In this article the hereditary connection between Taras Shevchenko and Ivan Franko’s creative work is studied in Ukrainian literary tradition discourse. Through the prism of Franko’s literary and critical reception of T. Shevchenko’s creative work the causes of coincidences and differences in the ideas and aesthetic conceptions of both writers are determined. The author of the article proves the existance of the indissoluble connection between the different literature generations’ representatives on the idea and content levels, as well as on the formal and aesthetic level. The importance of T. Shevchenko and I. Franko’s creative heritage for Ukrainian culture and literature is also evaluated.

Opis:
The issue of the solving of the problem of the raising level of the legitimating of power in the electoral process, which is really low in the eyes of citizens of Ukraine, is raised in the article. The institutional structure, procedures and the electoral process’ mechanisms give the contenders wide opportunities not only for the selfpromotion, but over persuasion of community in the personal ability to ensure effective public management. The process of the legitimating of the political power is being in progress at every stage of the election long before the official nomination of the candidates for the acquisition of the authority. The authors of the article suggest the following stages of the election: 1) Constituting; 2) Institutionalization; 3) Realization; 4) Control. The essential subjects of the power institutions’ formation in the democratic states are political parties. They commit a significant and sometimes decisive influence on the will of the voters. Besides, the parties are being one of the main subjects of the political legitimating during election. Another indicator of the democratic state is the freedom of the political opposition activity. Numerous attempts to regulate the statute of the political opposition in Ukraine were subordinated to the tasks of its constituting. The four stages of the political opposition constituting are singled out on this basis: 1990-2006; 2006-2007; 2007-2010; since October 2010. The organic component of the legitimating of power in the election is their recognition through the number of the specialized organizations, agencies and institutions of the Council of Europe, European Union, and OSCE, and CIS, etc. The indicators of the international (foreign) legitimating power in Ukraine are singled out in the article.

The origins of the scientific reflection of modernization as a social phenomenon date back to the 19th century, the time of the formation of evolutionary theory, which was reflected in the works of O. Cont, E. Durkheim, G. Spencer, K. Marx, etc. On the right remark of modern foreign scientists, the modernization theory – is «the phase that has in sociology and theory of the evolution been completed». Modernization, which at one time was interpreted as the emergence of a «new civilization model», forms the vector of transition from survival values to the values of selfrealization, to the further human development, which underlies a powerful emancipation potential. Modernization in the broadest sense is considered as a process of modernizing and improvement of all spheres of social relations; in the narrow one – as a complex set of transformations, which the social system experiences on the way of the evolution from the traditional agrarian society to the urbanized industrial one. The variety of historical experience in the modernization of societies that were (are) at various stages of civilization development, or have significant differences in culture and traditions, question the possibility of a global generalization, the definition of a stable set of institutions, structures, rules or procedures within a unified theory, the deduction of the common patterns that would serve as a benchmark for all countries and peoples. . The proof of this – are the unsuccessful attempts to develop a universal theory of modernization, based on the conceptual foundations of evolutionism by scientists in the second half of the 20th century. The development of the modernization theory started after the Second World War and disseminated in the 1950s–1960s. It should be emphasized that there was no single theory of modernization, even in the 1950s–1960s. As the researchers point out, it was rather a powerful intellectual movement. In its evolution, the modernization theory has conditionally passed three stages: 50–60, 60–70s and 80–90s of the 20th century. The liberalization of political practice and the modernization theory led to a reassessment of the idea of universal progress in historical evolution; to rethink the model of the development of civilizations, the concepts of «modernity» and «traditionalism». All this together contributed to expanding the boundaries of research and taking into account the influence of not only the center on the periphery, but also the periphery on the center. The main thing that one managed to overcome was stereotypical ideas about the civilization mission of the West in relation to other parts of the world, as well as to realize that the future of mankind is the harmonious combination and coexistence of different cultures that are being developed in accordance with its inherent trajectories of social development, rather than in a predetermined direction. Modern science is increasingly focused on the study of unique, critical, bifurcation and other nonlinear processes, where exclusive, to some extent, random events begin to play a special role that becomes relevant to macroevolution, changing the course of human evolution. The suddenness of the social changes taking place in a globalized world does not allow us to confidently determine the perspective models of countries and nations future development. Globalization, like any large-scale process, changes the usual way of life, and, along with many benefits, has painful consequences for some social groups. Globalization, according to modern scientists, «can’t be regarded as an ordinary linear scheme, at least because it in its existence holds both development and destruction at the same time». In addition, there are new challenges that require fundamentally new approaches to their solution.

