Opis:
The aim of this article is to present the idea of divinity of power on an example of the medieval service, dedicated to the Serbian despotess Angelina Branković. The image of a ruler and a concept of power presented in the text are based on the perception of Angelina as a participant and a heiress of the sacred tradition of Branković dynasty. The service has played an important role in the creation and strengthening of the ruler image in the spiritual culture of the Orthodox Serbs. In addition to strictly liturgical function, it also served as a way of transmission of the elementary set of national religious and political ideas. Hymnography dedicated to St. Angelina was a response to the social and religious needs to canonize the native saints who certify God’s care for Serbia in the period of slavery, strengthen the national spirit, contribute to stabilizing the situation in the country.

The method of collecting the corpus of examples will also be taken into consideration because the subject of interest are the pronouns in different language situations. The method of elaboration of that material will be examined, too. The pronominal system in the Macedonian language is put in correlation with the other Slavic as well as Balkan languages for better understanding of its contemporary situation.

W artykule omówiono podstawowe zasady zaskarżania uchwał zgromadzeń obligatariuszy. Problematyce tej nie poświęcono dotychczas wiele uwagi w piśmiennictwie prawniczym, a wszelkie spostrzeżenia z nią związane mają charakter wyłącznie przyczynkarski. Należy przyjąć, że ujęcie przedmiotowej problematyki z zastosowaniem mechanizmu „analogii”, tj. przez odwołanie do regulacji dotyczącej obszernie opisywanego w doktrynie prawa reżimu zaskarżania uchwał zgromadzeń udziałowców spółek kapitałowych, nie wyczerpuje tematu. Co więcej, jak się wydaje, takie podejście obarczone jest błędem metodologicznym. Artykuł podzielono na trzy zasadnicze części. Pierwsza dotyczy zaskarżania uchwał zgromadzeń obligatariuszy rażąco naruszających interesy obligatariuszy lub sprzecznych z dobrymi obyczajami. Dotknięte tego rodzaju wadami uchwały mogą zostać wzruszone w drodze powództwa o ich uchylenie, na podstawie przepisów art. 70 ustawy o obligacjach. Druga zasadnicza część artykułu dotyczy zaskarżania uchwał zgromadzeń obligatariuszy sprzecznych z ustawą, czemu służy powództwo o stwierdzenie nieważności uchwały, wytaczane na podstawie przepisów art. 71 ustawy o obligacjach. Trzecia część artykułu dotyczy obowiązku przekazania przez emitenta obligacji informacji o uchyleniu lub stwierdzeniu nieważności uchwały zgromadzenia obligatariuszy sformułowanego w przepisie art. 72 ustawy o obligacjach.

In the recent secunda cura of the Tabulae Herculanenses, Giuseppe Camodeca has completely rebuilt the dossier TH^2 8911 about the acquisition of the Roman citizenship by the Latinus Iunianus Venidio Ennico. Thanks to this study, it is currently possible to make further considerations about the procedure described in the Fragmentum Riccardi and its relationship with the lex Aelia Sentia.

WSTĘP: Ze względu na znaczenie dla zdrowia publicznego problemu, jakim jest poznanie czynników psychologicznych mogących mieć znaczenie dla przebiegu choroby nowotworowej, zrealizowano badanie, którego celem była ocena czę-stości i uwarunkowań akceptacji choroby u pacjentów z rakiem jelita grubego w okresie bezpośrednio poprzedzającym interwencję chirurgiczną. MATERIAŁ I METODY: W badaniu kwestionariuszowym wzięło udział 200 pacjentów z rozpoznanym rakiem jelita grubego. W celu zidentyfikowania ostatecznych predyktorów mających wpływ na akceptację choroby nowotworowej wykonano analizę regresji logistycznej wraz z weryfikującą parametryzacją za pomocą automatycznej selekcji wstecznej. WYNIKI: Nieco ponad połowa badanych (56,5%) z rakiem jelita grubego w okresie bezpośrednio poprzedzającym interwencję chirurgiczną nie akceptuje swojej choroby. Wpływ na akceptację choroby miały zmienne: występowanie raka jelita grubego w rodzinie oraz zadowolenie z opieki medycznej. WNIOSKI: Częstsza akceptacja choroby nowotworowej jelita grubego występuje u pacjentów deklarujących zadowolenie z opieki medycznej oraz u pacjentów, u których rak jelita grubego występował w rodzinie.
INTRODUCTION: Because of the importance of the problem for public health, which is the knowledge of psychological factors that may affect the course of cancer, a study was carried out to assess the frequency and determinants of disease acceptance in patients with colorectal cancer in the period immediately preceding the surgical intervention. MATERIAL AND METHODS: 200 patients with colorectal cancer participated in the questionnaire study. In order to identify the final predictors influencing the acceptance of cancer, logistic regression analysis was performed along with the verification of parametrization using the automatic backward selection method. RESULTS: Slightly more than half of the respondents (56.5%) with colorectal cancer do not accept their disease in the period immediately preceding the surgical intervention. Among the determinants influencing the acceptance of the disease were the following variables: family history of colorectal cancer and satisfaction with medical care. CONCLUSIONS: More frequent acceptance of colorectal cancer occurs in patients who declare satisfaction with medical care and among patients with a family history of colorectal cancer.

