    The world we live in today is becoming increasingly interdependent - economically, politically, culturally and in terms of ecology. In a context of globalization and growing interconnections and interdependencies emerged a need to develop and spread an ideology which emphasizes that a person, first and foremost, is a member of the global community of people. The article gives an account of the concept of global citizenship, analyses the features that are inherent to the „citizen of the world”. Finally, the importance of global citizenship education is emphasised for the achievement of the sustainable development goals.

    Purpose. Search of optimal ways for personal and professional life-long self-perfection of a person in accordance with theoretical and methodological principles of the synergetic pedagogics gives an opportunity to explain in particular the essence of paradoxical dichotomy: on one hand it is structuredness, predictability, adaptability and on the other hand it is elements of chaos, spontaneity and inability to predict the final result. Methods – practical and theoretical. Results. A topical conception meeting the needs of lifelong education is the conception of personality development in the context of the synergetic pedagogics. In accordance with this conception a very important role belongs to the individually oriented educational process related with passing from education to self-education or self-regulated education. One of the newest ideas relating to the modern views on the professional development is heutagogy. It researches organizational peculiarities of autonomous, self-guided education. Heutagogy as a methodological style of lifelong education is embodied in the educational activity that takes place mainly in the plane of informal type of learning but in case of necessity its principles and technological approaches are appropriate to be applied in combination with pedagogic principles and principles of andragogy. Effective development of innovative culture of education, focused on the formation of self-sufficient, creative teacher is implemented in organic interaction with traditional pedagogical culture. Such interaction is manifested particularly in the integrated use of pedagogical, andragogical and heutagogical principles that opens new opportunities for professional development in the synergetic system of life-long education. During this development actualization of personality internal potential takes place.

    Opis:
    The article presents the developed and tested regional Model of individual trajectory of professional development of teachers, which allows teachers to plan their own professional development in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education on the basis of continuity and integrity. An analysis of the legal framework and current challenges of society that motivate teachers to improve professional skills as an important component of educational reform and identified key concepts: “professional development”, “individual trajectory of professional development”, “formal education”, “non-formal education”, “Informal education”, “methodical simulator”. The author has developed a regional Model of individual trajectory of professional development of teachers, which includes five vectors of professional skills that meet the labor functions of the Professional Standard for Professions “Primary School Teacher”, “Secondary School Teacher”, “Teacher of General Secondary Education”. primary education (with a diploma of junior specialist) “and four sections of the formation of general and professional competencies, as well as knowledge and skills in the main areas of teacher training. This Model makes it possible to build a trajectory of professional development of teachers in the intertest period, combining different types of activities in the main forms of adult education: formal, informal and informal, using the capabilities and resources of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education Chernivtsi region. On the basis of the survey of students of advanced training courses and pedagogical workers of different specialties and specialties, the analysis of realization and approbation of regional Model of individual trajectory of professional development of pedagogical workers in the practical activity is carried out and problems of its use are revealed. The opinion of the respondents encourages the improvement and adjustment of the methodological simulator and the organization of the educational process on the basis of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of Chernivtsi region, which allows to adjust the planning system of their own professional growth.
    У статті презентовано розроблену та апробовану регіональну Модель індивідуальної траєкторії професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників, яка дає можливість педагогам спланувати власний професійний розвиток у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти на засадах неперервності та цілісності. Проведено аналіз нормативно-правової бази та сучасних викликів суспільства, що мотивують педагогів до підвищення фахової майстерності, як важливої складової освітньої реформи та визначено ключові поняття: «професійний розвиток», «індивідуальна траєкторія професійного розвитку», «формальна освіта», «неформальна освіта», «інформальна освіта», «методичний симулятор». Автором розроблено регіональну Модель індивідуальної траєкторії професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників, яка включає п’ять векторів забезпечення фахової майстерності, що відповідають трудовим функціям Професійного стандарту за професіями «Вчитель початкових класів закладу загальної середньої освіти», «Вчитель закладу загальної середньої освіти», «Вчитель з початкової освіти (з дипломом молодшого спеціаліста)» та чотири розділи формування загальних і професійних компетентностей, а також знань і вмінь за основними напрямами підвищення кваліфікації вчителів. Дана модель дає можливість вибудувати траєкторію професійного розвитку педагога у міжатестаційний період, поєднуючи при цьому різні види заходів за основними форми освіти дорослих: формальною, неформальною та інформальною, використовуючи при цьому можливості та ресурси Інституту післядипломної педагогічної освіти Чернівецької області. На основі проведеного опитування слухачів курсів підвищення кваліфікації та педагогічних працівників різних фахів і спеціальностей, здійснено аналіз реалізації та апробації регіональної Моделі індивідуальної траєкторії професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників у своїй практичній діяльності та виявлено проблеми її використання. Думка респондентів спонукає до удосконалення і корегування методичного симулятора й організації освітнього процесу на базі Інституту післядипломної педагогічної освіти Чернівецької області, що дає можливість відкорегувати систему планування власного фахового зростання.

    The article is devoted to the issue of professional training of labor force in Japan, provided by means of formal education. The constant development of labor force’s competencies has turned into the main prerequisite of business competitiveness. Thus, investigation of the ways by which it may be improved is particularly important. Asian developed countries in which human resource development is the issue of national concern can provide invaluable information. Diversified forms of professional de- velopment of personnel which contributed to the quality of training have attracted our attention. The author reveals the most effective types of providers, which offer formal training and its most popular forms. The goal groups, for whom the training courses are organized, have been found. The contents of professional training have been analyzed in their accordance with the labor market and demands of employers in Japan.