The article considers the relevance of the ideas of modern informational science to the study of social development phenomenon, the definition of trends and perspectives of the globalization of communicative processes. The problems have been investigated in the context of interdisciplinary ideas, the role of informational science as a general scientific program has been revealed, information parameters of the communicative environment of global society have been analyzed. Purpose. The efficiency of using different types of informational activity in the study of the society globalization has been analyzed, the role of the semantic and pragmatic essence of information, its content in the process of world information exchange have been determined. Methods. Methods used in the article are as follows: system analysis, historical method, reasoning by analogy, generalization. Results. It has been proved that the use of information science methodology in the research of social development phenomenon allows one to outline new communicative strategies and managerial guidelines, to defines tendecies and prospects of the global information society. Information modeling of communicative processes will allow increasing the level of information representativeness and reliability, predicting conditions and circumstances of the information use in different regions of the world and various spheres of social activity.

Informatization of education is one of directions of the process of modern society informatization. Informatization of education means – the process of research and provision of educational sphere with methodology and practice of development and optimal usage of modern or, as they are called, new information technologies, focused on implementation of psychological and pedagogical training purposes. Distant training began a very actual theme of these studies from the end of the twentieth century and it spreading. According to the general tendencies of university education development in the countries of the world, the introduction of distant technologies and pedagogical experiment concerning transformation of traditional correspondence and even daytime study into the distant form for a long time takes place also at the Private Higher Educational Establishment “Academician Stepan Demianchuk International University of Economics and Humanities”. In order to do distant education to be as effective as possible, we need to organize properly with the help of systems of organizational, technical, programmed and methodological measures. It will be the main subject of this article. The aim of the study. To substantiate expediency of introduction of distant training technologies in to educational process of higher educational institutions both on full-time education and on correspondence form of studying. Methods. Observation of educational process organization using distant technologies at International University of Economics and Humanities, teaching of subjects using distant technologies for students of correspondence and full-time forms of education, analysis of the results of educational process organization using distant technologies at the faculties of university. Conclusion. The possibilities of distance learning technologies are quite high. However, the replacement of traditional remote technologies is still to be treated with caution. It is a question of the fact that any person has the right at own discretion to choose educational technology or their combination. But there is a conviction that remote technology will enhance the quality of training and the level of expertise of specialists.