National cultural and religious heritage presents valuable repository of knowledge and wisdom. The article focuses on the understanding, classification and interpretation of Christian beliefs and the Gospel messages presented in the book of Fr. Zoricic (published in Venice 1780), whose theological thoughts were inspired and reinforced by various Italian and Latin writers of the time. The aim of this research is twofold: to preserve this rare spiritual book and to use it as a code of ethics. How was the dichotomy of good and evil presented in the Book? How did Zoricic describe Our Lady, God and the Body of Christ? To whom did he refer the most? To whom did he devote his writing? To be able to attempt answering these questions the Book was digitized, transcribed and transliterated.. On the basis of core terminology, extracted by natural language processing tool, a detailed linguistic analysis is provided.

The assessment of surface water quality and technogenic loading on the separate regions of the North-Western Black Sea, namely the Mykolaiv region, was performed in this work. The water quality assessment was conducted using the graphical method that allows determining the suitability of water for the certain types of water using, as well as the method of calculating a water pollution combinatorial index. The estimation of the technogenic loading is based on calculating a technogenic loading module. It was found that the surface waters of the Mykolaiv region do not meet the requirements of fisheries in relation to most quality indicators. According to various standards, this surface water quality in this region is characterized by the “polluted” – “very dirty” categories. A reduction of the technogenic loading by the volume of wastewater discharges since 2006 can be determined. According to the pollutant discharge indicators, a steady decrease of the level of loading has been noted since 2005, which is caused by a reduction of wastewater discharges.

Construction of a nuclear power station is a huge challenge – due to the scale, volume of the capital involved, method of financing, length of the investment process, the level of technical complexity and comprehensiveness of the investment, as well as its political uncertainty. The long process of preparing for this construction was started in Poland already in 2009. Therefore it seems that a revision of the approach to the building schedule of Poland’s first nuclear power plant is necessary, as well as the realistic evaluation, revision and update of the assumptions made. The article, based on historical data related to development plans for nuclear energetics in Poland, and referring to environmental research and location studies of key importance to the current stage of the construction, is aimed at indicating that the investment in nuclear energy in the country with no nuclear tradition whatever, is a long process, almost as long as the very operation of such an investment.

W artykule przedstawiono propozycję metody monitorowania złożonych wielowymiarowych procesów produkcyjnych. Rozważany problem dotyczy monitorowania jakości produkcji przy stosowaniu oceny alternatywnej jednocześnie względem wielu charakterystyk, gdy produkcja wykonywana jest na wielu różnych stanowiskach. Do opisu stanu jakości w czasie t wykorzystywana jest macierz, w której elementami są liczby wadliwych sztuk wykonanych na danym stanowiskuwedług ocenianych wielu charakterystyk.Proponowana metoda odwołuje się do testu permutacyjnego. Sygnał o nieprawidłowym przebiegu produkcji jest uzyskiwany na podstawie porównania macierzy z bieżącego okresu dla monitorowanego procesu oraz macierzy danych uzyskanej z procesu ustabilizowanego. Ze względu na dużą liczbę charakterystyk rejestrowanych na skali porządkowej konstrukcja statystyki testowej została oparta o funkcję odległości macierzy. Własności proponowanej metody zostały poddane analizie z wykorzystaniem symulacji komputerowych. Przeprowadzono również porównania wyników uzyskanych z zastosowaniem proponowanej metody i karty kontrolnej c.
This article presents a proposal of the method of monitoring complex multidimensional processes. The problem relates to monitoring the quality of production with some attribute variables when the production is performed by some operators. To describe the quality status we used the matrix in which elements are the numbers of defective units.The proposed method uses permutation tests. The "out-of-order" signal is obtained by comparing the matrix in period t to the matrix from stable process. The test statistic used in permutation test is based on a function of distance between matrices. The properties of the proposed method have been described using computer simulation.

Works by Belgrade artist Leonid Šejka (1932–1970) are usually considered fantastic, an embodiment of aesthetic ideals of Mediala Art Group he was a member of, an opposition to everything that Modernism stood for with its harsh formalism that expelled object. However, the complexity of Šejka’s opus as artist and theorist allows a different approach. In this paper, we turn to – so far neglected – Šejka‘s positive relation to Modernism, which he saw as a foundation for new aesthetic ideals. He understood that Modernism turned paintings into objects of empty forms void of function. Nevertheless, the future of painting, for him, resided in re-introduction of objects into painting in order to re-establish the necessary form-function relation, preserving, at the same time, Modernist traits. Šejka tried to demonstrate this in his mature works. He wrote about it in a series of writings, which contribute to our understanding of his opus.
