    Opis:
    The article discusses the transformation of the Other’s concept in Post-Soviet popular culture, as well as the transformation of perception of “Self” and “Other” due to the emergence of real (state) and cultural borders and demarcations, which appear during the reader-text interaction. The paper explores such novels as M. Galina’s “Autochthony” and “The Little Glusha”, and V. Arenev’s “Gunpowder of the Dragon Bones”, to identify the types of the reader’s comprehension. The readers, in their turn, are divided into groups, which identify “Self” and “Other” in accordance with the division, represented in the novels. The author of the paper explores the version of the time gap (the comprehension of M. Galina’s “The Little Glusha”), as well as the different comprehension of the above-mentioned concepts by Russian and Ukrainian readers, regarding the social and cultural distances between these countries. The presented study explains the awareness of the Other’s concept, as well as recognition of Self, which is represented from the outside of the actual cultural tradition.

    In the article, Lesia Ukrainka’s poetry based on the Jewish cultural motifs and archetypal plots, mainly of biblical genesis, has been studied. Selected poems are being examined through the lens of imagology and gender theory. The author emphasizes gender nuancing of the Jewish theme developed in the poetry. In the study, the noticeable imagological, and gender aspects are being considered as follows: the legitimation of national identity by gender interactions; a detection of mothers’ competition under the patriarchal pressure; the discourse of a gender communicative abyss; the equalization, and the abolition of gender restrictions in order to create the idea of a person of integrity regardless gender values. In conclusion, it should be noted that the intricate social history of the Hebrew women is being transposed into Ukrainian modernity in Lesia Ukrainka’s poetry.
    Artykuł analizuje teksty poetyckie Łesi Ukrainki stworzone na podstawie kulturowych motywów żydowskich i tematów archetypowych, głównie genezy biblijnej. Wybrane wiersze są badane przez pryzmat imagologii oraz zasad teorii gender. Podkreśla się, że w percepcji poetyckiej pisarza temat żydowski ma cechy charakterystyczne gender. Autorka zbadała następujące kwestie imagologiczne i genderowe: legitymizację inności narodowej poprzez interakcje genderowe pomiędzy mężczyzną a kobietą, ujawnienie konkurencji interpersonalnej matek pod presją społeczeństwa patriarchalnego, dyskurs otchłani komunikacyjnej między genderami, wyrównanie i zniesienie ograniczeń genderowych w celu sformułowania koncepcji osoby holistycznej itd. W podsumowaniu stwierdzono, iż skomplikowana historia kobiet starożytnego społeczeństwa żydowskiego w poezji Łesi Ukrainki znajduje swoje odzwierciedlenie w ukraińskiej współczesności.

    The article emphasizes the image of a Pole as „other” representation in the historical prose of Nechuy-Levitskiy, Mordovets and Starytskiy. The author examines the modeling strategies of heteroimages in which the “othering” of Poles collective images is connected with the anticolonial strategy of Ukrainian literature of the late 19th century.

    Artykuł poświęcony jest problematyce osób z niepełnosprawnością we współczesnej literaturze ukraińskiej. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na specyfikę ujęcia problemu Innego, w szczególności osoby z zespołem Tourette’a, obecnej w powieści (Nie)widzialni współczesnego ukra- ińskiego pisarza Iwana Bajdaka. Zaakcentowano bezpośredni związek niepełnosprawności (zespołu Tourette’a) autora z jego powieścią. Zauważono, że obecność w powieści bohaterów z niepełnospraw- nością nacechowana jest kondycją fizyczną samego autora, który przy ich pomocy stara się nie tylko demonstrować własne wartości i wytyczne, lecz także skłaniać ludzi i społeczeństwo do akceptacji Innego jako odmiennego. Wszakże pragnienie zrozumienia, miłości i wsparcia osób z niepełnospraw- nością napotyka trudności z powodu stereotypów w społeczeństwie, w którym często nie ma miejsca dla głównego bohatera Adama, ponieważ dla ludzi pozostaje on Innym, Obcym lub, jak pisze autor na początku powieści, „Nie takim”. Ponadto powieść ma pomóc osobom niepełnosprawnym zrozu- mieć siebie i Innych, a co najważniejsze, zaakceptować swoją wyjątkowość i nauczyć się siebie kochać.
    The article is devoted to the theme of people with disabilities in modern Ukrainian literature. The purpose of the article is to analyze the issues which a person with Tourette’s syndrome has in modern society, as described in the novel (In)visible by Ivan Baidak. Based on the interpreta- tion, it can be concluded that in the novel, the presence of characters with disabilities is marked by the physical condition of the author himself. With their help, he seeks not only to declare his own values and guidelines, but also to persuade people to accept the Other as a part of society. The desire for understanding, love and support fails due to the prevailing stereotypes in society, in which there is often no place for the protagonist Adam, because for people he remains the Other, a Stranger, or, as the author says at the beginning of the novel, the “Unlike”. In addition, the novel aims to help people with disabilities understand themselves and, most importantly, accept their uniqueness and learn to love themselves.