Article is devoted to studying of specifics of the military-political conflict in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The analysis is based on idea of what the classical theory of a political conflict is extremely limited approaches studying of all brinks of a political conflict. Leaving linearity and staging of political process (a phase of tension, instability, a contradiction and collision), the modern political conflict on the example of the East of Ukraine can have some unusual aspects. First of all it is informal support and the help from other state, this imposing by method of blackmail by one of participants of the conflict of own benefits in exchange for the terminations of open collisions. The conflict problem in the East of Ukraine has peculiar, poorly studied line: modeling and development of the conflict by intelligence agencies of other state. The political conflict in the East of Ukraine has no latent phase as in it is mute lines unusual for the classical conflicts are mixed: intervention of other state, informal military support of one of participants of the conflict, promotion of concrete ultimatums to authorities by the indirect participant of the conflict, mixing of electoral and political technologies (radicalism of electorate on the basis of political myths). In it is a high time in the analysis of the conflict in the East of Ukraine many experts too specifics of the organization of the political power in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions don’t join. It is first of all about the interested financial and industrial groups which in the activity have carried out synthesis of complete control over financial and economic activity of the region before direct influence on the electoral choice of his population. In view of orientation of economic contacts and mental orientations towards Russia, the political elite of the East of Ukraine in the investigation of disagreement with the movement of «Euromaidan» has appeared in a desperate situation: she has ceased to have authority among the population; wishing to keep the economic capitals, the elite as a result has lost control over a situation; and in she is a high time too I have reached oppositional position to the new power. The specified factors in the sum have led to opening of mental space for handling technologies from interested parties. Without wishing to lose from the geopolitical field Ukraine, the hybrid political conflict has also been introduced. Complexity of his studying consists in an absence factor in him two key factors: first of all latent phase and mechanism of his full permission. Instead the multistage mechanism of his suppression, but not permission is offered by politicians and scientists. The essence consists in the fact that according to «game theory» the scenario «the world in war on the terms of the winner» is offered. At the same time winners both Ukraine, and Russia equally want to see themselves. In practice it leads to the fact that any technology of permission of a political conflict in the form of negotiation process, a mediator, involvement of the third party won’t have qualitative effect. A paradox of a situation is that the parties don’t wish to go on compromises. Each of the parties by method of tightening of time expects when the second party is forced to offer a string of concessions and weakening of tension. In this context the research is also devoted to studying of the specified technologies from outside of both foreign, and domestic scientific developments.

Opis:
The public policy is a modern concept of political science which has appeared in the middle of the XX century and there is in a condition of continuous updating that specifications. In search of the universal definition of public policy authors are guided generally by philosophical and axiological, spatial and functional options of a scientific explanation of this phenomenon. Philosophical and axiological definition of public policy since Renaissance defined key problems which became the subject of the analysis for modern researchers of this direction. Philosophical reflections on a concept of the fact what is "public", "private", "sphere" and so on. have laid the foundation of a meta-analysis of studying of public policy and have defined conceptual borders for further theoretical searches. Functional interpretation of category "public policy" is rather wide and versatile it is provided in works of researchers of many methodological approaches and theories which connect it with the decision-making process and political and managerial processes. Managerial measurement of public policy allows determining intuitional and technological capabilities of actors of the political process in making public decisions. Close connection of a policy and the state conformable with the ideas of representatives of institutional and neoinstitutional approaches that considered a public policy both as dependent and as independent variable at the same time at the center of scientific research permanently there was an analysis of communication of institutes and society. The criticism of neoinstitutionalism led to a defensive line of authors of this direction and, as a result, before the appearance of new theories in 90's of the XX century, which explain a concept of a public policy taking into account the current trends. First of all, it concerned a study of new institutes and a new role of traditional political institutes in formation of a public policy. The system theory has brought adjustments in essence of the characteristic of public policy. According to the logic of system approach, the modern public policy is complete, dynamic system which is independently updates, organizes and develops. It consists of the interconnected and interacting elements which unite in steady unity with the external environment by means of many factors and conditions of interaction with external. Inclusion by scientists of different schools in the analysis of public policy of such actors as groups of interests, civil society, expert-analytical communities, political parties, has allowed to detail the considered concept. Display in a concept of public policy of not hierarchical communications and structures has become possible because of coalition approach and the theory of political networks. The public policy by means of the theory of networks is considered as concrete types of mediation of interests of different actors (state і non-state) and as the specific form of government. Use of reality of public policy by means of a spatial concept gives the chance to analyse different types of interactions of the individual and collective actors both institutionalized, and not institutionalized in the course of implementation of the power and influence on it in specific political environment which is a complicated developing system with it's ow laws and borders. The public space at all levels (global, regional, national) is constantly changeable structure which is formalized and filled with meanings under the influence of actors. As a result of the retrospective analysis of approaches which operationalize public policy was provided the author's vision of this phenomenon. Public policy is understood as the reasonable interaction of the public actors (institutionalized and not institutionalized, formal and informal) which by means of own resources, functional mechanisms, cultural and valuable and precepts of law, have an opportunity to reveal, implement, analyze and control valid socio-political problems. Since 90's of the XX century, scientists adapt conceptual sense of public policy of the national contexts on the basis of that experience of the state and cultural and valuable changes. The main problem, in this case, is that the above-stated categories not always answer the contents, especially in the conditions of transitional systems. For formation of idea of essence of public policy in the transformed countries it is necessary to use such explanations of these categories which would consider absence of full-fledged civil society and communication between all actors of political process. Specification of categories according to political reality can be the way out. So, the concept public policy is permanently transformed because of changeable political reality that puts representatives of different schools of sciences before a problem of fixed search of new explanations of its content. For the objective reasons, the methodology of political science appeared incapable of giving the answer to a question independently: what is public policy? This opportunity appears only on condition of participation of such sciences as economy, sociology, managing sciences, state administration, systemology, etc.

