    Objectives: The objective was to carry out a qualitative analysis of the Spanish health system in the context of Covid-19 pandemic, in order to detect inefficiencies and create a model capable of tackling them. Methods: This research was carried out in five public Spanish hospitals, using the following qualitative perspectives: ethnography and the grounded theory. The data were collected through the techniques of information gathering, including 79 observation sessions in the hospitals with an average duration of 1:44:10, 410 documentary materials (official and unofficial records, photos and videos taken in the hospitals) and formal in-depth interviews about the quality of the Spanish health system (n=26), with an average duration of 47 minutes and 4 seconds. Findings: The results provided answers not only to the research questions formulated throughout the work but also led to the determination of the contextual conditions of health organizations on the basis of a plausible explanation of the events that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusions: The findings of this research, which analyzed some of the events that occurred in the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain, suggest that it is necessary to create a true organizational culture oriented to the common good, introducing into health organizations people responsible for the other.

    The fact that the object of desiderium for Bonaventure is located in the very life of the Blessed Trinity results in its peculiar and original understanding. The object of desire determines its internal structure and, therefore, influences its very nature. In the writings of the Doctor Seraphicus we can numbered at least three essential features of human desiderium Dei, which desire obteins from its object: the Seraphicus understands the desire as (1) a kind of love, as (2) a gift, and finally as (3) important feature of human nature as such.

    The article discusses John Duns Scotus’s claim that moral virtues reside in the will as in their subject. It concludes that Scotus represents a position contrary to the common opinion of a large number of his predecessors, not only in relation to virtues but also in relation to the power of the soul and its role in moral life. It also contains a translation of a passage from Ordinatio III, 33, a unique question in which Scotus, after having considered and contested the position of Thomas Aquinas regarding the subject of moral virtues, gives his own opinion on the topic.

    Este artículo muestra hallazgos etnográficos e historiográficos sobre la vida doméstica de mujeres chilotas, esposas de migrantes temporeros quienes experimentaron la migración en territorios australes de Patagonia chilena y argentina. Estos desplazamientos migratorios se caracterizan por la distribución de hitos históricos que van desde la década de los 50, con el tizón de la papa; en los 60, etapa crucial provocada por el terremoto; en los 70, con el golpe de estado; y los 80, con la industria salmonera que disminuye considerablemente estos desplazamientos. Las migraciones transnacionales de varones hacia diferentes lugares provocaron jerarquización doméstica, siendo las mujeres un tipo de migrante resiliente, no móvil. La discusión conceptual se centra en tres categorías de análisis: migración resiliente, trabajo doméstico y relaciones de género. El enfoque metodológico es cualitativo, enmarcado en la etnografía multisituada y de contextos interactuados (ECI), como estrategias de refl exión, descripción e interpretación de información.

    The article aims to present the mechanisms that led to the emer-gence of ethnic movements in Bolivia, a country where the indigenous population was characterized, until recently, by a lack of national consciousness. This was due to the fact that previous governments had a policy of assimilation of the ethnic population to achieve a controlled and uniform society. Even so, at the end of the 20th and the be-ginning of the 21th century, as a result of the neoliberal reforms of the late 80's. there was a dynamic development of ethnic movements, politicized and highly differen-tiated. This politicization of ethnicity was considered the leading strategy for creating the political parties and achieve their political goals.
    El objetivo del artículo es presentar los mecanismos que provoca-ron la aparición de los movimientos étnicos en Bolivia, un país donde la población indígena se caracterizaba, hasta hace poco, por una falta de conciencia nacional ya que los gobiernos anteriores aplicaban una política de asimilación de la población étnica hasta la consecución de una nación controlada y uniformada. A pesar de eso, a caballo de los siglos XX y XXI, como consecuencia de las reformas neoliberales de finales de los años 80., tuvo lugar un desarrollo dinámico de los movimientos étnicos fuertemente politizados y muy diferenciados. Esa politización de la etnicidad era una estrategia para constituir partidos políticos y conseguir sus fines políticos.

    Misja wychowywania, wraz ze swoimi wymaganiami dotyczącymi personalizacji oraz spójności, wpisuje się dzisiaj w kontekst kulturowy, charakteryzujący się przede wszystkim technologiczną globalizacją i kulturą cyfrową. Do tego wszystkiego dochodzi obecnie kryzys wywołany pandemią Covid-19, który niewątpliwie staje się wyzwaniem. Nie można mu sprostać nie dostrzegając wagi szeroko pojętego wychowywania. Artykuł ukazuje niektóre aktualne wyzwania wychowawcze, jak również możliwy wkład chrześcijaństwa w podejmowanie tych wyzwań. Z tej perspektywy należy dostrzec charakter i styl katolickich instytucji edukacyjnych, uwzględniając, na bazie podstaw antropologii i etyki, rzeczywistość, zarówno wewnętrzną w sensie personalistycznym, jak też środowisko społeczno-kulturowe, w którym żyje człowiek. W konkluzjach przedstawiono kilka podstawowych propozycji wychowywania do życia wiarą w naszym kontekście kulturowym, które dotyczą nauczania, komunikowania i głoszenia wiary. La aportación de la perspectiva Cristiana en el actual momento educativo La tarea educativa, con sus requerimientos de personalización y coherencia, se inscribe hoy en un contexto cultural, caracterizado sobre todo por la globalización tecnológica y la cultura digital. A esto se suma, por ahora, la crisis causada por la pandemia del Covid-19, crisis que a la vez desafía y valoriza la educación. En estas páginas se abordan algunos desafíos educativos actuales y cuál puede ser la aportación cristiana. En esta perspectiva se perfilan el carácter y el estilo de las instituciones educativas de inspiración católica, sin dejar de reclamar, sobre los fundamentos de la antropología y de la ética, una atención a la realidad, tanto a la realidad interior de las personas como al entorno sociocultural. Finalmente se formulan algunas propuestas de base para la educación de la fe en nuestro momento cultural, que relacionan la enseñanza, la comunicación y el anuncio de la fe. 
    La tarea educativa, con sus requerimientos de personalización y coherencia, se inscribe hoy en un contexto cultural, caracterizado sobre todo por la globalización tecnológica y la cultura digital.     The mission of education, with its requirements for personalization and consistency, is today part of cultural context, characterized primarily by technological globalization and digital culture. On top of all this, there is the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, which is undoubtedly becoming a challenge. It cannot be overcome without noticing the importance of education in its broadest sense. The article shows some of the current educational challenges and the possible contribution of Christianity to meeting these challenges. From this perspective, it is necessary to recognize the nature and style of Catholic educational institutions, taking into account—on the basis of the foundations of anthropology and ethics—the reality, both internal in the personalistic sense and the socio-cultural environment in which people live. The concluding section presents some basic proposals for educating to live the faith in our cultural context, which relate to teaching, communicating and announcing the faith.
