Opis:: The issue of older people is today a highly topical issue that deserves and requires more attention. The role of each company is also creating opportunities to the disadvantaged and the weaker members to participate in its activities. Older person is a source of wisdom, experience, many skills, is the bearer of our custom, habit, tradition and national culture. Although the older person often does not seem interested in the disposing of the family, the community and often live alone on the periphery of society. Often regarded as unnecessary and is like a burden, which is very sad, because we all once old and rely on help from others.

Opis:: The paper deals with saturation sexual needs in people with intellectual disabilities through masturbation. The authors present a partial research findings about masturbation clients in terms of professional social service workers in Slovakia, which indicate their acceptance and tolerance. With these expressions of culture through sex education and enlightenment, however, encountered only rarely. In terms of moral assessment, the author further reflect on the appropriateness or inappropriateness of the behavior. Emphasize the necessity of advising persons with intellectual disabilities themselves and professionals working with these people.

Opis:: The authors present in this paper psychosexual aspects of the development of people with intellectual disabilities, with an emphasis on sexual development problems and specifics of their puberty, they see the effects of gender and psychosocial factors amplifying the effect of the crisis on the development of young people with intellectual disabilities. Their arguments argue partial results of research sexuality clients with more severe intellectual disabilities in social care homes in Slovakia. The conclusion states that only quality and professional support helps people with intellectual disabilities to live their sex lives freely.

Opis:: Článok pojednáva o jednom z dvoch subjektov moci v Cirkvi, o kolégiu biskupov a osobitne vyjadrení jeho moci v synode biskupov. Teológia a kánonické právo jasne deklarujú, že moc v Cirkvi je organizovanou službou veriacim. Najvyššia moc v Cirkvi, vyjadrená v kolégiu biskupov je prejavom ich spoluzodpovednosti za tú istú univerzálnu Cirkev, ktorá je prítomná a vyjadrená aj v miestnych cirkvách. Druhý vatikánsky koncil ustanovením Synody biskupov vytvoril veľmi pružný cirkevný orgán, kde biskupi, zastupujúci jednotlivé biskupské konferencie z celého sveta, ponúkajú Rímskemu veľkňazovi neoceniteľnú pomoc a vzácne rady. Synoda biskupov tak vytvára užšie spoločenstvo medzi pápežom a biskupmi, poskytuje mu svoje rady a skúma otázky týkajúce sa činnosti Cirkvi vo svete. Na tomto mieste je priblížená teória biskupskej kolegiality vyjadrená vo fungovaní a aktivite synody biskupov.
The article discusses one of the two subjects of power in the Church, the college of bishops and, in particular, the expression of its power in the Synod of Bishops. Theology and canon law clearly declare that power in the Church is an organized service to the faithful. The highest power in the Church expressed in the college of bishops is a manifestation of their shared responsibility for the same universal Church which is present and expressed in local churches as well. By establishing the Synod of Bishops, the II. Vatican Council created a very flexible ecclesiastical body, where bishops representing individual episcopal conferences from around the world, offer the Roman Pontiff great help and precious advice. In essence, the Synod of Bishops acts permanently, creates a closer community between the Pope and the bishops, offers him advice and examines issues related to the activities of the Church in the world. The theory of episcopal collegiality and the functioning of the synod of bishops are summarized here.

Opis:: In this paper the authors present different perspectives and different re- search findings on what people with intellectual disabilities expect from the partnership. When assessing sexual activities with these individuals based on foreign empirical findings and present the results of Slovak research. The authors document the interest of persons with intellectual disabilities and for sexual activity sexual nature, but professional staff social service institutions in Slovakia endorse. Research findings also indicate negative feelings about parenthood and sexual rights of people with intel- lectual disabilities. Most equipment does not create conditions for the implementation of a peer sexual life and thus violated the right to freedom of sexual expression sexuality.