The actuality of our scientific research is determined by the necessity for the historical analysis of the free children’s upbringing in the spirit of Christianity in the educational and pedagogical concept of N. L. Zinzendorf in the 18th century. The principles of the free upbringing in the pedagogical concept of this pedagogue, namely the principles of the free development of the child’s full potential, combining both demanding as well as respectful attitude towards a child and the formation of the teacher-and-child relationships principle in the process of upbringing. Purpose. The main object of our scientific research is to investigate the Children’s upbringing in the spirit of Christianity in the educational and pedagogical concept of N.-L. Zinzendorf in the 18th century. Methods of investigation. The historic and logic analysis, generalization, systematization and classification of the archives and printed sources. The systematical and logical analysis of the scientific work, scientific literature and archive are used in this study. Results. The new approaches of Christian upbringing used by Zinzendorf in the 18th century gave the opportunity not only to reach children’s hearts, but also to reveal and enlarge the good in their lives. The sensibility and tolerance, which had nothing in common with the strict school upbringing of the early Pietism, were at the core of this new approach.

Opis:
The analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of the essence, content and specificity of the application of technologies’ legitimation of political power in Ukraine at the stage of democratic transformation has been shown in the article. These technologies are defined as a kind of social engineering, deliberate, purposeful action to influence a wide range of subjects of political relations, with the aim of creating a positive image of the government using evidence-based set of tools, methods and procedures. The attention has been focused on the unexplored side of the legitimation of power – its symbolic regulation and organizations, in particular the mythologizing and ideologizing. The legitimacy of power in Ukraine before the events of the Euromaidan was being achieved thanks to legitimate technology of simulation of democratic changes, which is a type of the virtualization technology. The analysis of the nature of the relationship between the state and society at the time of independence with the release of the respective stages, which in fact match the timing of presidential candidacies and is evidenced by the domination of certain legitimate technologies, has been implemented. At the present stage of socio-political development of Ukraine the populism in all the richness of its forms and manifestations and means of use acquires threatening volumes. The most dangerous consequences of destructive influence of populism are: the formation of an overly simplified picture of the socio-political reality; the delegitimization of the existing political and social order due to its constant criticism; the formation of two-dimensional («people» – «enemies») picture of the world with the simultaneous vulgarization of the complex problems’ solution, etc. The process of legitimation of political power during elections, and, respectively, the related electoral technologies, occurs at all stages of the electoral process – well before the official nomination of the applicants to obtain powers. For example, for the formation of public opinion in the period between elections the technology of the customized polls which referred to the defendants in the upcoming elections is used. The legitimation of power occurs during the nomination and registration of candidates, political parties and blocks of political parties – participants in the electoral competition, in the formation of their campaign offices and funds of the election commissions, election campaigning, the actual voting and also during appeals and judicial processes. Especially dangerous to society and to the development of democracy is manipulative constitutional and legal technology, when the electoral laws and even constitutional provisions «wing» as the political situation. The ruling circles with the manner of application of certain provisions of the electoral system, particularly the type of electoral system, size of entry barriers, permission or prohibition of participation in elections of blocs of political parties, the order of formation of election commissions, etc. form the preconditions for the victory of certain political forces. The modern period of social development is marked by a significant influence on the formation of people’s consciousness of communication and information technologies, as television and radio create the illusion of presence of the broad masses of the population, including the audience abroad. Psychological and image-based technologies are designed to influence the consciousness and sub consciousness of the person. The use of such technologies is quite different from the ordinary informing of man. They are aimed at disruption of its activities. The purpose of these operations – is the impact on the public consciousness in a certain direction, aiming at the subordination of the will of the people and their behavior in