    In the article the views of V. Bykov, N. Morze, V. Kukharenko have been elucidated in reference to organizational principles of distance interactive format of studying subjects at a higher educational institution on the basis of different platforms for placing educational material – Moodle, A Tutor, Prometheus. Purpose: To analyze how under conditions of limited contact hours and tendencies of ecouranging students’ independent work a high-quality interaction between participants of educational process in a network can be organized. Methods: During the research methods of developmental teaching, methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, connection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, test and other methods have been used. Conclusions: Up-to-date distant learning is one of the topical and top requested forms of educational interaction between a lecturer and his/her students by means of computer and telecommunication technologies. It gives an opportunity to combine methods used for presentation of educational material (mini-modules containing quintessence of the theoretical meaning with hyperlinks to textbooks, study guides, schemes etc.) with means of student’s independent work (texts for listening and comprehending, video clips, interactive tables and schemes). Distant learning appears to be a deep motivator for individuals’ personal growth as far as it gives an opportunity to differentiate those who are able to organize themselves and work fruitfully from those who are unfortunately not able to. Practice of preparing mini-modules for philology students causes difficulties. As a rule, it is connected with the technicalities, designing of interactive (moving) tables and hyperlinks as well as with the design of mini-modules.

    Purpose. Toshow intersubjectivity importance of cooperation in the educational process and to illustrate, how a systematic use of specific methods, techniques and forms of interaction in the classroom literature helps realize the emotional and evaluative dialogue with the artistic phenomenon. Methods: theoretical and empirical (pedagogical experiment). Results. Intersubjectivity manifested in the ability to listen to others, perceiving it as a unique individual with his outlook, needs and problems; analyze their thoughts and doubts; reasonably carry out the existential expression. Compliance intersubjectivity vector ineducationis in the selection of content, methods, working methods, forms of interaction, systemic application of which sends the student-reader on a spiritual communion with a work of art. In an effort to be heard and understood in dialogue with others, focusing on the so-called "model" reader (the term of Umberto Eco), the artist delivers an artistic material in such a way that the content and form of the product fully reflect his unique personal experience. The point of intersection of two worlds − the world of the reader and the world of the writer − becomes a literary text. From this perspective, the emotional and evaluative dialogue with the artistic phenomenon is built in accordance with the functions of the artwork.

    The article deals with mastering of economic terminology by foreign students when learning Russian as a foreign language. The peculiarities and specifics of the use of interactive technologies in teaching professional language at higher non-language educational institutions have been considered, the examples of interactive tasks have been given. All these activities are aimed at enhancing speech activity and mastering professional foreign language terminology by students of economic specialties. Purpose. The purpose of the research is to analyze relevant sources on the economic terminology training to substantiate theoretical preconditions of the problem and to prove advisability and effectiveness of the interactive technologies implementation into the process of teaching of vocabulary both in the classroom and within extracurricular activities. Methods. The following methods have been used in the article: the theoretical method of analysis of pedagogical and methodological literature on the problems of our research, observation of the pedagogical and psychological conditions for the successful implementation of interactive methods in practicing of terminological vocabulary by foreign students as well as the analysis of gained pedagogical experience and generalization of the most effective approaches to interactive learning that helped us to make scientific conclusions based on our results. Results. The use of interactive methods in the process of learning of foreign language stimulates development of critical thinking as a constructive activity of students. The interactive technologies proposed in the article contribute to the effective formation of the skills and abilities for using terminological vocabulary by foreign students, as well as ensure successful formation of professional skills in business communication.

