasting methods and there were natural processes of the displacement of rocks around the unbuilt parts of the headings, what happens for over 60 years, there is seen loosening and falling off the calcareous and dolomite banks. We can notice different building stages of the passageways. It is required to use different kinds of protection methods. There are some places where the protection is needless. The conception of future development of the basements creates three spheres with different levels of intensity of popularizing and using them. It is intended to run a tourist activity in the first sphere - as an area open to everybody. The second sphere - commercial - is connected with services. The third sphere will have a limited access. The chosen passageways will be an area of bats and they will be covered by a scientific monitoring of geological, geomorphological and ecological processes.

The terms AI and AI systems are ambiguous but attempts are being made to agree on their definitions. International organizations and national public authorities are constructing legal acts and policy documents oriented toward maximizing benefits and reducing risks of the AI development and use. The EU draft AI Act prohibits the use of certain AI systems in the publicly accessible space. Therefore, it is important to clarify the definition of this category of the space and the scope of prohibited practices. The general principles applicable to all artificial intelligence systems introduced by the European Parliament in 2023 will affect the development and use of GIS in the publicly accessible space under the EU jurisdiction and their indirect impact may be even broader.

Matematyka, która ponownie stała się obowiązkowym przedmiotem podczas egzaminu dojrzałości jest zdawana między innymi przez uczniów z niepełnosprawnością wzroku. Naczelna Izba Kontroli w opracowaniu z 2012 roku stwierdziła, że 45% polskich szkół nie posiada odpowiednich pomocy edukacyjnych dla uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami. Stąd należało przyjrzeć się, czy dostępne są jakiekolwiek opcje pomocy dydaktycznych, z których mogą skorzystać nauczyciele i uczniowie. Co więcej, aby istniejące informatyczne pomoce dydaktyczne były skuteczne muszą one odpowiadać najefektywniejszej technice pracy ucznia. Dostępne rozwiązania zwykle składają się z różnych metod dostępu - od wzrokowej, słuchowej, po dotykową i wibrująco-dotykową. Autor także przedstawia zalety i wady tradycyjnych oraz informatycznych pomocy dydaktycznych oraz opinie nauczycieli odnośnie dostępnych rozwiązań do nauki matematyki.
Mathematics as a mandatory subject for maturaexams needs to be taken by all high school students, including those with visual impairments. Naczelna Izba Kontroli (or Supreme Audit Office) reported in 2012 that 45% of Polish schools had inadequate learning material for learners with disabilities. It seemed prudent to investigate whether teachers and students have options to choose from. Furthermore the author implies that for any existing digital learning aids to be effective, the best format should be established. Available solutions usually have a combination of input and output methods ranging from visual, auditory to tactile or vibro-tactile systems. The author also discusses advantages and disadvantages of traditional versus digital learning aids and teachers' views of available accessible math instructional solutions.

Opis:
This paper aims to show that the four-way BE-system of Maltese can best be accommodated in a theory of non-verbal predication that builds on alternative states, without making any reference to the Davidsonian spatio-temporal event variable. The existing theories of non-verbal predicates put the burden of explaining the difference between the ad hoc vs. habitual interpretations either solely on the non-verbal predicate, by postulating an event variable in their lexical layer (see Kratzer 1995; Adger and Ramchand 2003; Magri 2009; Roy 2013), or solely on the copular or non-copular primary predicate, which contains an aspectual operator or an incorporated abstract preposition, responsible for such interpretive differences (Schmitt 2005, Schmitt and Miller 2007, Gallego and Uriagereka 2009, 2011, Marín 2010, Camacho 2012). The present proposal combines Maienborn’s (2003, 2005a,b, 2011) discourse-semantic theory of copular sentences with Richardson’s (2001, 2007) analysis of non-verbal adjunct predicates in Russian, based on alternative states. Under this combined account, variation between the ad hoc vs. habitual interpretations of non-verbal predicates is derived from the presence or absence of a modal OPalt operator that can bind the temporal variable of non-verbal predicates in accessible worlds, in the sense of Kratzer (1991). In the absence of this operator, the temporal variable is bound by the T0 head in the standard way. The proposal extends to non-verbal predicates in copular sentences as well as to argument and adjunct non-verbal predicates in non-copular sentences.

Opis:
The article is composed of four parts where the linguistic manners of marking a sender’s and an addressee’s occurrence are analyzed. The following aspects of narrations are described in the subsequent parts of the draft such as defining in an accessible way, developing an illusion of conversation, implementing colloquial metaphors (to expose the vividness of the discourse). There is also an avoidance of learning asymmetry between a sender (a popularizer of knowledge) and an addressee with the help of small number of terms and open manner of their explanation as well as adherence to the verbal etiquette and simultaneous implementation of the direct expressions for the addressee. To summarize, senders of the scientific texts for children pay attention, among others, to the realization of such language features as the accessibility, vividness and dialogue.