such a way as to force them to act, if not against their own interests, then with a significant «correction» in favor of the initiators of the use of such technologies. The technologies are used not only for political legitimation of the power, but its de-legitimization. A common practice of de-legitimization of candidates seeking to get to power is the technology of «black PR», «dirty» technologies, the publication of compromising materials on the Internet with their subsequent legalization in the Ukrainian mass media, etc. The special feature of the development of the political process in Ukraine is the use of «dirty» technologies associated with the artificial aggravation of inter-regional contradictions. Their use has become widespread since the early 2000s and lasted until the beginning of the dramatic events connected with the annexation of Crimea and the exclusion of the Eastern territories of the country by an external aggressor. The main direction technologies of the political power legitimation is their virtualization and symbolic regulation, the content of which depends on the characteristics legitimate periods of functioning of the political power in Ukraine. The current stage of the political power legitimation in Ukraine, which began with the overthrow of the regime of Yanukovych, certifies the playback of her previous technologies of democratic reforms’ imitation.

Opis:
The subject of the study is the Polish version of the song “Hej, sokoły!” regarded as a multi-dimensional intercultural communicative phenomenon from the point of view of the external and internal contexts and correlations of its individual and social aspects. The analysis has been undertaken using the method of sociocultural interpretation of the external context, the method of information decoding for identifying the author’s intentions and functions of textual symbols. For the systemic and incremental study of the song the author uses the modeling method, in particular, the linear model of communication with considering the constituents: w h o – w h a t – b y w h a t m e a n s – t o w h om. In the framework of this model the article has studied the motives of writing the song, its genre peculiarities. The ways of verbalizing its semantic dominants and the addressee of the song have been determined. The conclusion states that “Hej, sokoły!” is not just a romantic ballad tinged with grief for the lost, but a certain intercultural Ukrainian-Polish phenomenon that teaches not to forget history and given a lesson in patriotism.

Opis:
The article considers the essence of the concept of «curiosity» of preschool children. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of the researched problem is determined. The analysis of the works of scientists allowed to emphasize the need to cover this issue. Emphasis is placed on the process of cognition, which has several stages and it begins with the innate curiosity of the child. Under the guidance of an adult, whether in a preschool or with parents at home, curiosity is formed, which later grows into cognitive interest. The formation and improvement of cognitive interest, which generates cognitive activity, which is the culmination of the development and formation of the personality of a preschool child, is highlighted. It was found that curiosity is a source of cognitive interest of the preschooler, as well as the processes underlying the cognitive activity of older preschool children. The structure of the child’s curiosity development is clarified, which is formed on the basis of elementary curiosity and with further guidance develops on the basis of children’s natural cognitive needs. The process of cognition is full of emotions caused by the process of intellectual work and the perspective that arises in the course of cognition. Signs of preschooler’s curiosity are expressed, which are expressed in cognitive issues, desire to find solutions to problems, to gain new knowledge, inner openness to people, phenomena, the world, sincere desire to meet cognitive needs and gain new experiences or impressions. The conditions of successful development of curiosity in preschool children are characterized: creation of cognitive environment (fullness of zones, centers), encouragement of manifestations of independence in solving problems, in various activities, providing information that determines children’s social experience, holistic view of the environment, a variety of ways of activity and is actualized as cognitive activity. The connection between curiosity and its importance, which will be needed in the further school stage of life, is considered, because it is the basis on which the process of formation and development of independent cognitive activity of a senior preschooler is built. It is proved that successful mastering of experience, effective development of personality occurs only in active activity, in purposeful efforts to obtain the planned result. Much depends on the human environment: understanding, stimulation, support, communication are important in the formation of personality and education of curiosity. Further ways of research of a problem of development of cognitive activity are defined: comparison of all components, stages in their similarities and differences.