    Opis:
    The article deals with the problem of increasing the internal motivation of foreign students to learn Ukrainian language. Taking into account motivational factors is an important condition for the successful formation of a secondary linguistic personality, which has a sufficient degree of communicative competence and is able to adapt to a new cultural environments. Purpose. Basing on the practical experience of working with Indian medical students in learning Ukrainian language, as well as on the studies of domestic and foreign scientists, the purpose of the article is to consider the motivational factors contributing to successful formation of the secondary linguistic personality, that is, the person who is involved in the culture of people whose native language is taught; to find out the conditions for increasing the effectiveness of educational activities, focusing on methodical techniques aimed at creating positive communication atmosphere. Methods: method of empirical research with the aim of learning pedagogical experience (observation, comparison, generalization); method of theoretical research with the aim of studying theoretical foundations that should be taken into account when solving practical problems (analysis, synthesis, modeling). Conclusions. Thus, the development of motivation in process of learning of Ukrainian as a foreign language entirely depends on the activity of the teacher, his flexibility and creativity. The educational process should be organized as efficiently as possible, using the most diverse pedagogical conditions – the use of interactive learning techniques, digital technologies, the use of linguistic and culturological materials, the creation of a supportive communicative atmosphere favorable for experiencing a situation of success. Only based on systematic and complex use of these conditions is it possible to predictably increase the level of motivation to study Ukrainian as a foreign language. Good language proficiency is a long-lasting, difficult process where the teacher uses different techniques, and the best result in the formation of the secondary linguistic personality will be achieved when a motivated student is well aware of his purpose and perceives creatively the implementation of communicative tasks.
    У статті розглядається проблема підвищення внутрішньої мотивації студентів-іноземців під час навчання української мови. Урахування мотиваційних чинників є важливою умовою успішного формування вторинної мовної особистості, яка достатньою мірою володіє комунікативною компетенцією і здатна адаптуватися до нового культурного середовища. Мета дослідження. Ґрунтуючись на практичному досвіді роботи з індійськими студентами-медиками на заняттях з української мови, а також на дослідженнях вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених, розглянути мотиваційні чинники, що сприяють успішному формуванню вторинної мовної особистості, тобто тієї особистості, яка долучена до культури народу, мову якого вивчає; з’ясувати умови підвищення результативності навчальної діяльності, акцентуючи увагу на методичних прийомах, орієнтованих на створення позитивної комунікаційної атмосфери. Методи: емпіричного дослідження з метою пізнання педагогічного досвіду (спостереження, порівняння, узагальнення); теоретичного дослідження з метою вивчення теоретичних основ, які доцільно враховувати при розвʼязанні практичних проблем (аналіз, синтез, моделювання). Висновки. Розвиток мотивації на заняттях з української мови як іноземної цілком залежить від діяльності викладача, його гнучкості, креативності. Навчальний процес слід організовувати якомога ефективніше, використовуючи найрізноманітніші педагогічні умови – застосування прийомів інтерактивного навчання, цифрових технологій, залучення лінгвокраїнознавчого матеріалу, створення сприятливої комунікативної атмосфери, сприятливої для переживання ситуації успіху. Лише при систематичному і комплексному використанні цих умов можна прогнозовано підвищити рівень мотивованості до вивчення української мови як іноземної.

    The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative skills in specialists in the field of management. It is determined that communication skills are the ability to establish and maintain important contacts with other people, the appropriate system of professional knowledge, skills and practical skills that contribute to effective communication. And in order to improve the educational process and increase its effectiveness as a way of forming communication skills in management, the following pedagogical conditions were formed: the formation of positive motivation, the use of principles of innovation, interactivity and professional orientation; providing psychological and pedagogical support to specialists in the field of management; application of interactive learning technologies (business and role-playing games, brainstorming, project method, case studies, debates, psychological trainings); providing modern content of professional training of managers in order to form communicative skills in the process of studying the humanities. It has been proved that specialists with high communicative skills meet European educational standards, it is necessary to introduce dialogic training, which will promote the formation of dialogic competence, which is the highest expression of communicative competence of managers and will implement psychological and didactic mechanisms of self-organization. , will ensure the development of critical thinking, solving important educational tasks of mastering productive knowledge, integrative skills in dialogue. It is determined that in the process of application of dialogic learning the motivation of learning increases, interest is shown, there is a formation of communicative skills, creativity, intelligence, their worldview expands. Thus, based on the analysis, it should be noted that the formation of communication skills of managers should be clearly structured. In addition, it is important to direct the learning process to personality-oriented interaction, as well as to implement interactive learning technologies, namely: role-playing and business games, trainings, case situations, project method, brainstorming. And the implementation of these technologies in the learning process should be based on the following principles: problems in learning, interdependence and interdependence of the study of individual disciplines; situationality; accessibility; professional orientation; integration; the principle of activity approach in learning and group cooperation.
    У статті обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування комунікативних умінь у фахівців у сфері управління. Визначено, що комунікативні уміння – це здатність налагоджувати і підтримувати важливі контакти з іншими людьми, відповідну систему професійних знань, умінь і практичних навичок, які сприяють досягати ефективного спілкування. А з метою удосконалення навчального процесу та підвищення рівня його результативності як способу формування комунікативних умінь у фахівців у сфері управління, було сформовано наступні педагогічні умови: формування позитивної мотивації, використання принципів інноваційності, інтерактивності та професійної спрямованості; забезпечення психолого-педагогічної підтримки фахівців у сфері управління; застосування інтерактивних технологій навчання (ділові та рольові ігри, мозковий штурм, метод проектів, кейс ситуації, дебати, психологічні тренінги); забезпечення сучасного змісту професійної підготовки менеджерів з метою формування комунікативних умінь у процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін. Доведено, що фахівці, які володіють комунікативними уміннями на високому рівні відповідають освітнім європейським стандартам, необхідно впровадити діалогове навчання, яке сприятиме формуванню діалогічної компетентності, що є вищим вираженням комунікативної компетенції фахівців-управлінців та дозволятиме реалізувати психологічні і дидактичні механізми самоорганізації дослідницької та пошукової діяльності фахівців, забезпечуватиме розвиток критичного мислення, вирішуючи важливі освітні завдання оволодіння продуктивними знаннями, інтегративними уміннями в рамках діалогу. Визначено, що в процесі застосування діалогового навчання підвищується мотивація навчання, проявляється зацікавленість, відбувається формування комунікативних умінь, креативності, інтелекту, розширюється їхній світогляд. Таким чином, на основі проведеного аналізу, необхідно зазначати, що формування комунікативних умінь у фахівців-управлінців має бути чітко структурованою. Крім того, важливо, спрямувати навчальний процес на особистісно-орієнтовану взаємодію, а також впроваджувати інтерактивні технології навчання, а саме: рольові та ділові ігри, тренінги, кейс-ситуації, метод проектів, мозковий штурм. А втілення даних технологій в процес навчання має здійснюватися на основі наступних принципів: проблемності у навчанні, взаємозумовленості та взаємообумовленості вивчення окремих дисциплін; ситуативності; доступності; професійної спрямованості; інтегрованості; принцип діяльнісного підходу в навчанні та групової співпраці.

