Opis:
The analysis of the notion “pedagogical conditions” is represented in the article. On the basis of the comparative multi aspect analysis of the notion “conditions”, the notion “pedagogical conditions” is defined and the main characteristic features are revealed. Pedagogical conditions are analyzed in the paper as a component of a pedagogical system; they reflect the environmental opportunities effecting personality- and process-based aspects of the system, enhancing its successful functioning. Different groups of conditions guaranteeing the effective functioning of pedagogical system are considered. The peculiar properties of three groups of pedagogical conditions (organizational-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, didactic) are disclosed.

To pytania, na które odpowiedzi poszukuje nie tylko początkujący nauczyciel, ale i nauczyciel z doświadczeniem. Pojęcie mistrzostwa pedagogicznego jest obecne w życiu wielu ludzi. Nie można sobie wyobrazić edukacji bez Mistrza; ludzie tęsknią za nim, wspominają. Każda szkoła szczyci się legendarnymi nauczycielami, którzy mieli wybitny wpływ na uczniów.
The purpose of this article is to present the current state of education in Ukrainian pedagogical system. The preparation of teachers to their future work in various types of educational establishments is one of the priority tasks of Ukrainian pedagogical universities. Pupils’ success depends on teachers, while students’ – depends upon lecturers. What is the most important - personality traits or a professional competence? Who is the Master? What is the pedagogical mastery based on? Not only a beginner teacher, who conducts his first lesson, looks for the answer to this question, but an experienced one. The idea of pedagogical mastery has a special place in our lives. It can not be even imagined without the Master, we miss the teachers, who could burn the interest to study, we think and remember them with pleasure. Every school is proud of its legendary teachers who had an impact on pupils.

The author of the paper deal with the ethical and moral as well as the pedagogical and psychological problems of negative phenomena in and also out of school in Slovakia after 1989. These manifestations are very frequent in connexion with the globalisation. So the cooperation of teacher and pedagogical psychologist is more necessary at school or pedagogical and psychological centres. The achievement of successes depends on the mutual cooperation of pedagogue, psychologist and parent. Pedagogical and psychological centres usually solve the most significant phenomena in behaviour of pupils and students. In the others, less substantial cases, there is tendency to integrate those pupils and students into the school society. In this article, its author offers the practical considerations of a philologist, a linguist, a translation-studies researcher, and an eager modern-language academic teacher, regarding a range of contemporary technological solutions/tools for enhancing the acquisition of a foreign language (English). In particular, the author refers to electronic pedagogical dictionaries – the monolingual Dictionary.com, the bilingual Wielojęzyczny słownik polskiOFFLINE, and the semibilingual Słownik angielskiegoDiki, which are presently commonly used by young language learners. Such smart-applications developed for smartphones and tablets – in the author’s view – are remarkable tools for enhancing the complex language teaching and learning process, but – on the other hand – they do require certain methodological training if they are to bring a range of didactic benefits to their users. As the author perceives this notion, such a training regarding the smart dictionary applications – the metalexicographic training – should become the integral part of the modern language teaching and learning process, which may serve as highly beneficial to both smart-users of electronic dictionaries and their smart-teachers alike.

The essence of the concepts “innovation”, “innovation activity of the pedagogue”, “innovation potential of the institution of education”, “modern approaches to the management of innovation activity” have been clarified in the article. It has been grounded that the basis of inno-vation activity is the ability to construct the conceptual foundations of pedagogical innovations, which include diagnostics, forecasting, devel-opment of the program of the experiment, analysis of its implementa-tion, as well as realization of the innovation program, tracking the course and the result of its implementation, correction and reflection of innova-tion actions. The main functions of innovation management, which in-clude analytical-forecasting, planning, organization, control and regula-tion, have been characterized. The eight main stages of management of innovation activity have been singled out and analyzed. For its imple-mentation it is necessary to decide on the ability of pedagogues to crea-tive work in general, to prove the necessity of changes, to offer the per-fect monitoring system of the innovation process of the institution of education. The article distinguishes five levels of teacher’s innovation activity: zero, adaptive, reproductive, heuristic, and creative.

E-learning used to be characterized as the future of education. Now it becomes education’s present. It creates many new possibilities, but there appear new problems along with them. When looking for the best contemporary formula for distance learning, it is worth to refer to the pedagogy of culture. It influenced European pedagogical thought in the first half of 20th century, in Poland its height fell on the second half of the 20th century. Pedagogy of culture is a kind of pedagogical humanism, deeply rooted in European philosophical thought. In this context a man is a cultural person, that experiences and creates new values. The basis of education should be the contact with goods of culture, interiorization, creating new ideas and shaping personality. These ideals should light up the issues of distance learning, help formulate its long-term goals and plan how to shape students’ personality. Human values should be recognized the most important and basic, regardless of the form of learning.

In the article modified problems relationship between psychological science and practice of education and training, in particular, abstraction educational psychology and the inability to directly use its achievements in a real interaction between two subjects of educational action – teacher and pupil. It is argued that a major improvement of the educational process is possible only through the applications of psychology in teacher practice, including each of his educational action. Psyhopedagogy considered here as a way of combining psychological theory and practice of teaching and education. She does not deny educational psychology or pedagogy, but rather deepens and details of scientific psychological and pedagogical knowledge. The results of theoretical studies we analyzed the views on psyhopedagogy of various authors, mostly post-Soviet space: 1) as a new area of research; 2) as detailed analysis of the psychology of learning through teacher’s pedagogical action; 3) as psychologization pedagogy. Among the variety of views of scientists psyhopedagogy place in the system of scientific knowledge indisputable is its focus on practical training and education, to „live” interaction between teacher and pupil focus attention on the teaching of teachers. Thus, further development of ideas psyhopedagogy will be essential for preparing future teachers for pedagogical action. In this context, it can be regarded as a integrative approach to the study of how psychological and pedagogical disciplines, and to the development of the individual subjects of pedagogical interaction.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the valued and significative teacher’s attitude toward the pedagogical profession and its place in the system of its sense and vital orientations. It is shown that the transformation of the valued and significative teacher’s attitude toward the pedagogical profession into the hierarchy components of the sense of life becomes an important factor and component of the professional and pedagogical position fulfilling it with the special maintenance and direction.