У статті розглянуто сутність поняття «допитливість» дітей дошкільного віку. Визначено теоретико-методичне обґрунтування досліджуваної проблеми. Аналіз праць науковців дозволив підкреслити необхідність висвітлення даного питання. Акцентується увага на процесі пізнання, у якому є кілька етапів і починається він з вродженої цікавості дитини. Під керівництвом дорослого, чи то у закладі дошкільної освіти чи з батьками вдома, формується допитливість, яка згодом переростає у пізнавальний інтерес. Висвітлено формування і удосконалення пізнавального інтересу, що породжує пізнавальну активність, яка є апогеєм розвитку і формування особистості дитини дошкільного віку. З’ясовано, що допитливість є джерелом пізнавального інтересу дошкільника, а також процесів, що лежать в основі пізнавальної активності дитини старшого дошкільного віку. Уточнено структуру розвитку допитливості дитини, яка формується на основі елементарної цікавості та з подальшим керівництвом розвивається на основі природної пізнавальної потреби дітей. Процес пізнання сповнений емоціями, що викликані процесом інтелектуальної праці та перспективою, яка постає в ході пізнання. Сформульовано ознаки прояву допитливості дошкільника, що виражаються у пізнавальних питаннях, бажанні самостійно знаходити рішення до поставлених задач, до отримання нових знань, внутрішня відкритість до людей, явищ, навколишнього світу, щире прагнення задовольнити пізнавальні потреби та отримати новий досвід чи враження. Схарактеризовано умови успішного розвитку допитливості у дітей дошкільного віку: створення пізнавального середовища (наповненість зон, осередків), заохочення до проявів самостійності у вирішенні завдань, в різних видах діяльності, надавання інформації, що зумовлює засвоєння дітьми соціального досвіду, накопиченого людством, цілісного уявлення про довкілля, різноманітність способів діяльності й актуалізується в якості пізнавальної діяльності. Розглянуто зв’язок між допитливістю і її важливістю, що знадобиться у подальшому шкільному етапі життя, адже вона є тим підґрунтям, на якому будується процес формування і розвитку самостійної пізнавальної активності старшого дошкільника. Доведено, що успішне оволодіння досвідом, ефективний розвиток особистості відбувається лише в активній діяльності, в цілеспрямованих зусиллях для отримання запланованого результату. Багато що залежить від оточення людини: розуміння, стимулювання, підтримка, спілкування мають велике значення у становленні особистості та вихованні допитливості. Визначено подальші шляхи дослідження проблеми розвитку пізнавальної активності: порівняння всіх складових, етапів у їхніх подібностях і відмінностях.

Artykuł analizuje wpływ światowych procesów globalizacyjnych w dzie dzinie technologii komputerowych na różne języki. Pokazano metody uzupełniania terminologii komputerowej poprzez zapożyczenia z języka angielskiego i tworzenie owej leksyki za pomocą tłumaczenia. Analizowany jest wpływ procesu globalizacji na język ukraiński. W artykule przedstawiono ocenę wpływu innych języków, zwłaszcza rosyjskiego i angielskiego na język ukraiński.