    The article describes the modern paradigm of education in Ukraine and explains the need of innovative teaching methods. The author clarifies the concept of innovative methods, which include not only recently created, but also traditional ones, which acquire new qualitative features in the process of adapting to the requirements of modern education. The author also focuses on the analysis of projects, researches, as well as situational and interactive methods of language teaching. These methods are aimed at activity, autonomy, creativity, social interaction of participants in the educational process, thus can create conditions that are as close as possible to real professional situations.

    Opis:
    The rapid development of the society requires changes in technologies and methods of the educational process. Therefore, the implementation of innovative technologies aimed at individual approach, mobility and distance in education is necessary and inevitable. In this regard, modern higher education institutions must radically change their educational objectives, update the content of education, implement innovative technologies in the development of student personality as a subject aimed at developing a competent person who is creative in solving problems. Nowadays, the students and teachers are the most important figures in educational institutions who should work creatively, learn, improve themselves as well as the teachers must work to develop and improve methods of teaching and education, including interactive ones. The article is devoted to the problem of preparing foreign students of specialized specialties for professionally oriented innovative technologies. Problems related to various methods and techniques of innovative technologies are highlighted. Emphasis is placed on the process of professional foreign language training, which should be aimed at the development of creative personality, its self-improvement, the formation of socially active and independent people in the context of intercultural dialogue, the disclosure of creative potential. The basic principles of realization of the communicative approach as a communicative method of teaching speech activity in the specialty in foreign language classes (Ukrainian) are formulated. The main features of the presentation as one of the types of information processing of the text as a practical result of research conducted in the framework of interactive forms of learning. The stages of preparation of foreign students to create and conduct a presentation on the specialty in foreign language classes (Ukrainian) are considered. The importance of formation of foreign language communicative competence in the context of professional training of future specialists is proved, attention is focused on one of the main types of information processing of professional text – compression. The list of features of presentation as one of the types of compression of a scientific text is given, the main stages of preparation of foreign students for creating and conducting a presentation in the specialty in foreign language classes (Ukrainian) are analyzed. It is proved that teaching compression is the formation of students’ culture of working with scientific text, improving skills and abilities of understanding, analysis of scientific text and writing a secondary scientific text based on the disclosure of the semantic structure of the original text.
    Стрімкий розвиток суспільства вимагає необхідності змін у технологіях та методиках навчального процесу. Тому впровадження інноваційних технологій, спрямованих на індивідуальний підхід, мобільність та дистанційність в освіті, є необхідним і неминучим. У зв’язку з цим сучасні заклади вищої освіти повинні докорінно змінити освітні завдання, актуалізувати зміст навчання, застосовувати інноваційні технології у розвитку індивідуальності студента як суб’єкта, спрямованого на розвиток компетентної особистості, яка підходить творчо до вирішення проблем. На сьогодні головними фігурами в освітніх закладах є студент і викладач, які повинні творчо працювати, вчитися, самовдосконалюватися, останні мають працювати над виробленням і вдосконаленням методів навчання і виховання, зокрема інтерактивних. У статті розглянуто особливості реалізації інноваційних технологій в освітній практиці та вихованні. Вказано особливості використання інтерактивних форм навчання. Висвітлено проблеми, повязані з різними методами та прийомами іноваційних технологій. Акцентовано увагу на процесі професійної іншомовної підготовки, який має бути спрямованим на розвиток творчої особистості, ії самовдосконалення, на формування соціально активної і самостійної людини в контексті діалогу культур, на розкриття творчого потенціалу. Сформульовано основні принципи реалізації комунікативного підходу як комунікативного методу навчання мовленнєвої діяльності зі спеціальності на заняттях з іноземної мови (української). Зазначено основні ознаки презентації як одного з видів інформаційної переробки тексту, як практичного результату досліджень, що проводяться в рамках інтерактивних форм навчання. Розглянуто етапи підготовки іноземних студентів до створення та проведення презентації зі спеціальності на заняттях з іноземної мови (української). Доведено важливість застосування інноваційних технологій у контексті професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців; акцентовано увагу на одному з основних видів інформаційної переробки фахового тексту – компресії. Надано перелік ознак презентації як одного з видів компресії наукового тексту, проаналізовано основні етапи підготовки іноземних студентів до створення і проведення презентації за фахом на заняттях з іноземної мови (української). Доведено, що навчання компресії є формуванням у студентів культури роботи з науковим текстом, вдосконалення навичок та умінь розуміння, аналізу наукового тексту та написання вторинного наукового тексту, заснованого на розкритті смислової структури тексту-першоджерела.