    This article deals with the basic terms and concepts that are used to refer to non-cooperative dialogue, their relationship and compliance with current trends in the study of discourse. Dissociation of the term “conflict” to the concepts of “dispute/debate/controversy”, “confrontation”, “clash”, “disagreement”, “dissent”, “denial”, “discord”, “collision”, “opposition” etc. is carried out. Thus, the analyzed terms are present not only in conflict communication, but also in other kinds of dialogical speech. According to the analysis conducted based on material from Modern Ukrainian explanatory dictionaries, under certain conditions these concepts have a direct/indirect relation to conflict interaction: spores/quarrel/controversy – as a form of conflict; dissent/negation – as a statement-response in the dialogue; confusion/misunderstanding as well as disagreement – as some of the possible causes of the conflict; opposition, confrontation and collision between the participants – as a component of the conflict discourse etc.

    У дослідженні пропонується проаналізувати образ богині Іштар у вибраних творах української письменниці у Ріо-де-Жанейро Віри Вовк (автонім Віра-Лідія-Катерина Селянська). Головні фемінінні персонажі для компаративного аналізу: Інанна-Іштар, Естера (біблійна та заголовна героїня роману), вигадана героїня Айля. До уваги беруться маскулінні та фемінінні персонажі. Аналізується архетипне підґрунтя на прикладі міфологем. Пропонується полілог текстів Віри Вовк. Матеріал аналізу: твори Віри Вовк, Біблія, міфи різних народів. Образ Айлі зіставляється з вічними образами, а також постатями українських інтелігенток, у тому числі алегорично змальованими у літературі ХХ ст. Задіюються компаративний, архетипний, текстологічний та інші методи.
    The study proposes to analyze the image of the goddess Ishtar in selected works of the Ukrainian writer in Rio de Janeiro Vira Vovk (Wira Wowk, autonym Vira-Lydia-Kateryna Selyanska, Wira Selanski). The main feminine characters for comparative analysis are: Inanna-Ishtar, Esther (biblical character and title image of the novel), fictional heroine Aylya. Masculine and feminine characters are taken into account. The archetypal substratum is analyzed as exemplified by mythologems. The polylogue of Vira Vovk’s texts is offered. The material of the analysis encomasses the works by Vira Vovk, the Bible, myths of different nations. The image of Aylya is compared with eternal images, as well as figures of the Ukrainian intellectual women, including allegorically depicted ones in the literature of the 20th century. Comparative, archetypal, textual and other methods are used.

    The article is focused on the scientific and practical research of the problem of distinction of administrative and other legal relations arising during the implementation of anticorruption policy of the modern legal state. Purpose. The objective of the article is to determine theoretical and practical principles of delimitation between administrative and other legal relations that arise during the implementation of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. Methods. The author of the research has applied formal and legal, historical and legal, logical and method of system and structural analysis. Results. The author has considered the most important features of administrative and legal relations as the main form of the implementation of anticorruption measures. The author has analyzed the major doctrinal approaches to determining legal content and value of the distinction of different types of legal relations in the anticorruption field to find the best practical ways of counteracting corruption as a negative social phenomena and overcoming corruption in society. It has been noted that the basic form of the practical implementation of anticorruption regulations is administrative and legal relations, as they occur in the sphere of public administration, cover all major types of anticorruption measures, are spread to the actions of state officials and are implemented, especially by the executive state authorities through regulative, prescribing, everyday actions and decisions on combating corruption as an extremely dangerous negative social phenomena for normal functioning of the society.

