- The importance of education at the turn of the XXI century. Objective need to improve the quality, the role of education in society require reassessment of the components that form it. To conduct educational activities necessary labor, means of labor and objects of labor. Conditions of growth and the learning process and parameters defined outside the organization process. Educational activities carried higher education institution (HEI) in the totality of the factors involved in the educational process - those who teach and those who learn the place and conditions for training.