The influence of world globalization processes in the field of computer technologies on different languages has been considered in the article. The methods of replenishing the languages terminology due to the borrowings from the English language and creating computer terms with the help of translation have been shown. The influence of the globalization process on the Ukrainian language has been analyzed. The assessment of the other languages influences especially Russian and English on the Ukrainian language has been given in the article.

Opis:
The author substantiates the one of the priority areas of the modern education streamlining process is informatization, that is, the implementation of new information technologies into the educational system. Information technologies have already become a powerful tool in improving efficiency in studying academic disciplines, increasing the strength of knowledge, the interest of applicants in the subject and the overall effectiveness of the educational process, and saving time when studying educational material. It is defined withing the work that the implementation of new techniques, methods and tools in teaching that form the ability to independently acquire knowledge, collect necessary information, put forward hypotheses and draw conclusions is becoming more and more relevant in the modern educational process. It was also found that information technologies are closely in volved in these processes. So, it means that a modern educational applicant should have universal educational skills that ensure the ability to organize independent educational activities. Streamlining of the learning process combines different forms and methods in a specific combination, each time in the best possible way for a specific situation. Such digital interaction between applicants for higher education and teachers of the Department of Pedagogy and Teaching Methodology of Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages State Higher Educational Establishment of Donbas State Pedagogical University is seen as an example. During the period the present in the country all tasks are available on the Moodle Learning Management System platform, and duplicated by sending via e-mail. Consulting is carried out by means of mobile connection, communication in various messengers (correspondence, audio, video). Besides, the development of means of telecommunications creates a comfortable environment for training applicants for education with disabilities professional development of employees by providing them an opportunity to access training materials at any location and at any convenient time. It is clarified and proved that the use of modern information technologies allows to optimize the educational process resulting in speeding it up, saving teachers’ time, actively implementing human and scientific potential of production facilities into reality, and developing their skills in dealing with new information.
Автором обґрунтовано, що одним із пріоритетних напрямків процесу оптимізації сучасної освіти є інформатизація, тобто впровадження засобів нових інформаційних технологій в систему освіти. Інформаційні технології вже стали потужним фактором підвищення ефективності вивчення навчальних дисциплін, що сприяють підвищенню міцності знань, інтересу здобувачів до предмету, загальної ефективності навчально-виховного процесу, дозволяють заощадити час на вивчення навчального матеріалу. В роботі встановлено, що все актуальнішим в освітньому процесі стає використання в навчанні прийомів, методів та засобів, які формують вміння самостійно здобувати знання, збирати необхідну інформацію, висувати гіпотези, робити висновки. Також було з’ясовано, що інформаційні технології щільно задіяні у цих процесах. А це свідчить про те, що у сучасного здобувача освіти повинні бути сформовані універсальні навчальні дії, що забезпечують здатність до організації самостійної навчальної діяльності. Оптимізація процессу навчання синтезує різні форми і методи в певному поєднанні, кожен раз найкращим чином для конкретної ситуації. Приклад такої електронної взаємодії зі здобувачами вищої освіти викладачів кафедри педагогіки та методики викладання Горлівського інституту іноземних мов ДВНЗ «Донбаський державний педагогічний університет» на період сьогодення в країні: всі завдання доступні на платформі Moodle Learning Management System, також дублюються шляхом надсилання через електронну пошту; консультування здійснюється засобами мобільного зв’язку, спілкуванням в різноманітних месенджерах (листування, аудіо, відео). Крім того, розвиток телекомунікацій створює комфортне середовище для навчання здобувачів освіти з обмеженими можливостями або підвищення кваліфікації працівників, даючи їм можливість отримати доступ до навчальних матеріалів в будь-якому місці і в будьякий зручний час. З’ясовано й доведено, що використання сучасних інформаційних технологій дозволяє оптимізувати навчально-виховний процес, прискорюючи його, економлячи час педагога, активно включаючи кадровий та науковий потенціал виробництв в роботу і розвиваючи їх навички роботи з даними.