    Artykuł analizuje obrazy etniczne powieści Wasyla Machny Kalendarz wieczności z zastosowaniem dominującej metody imagologicznej. W pracy skupiono uwagę na problematyce interakcji między własnym a cudzym w ramach prezentowanych w tekście toposów, istotnych w dobie procesów globalizacyjnych. Głównym zadaniem wywiadu naukowego jest badanie obrazów religijnych, które tworzą pewien kod archetypowy w reprezentacji każdego etnotypu. W opracowaniu prześledzono również rolę i funkcje kodu religijnego w wyobraźni autora, cechy geokolturowego i dekoracyjnego imago obrazów etnicznych. W trakcie badania wzięto pod uwagę kontekst etnokulturowego pogranicza jako przestrzeni funkcjowania wielu obcych sobie narodów, granice kulturowe, które w pewnej mierze zostały wyrównane w świetle historycznego i politycznego tła rozwoju wydarzeń powieści Kalendarz wieczności. W wywiadzie przeanalizowano także interakcje wizerunku Ukraińców z heteroobrazami Ormian, Żydów, Polaków i Osmanów w aspekcie religijnym na pograniczu polifonicznym. Udowodniono, że motywem przewodnim powieści Wasyla Machny jest niewidzialna ideologiczna konfrontacja między przedstawicielami określonych wyznań, co najdobitniej zarysowuje się w apokaliptycznych kodach eposu o Mesjaszu.
    The article deals with the ethnoimages in Vasyl Makhno`s novel The Eternal Calendar with the help of the dominant imagological method. The study focuses on issues relevant in the era of globalization of the interaction between own and other within the limits of the topos presented in the text. The article investigates the religious images that form a certain archetypal code in the representation of each ethnic image. The study also analyzes the religious code role and functions in the author`s image creation process. It considers the context of the ethnocultural borderland as the space in which different other nations function, where their cultural boundaries were set in the light of the historical and political background of events developed in the novel The Eternal Calendar. The research examines the interaction between Ukrainians’ self-image and the heteroimages of Armenians, Jews, Poles and Ottomans in its religious aspects and does so within the polyphony of borderlands. The article proves that the leitmotif of Vasyl Makhno`s novel is an invisible ideological confrontation between representatives of certain faiths, which is most vividly represented in the apocalyptic codes of the epic about the Messiah.

    The traditions and systems of students’ education financing and in Ukraine and other countries have been discussed. This issue is currently of great interest because education and vocational training play a very crucial role in securing economic and social progress and improving income distribution. No country can achieve sustainable economic development without substantial investment in human capital and in education of students. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the traditions and systems of students’ education financing in Ukraine and other countries. Methods. For achieving the purpose, the following methods have been used. Methods of structural and logical analysis have been applied to implement theoretical generalizations and formulation of directions for increasing efficiency of education financing in Ukraine. Methods of detailing and synthesis have been used to study financing of vocational training. The statistical methods have been used to study the trends of education financing in the world economy under the conditions of international communication. Grouping methods have been used to determine traditions and systems of education financing. Results: Studying the traditions and systems of students’ education financing in Ukraine and other countries has given possibility of introducing new directions of education financing in Ukraine. Proposals for assessing the effectiveness of financing on the basis of financial and non-financial indicators have been formulated. The author concludes that a new model of students’ education financing in Ukraine includes such components as transformation of the system of state financing of education; activation of public-private partnership; development of private investment and others.

The author has analyzed the major doctrinal approaches to determining legal content and value of the separation of different types of legal relations in the anti-corruption field to find the best practical ways of counteracting corruption as a negative social phenomena and overcoming corruption in society. It has been noted that the basic form of the practical implementation of anti-corruption regulations is administrative and legal relations, as they occur in the sphere of public administration, cover all major types of anti-corruption measures, are spread to the actions of state officials and are implemented, especially by the executive state authorities through regulative, prescribing, everyday actions and decisions on combating corruption as an extremely dangerous negative social phenomena for normal functioning of the society.
    Стаття присвячена науково-практичному дослідженню проблеми розмежування адміністративних та інших правовідносин, що виникають під час реалізації антикорупційної політики сучасної правової держави. Розглянуто найважливіші ознаки адміністративно-правових відносин як основної форми реалізації антикорупційних заходів. Проаналізовані найважливіші доктринальні підходи до визначення юридичного змісту та значення розмежування різних видів правовідносин в антикорупційній сфері для пошуку оптимальних практичних шляхів протидії корупції як негативному соціальному явищу та подолання корупційних проявів у суспільстві. Наголошується, що основною формою практичної реалізації антикорупційних норм є адміністративно- правові відносини, оскільки вони відбуваються у сфері державного управління, охоплюють усі основні види антикорупційних заходів, поширюються на дії державних службовців та реалізуються, перш за все, органами державної виконавчої влади шляхом підзаконних, розпорядчих, повсякденних дій та рішень з протидії корупції як вкрай небезпечному для нормальної життєдіяльності суспільства негативному соціальному явищу.
