Opis:: In the present article we revise the concepts of culture and intercultural competence, include the five dimensions of the concept of culture proposed by Moran (2001) –products, practices, communities, persons, and perspectives- in Byram’s (1991) model, and apply the new model in the design of a class of Spanish as a foreign language. In the class described in this article we attempt to go beyond the concept of culture as mere content, and work with the concept of intercultural competence as social and cultural practices.

Opis:: Muito se procurou e se procura as autênticas raízes da nossa nacionalidade. Esse tema se apresentou de forma mais abrangente nas primeiras décadas do século XX, levando a nossa intelectualidade a refletir sobre o que somos e o que não somos; entre reconhecer uma originalidade nacional ou aceitar as teorias estrangeiras. Na tentativa de compreender a cultura brasileira, produziram-se imagens e reflexões profundamente contrastantes entre si. Esta pesquisa retoma essa discussão, tendo como linha de argumentação o lugar que a arte e os artistas imigrantes em São Paulo ocuparam, no longo e contraditório processo de formação da sociedade brasileira. Transitando pelo universo simbólico do qual emergem as formas e as representações artísticas, as relações e as significações, este estudo parte do pressuposto de que a arte promove o encontro do homem consigo mesmo e com a sua cultura, e que as manifestações estéticas de uma sociedade, quando em sintonia com o momento histórico, são capazes de revelar a sua essência, no que ela tem de material e imaterial.
Much has been sought and searched for the true roots of our nationality. This theme presented itself more comprehensively in the first decades of the twentieth century, leading our intellectuals to reflect on what we are and what we are not; between recognizing a national originality or accepting foreign theories. In an attempt to understand Brazilian culture, deeply contrasting images and reflections were produced among themselves. This research resumes this discussion, having as line of argument the place that art and immigrant artists in São Paulo occupied, in the long and contradictory process of formation of Brazilian society. Transiting through the symbolic universe from which emerge forms and artistic representations, relations and meanings, this study starts from the assumption that art promotes man’s encounter with himself and with his culture, and that the aesthetic manifestations of a society, when in tune with the historical moment, are able to reveal its essence, in what it has of material and immaterial.

Opis:: Przedmiotem artykułu są alternatywne rozwiązania wobec luk prawnych w ramach regulacji rynku rolnego Nikaragui, które prowadzą do nierównomiernego podziału zasobów ekonomicznych uzyskiwanych z krajowej działalności rolniczej i łańcucha dostaw żywności. Celem było zatem określenie luk prawnych, które pozwalają na nierówny podział zasobów w krajowym łańcuchu dostaw produktów rolno-spożywczych i zaproponowanie alternatyw opartych na prawie rolnym. W wyniku analizy-syntezy abstrakcyjno-konkretnej oraz systemowo-strukturalno-funkcjonalnej i indukcyjno-dedukcyjnej analizy zbadano i porównano systemy wprowadzania do obrotu produktów rolnych w krajach Ameryki Środkowej i Nikaragui. Jak pokazuje praktyka, mali producenci żywności nie są odpowiednio chronieni, a jeśli chodzi o stosunki handlowe, mają najsłabszą pozycję w całym łańcuchu dostaw produktów rolno-spożywczych.
L’obiettivo della ricerca è quello di proporre soluzioni alternative alle lacune giuridiche presenti nell’ordinamento giuridico agrario nicaraguense e il loro impatto sul funzionamento del mercato agricolo locale. A parere dell’autore, le proposte in questione potrebbero permettere di iniziare una discussione volta a superare la disparità di distribuzione delle risorse economiche generate dall’attività agricola nazionale nella filiera alimentare. Quindi, l’obiettivo dell’articolo è quello di identificare quelle lacune giuridiche che portano a una distribuzione iniqua delle risorse nella filiera alimentare nicaraguense, per poi, successivamente, sviluppare soluzioni alternative basate sulla dottrina agraria. L’autore, dopo aver esaminato i sistemi di immissione sul mercato dei prodotti agricoli nei territori dell’America centrale e del Nicaragua, ha formulato la tesi secondo la quale tali mercati, in pratica, si rivelano deboli per quanto riguarda la tutela dei produttori negli scambi all’interno della catena di approvvigionamento alimentare, segnalando la situazione svantaggiosa del produttore agricolo.
The interest of this research is to offer alternative solutions to the gaps in the regulatory framework of the Nicaraguan agricultural market, which pave the way for an unequal distribution of the economic resources generated by the national agricultural activity, in the agri-food supply chain. The objective was to determine the legal gaps that allow the unequal distribution of resources in the national agri-food supply chain and propose possible alternatives based on the agrarian doctrine. For this purpose, using analysis-synthesis, abstract-concrete, systemic-structural-functional and inductive-deductive analyses, the systems of marketing agricultural products in the countries of Central America and Nicaragua was examined and compared. As practice shows, small producers of food are not adequately protected and when it comes to commercial relationships their position is weak in the overall agri-food supply chain.
