    W 2012 roku, na zlecenie Głównego Inspektora Ochrony Środowiska, Państwowy Instytut Geologiczny-Państwowy Instytut Badawczy wykonał „Spis obiektów unieszkodliwiania odpadów wydobywczych oraz opuszczonych obiektów unieszkodliwiania odpadów wydobywczych, które wywierają negatywny wpływ na środowisko". Inwentaryzacji poddano ogółem 368 obiektów unieszkodliwiania odpadów wydobywczych, zwałowisk, hałd oraz osadników poflotacyjnych, w których deponowane były odpady z eksploatacji i przeróbki kopalin. Obiekty te zostały wytypowane na podstawie kryteriów opartych na założeniach wynikających z „Metodyki inwentaryzacji..." oraz z interpretacji obowiązujących uregulowań prawnych. Wymiernym efektem przeprowadzonych prac kameralnych, terenowych i technicznych było zgromadzenie informacji o każdym z obiektów w postaci indywidualnych kart inwentaryzacyjnych, scharakteryzowanie poszczególnych obiektów w układzie wojewódzkim i surowcowym oraz opracowanie elektronicznej bazy danych zawierającej zbiór kompletnych informacji dla poszczególnych obiektów, w tym także w zakresie ich oddziaływania na środowisko.
    In 2012, at the request of the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection, Polish Geological Institute-National Research Institute made "List of closed mining waste facilities and abandoned mining waste facilities that have a negative impact on the environment". 368 mining waste facilities, stockpiles, dumps and floatation clarifiers where the waste of exploitation and processing of minerals was disposed, have been cataloged. These objects were chosen based on criteria adopted under assumptions of the „Methodology of inventory..." and on as a result of the interpretation of existing legislation. The tangible result of the office works, field works and technical works , was collection of information about each of the objects in the form of individual inventory card, with characteristics of individual objects in the voivodeship location system and raw materials and creation an electronic database containing the complete set of information for each object, including their impact on the environment.

    Opis:
    The paper presents the criteria that were used to assess the environmental constraints for prospective areas of the occurrences of either metal ores or chemical raw materials in Poland. The databases associated with “The Geoenvironmental Map of Poland at a scale 1 : 50 000” were used as the basis for the development of these criteria, which have allowed applying an innovative approach. The final result is presented as a datasheet of individual environmental conditions for every prospective area under consideration. Each datasheet includes, among others: geological conditions which determine the type of mining methods to be applied, and environmental conservation areas and elements vulnerable to negative impact of deposit exploitation. The integral part of each datasheet is a location sketch showing the position of the prospective area on the backdrop of the available data on environmental conditions. This data may be used as a basis for further, more detailed studies. Moreover, it may be helpful for local administration bodies in zoning and land use planning tasks.

    As part of the tasks performed by the Polish Geological Survey (Polish Geological Institute - National Research Institute), 260 prospective maps (MOP) at a scale of 1 : 200,000 have been developed in the period of 2013-2015. These maps were designed for metal ores (Cu-Ag, Zn-Pb, Mo-W, Ni, Sn, Au, Pt, Pd and Zn oxide ore - galmans) and chemical raw materials (rock and potash salts, gypsum, anhydrite and native sulphur), in relation to the assessment of raw materials resources and environmental restrictions and land use planning. The total surface of prospective teritories projected onto the surface area is ~15.25 thousand km2 for metal ores and ca. 52.5 thousand km2 for chemical raw materials. The estimated resources of predicted ore deposits (prognostic and prospective) are approx. 42.2 million Mg of Cu and 75 thousands Mg of Ag (12 prospective areas), ca. 20 million Mg of Zn-Pb ores (in 4 prospective areas), 32 million Mg of Ni ores of weathering type (10 prospective areas), from 9.4 to 21.5 Mg of Au encountered by orogenic vein and metasomatic deposits (7 prospective areas), and ca. 22 million Mg of Sn ores. The estimated prognostic and prospective resources of chemical raw materials (at a depth of not more than 2000 m) are: ca. 4.059 trillion Mg of rock salt (68 prospective areas) and ca. 3638.1 million Mg of potash (12 prospective areas), as well as ca. 575.6 billion Mg of gypsum and anhydrite, and 202 million Mg of native sulphur (prognostic resources). In the assessment of environmental conflicts and land use planning, 125 information data sheets developed environmental conditions for prospective areas (with the exception of rock salts, which are discussed in the regional aspect). Development of the designated prospective areas may be important in the future to ensure the availability of raw material safety, not only for Poland, but also for the European Union, thus contributing positively to economic growth and prosperity of local communities.

    Opis:
    Data communication security assurance in the Central Node of Poland's Schengen Information System and Visa Information System Component (in polish: Centralny Węzeł Polskiego Komponentu Systemu Informacyjnego Schengen i Systemu Informacji Wizowej - CW PK SIS i VIS) is crucial for building adequate trust of the operation of mechanisms of the Schengen agreement in Poland. Presented in this chapter are the security requirements, agreed by member states of the Schengen agreement, which fulfillment is subject to independent review during periodical SIS/SIRENE evaluations. The essence of law, organizational and technical role means have also been indicated for assuring a high level of SIS and VIS data communication security, which is higher than the standard level required by regulations on the protecting of personal data. Directions for further development of the implementation of the SIS and VIS in Poland have been presented in the conclusion.

    W artykule omówiono wybrane rezultaty projektu naukowego POIG.01.03.01-00-145/08 „Modelowanie repozytorium i analiza efektywności informacyjnej wytycznych i ścieżek klinicznych w służbie zdrowia” Wnioskodawcą i wykonawcą instytucjonalnym projektu był Wydział Cybernetyki Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej w Warszawie. Jednocześnie, z uwagi na rozpoczęcie przez autorów niniejszego artykułu nowego projektu badawczego pt. „Próba opracowania modelu diagnostyki i rehabilitacji schorzeń i obrażeń narządu ruchu z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych metod informatyczno-technicznych” (tytuł roboczy), przedstawiono aktualne możliwości badawcze z wykorzystaniem ścieżek klinicznych w tym obszarze medycyny. Zaproponowano kierunki dalszych badań, jak również potencjalne możliwości wykorzystania wyników w praktyce klinicznej.
    The selected results of scientific project POIG.01.03.01-00-145/08 "Modelling of repository and efficiency analysis of the clinical information guidelines and paths in health", were discussed. The Cybernetics Department at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw was responsible for the project. At the same time, due to launching of the new research project entitled "The attempt of the model elaboration of diagnostics and rehabilitation of diseases and locomotory system injuries with application of the modern technical methods” (working title), the current research capabilities to use of clinical paths, are presented. The directions for further research, as well as the potential use of their outcomes in clinical practice, were proposed.
