Opis:
In her article, the author analyses the relationship between customs procedure and customs execution procedure. She defines the basic characteristic features of both procedures and focuses her attention on the fact that these two types of legal procedure, despite their regulation by legal acts from different branches of law, must effect in unity and symbiosis. The author also presents a comparative analysis of the relationship between administrative procedure and customs procedure. In the end of her article, the author deals with one of the most frequent types of execution, applied by the customs offices, in more detail.

The article presents development tendencies in the area of customs legislation in connection with its further possible evolution resulting from the forming European legislation. A full membership of Slovak republic in the European union determines the overall direction of our legislation, not excluding the area of customs law. In her article, the author closely observes the two most obvious and strongest development tendencies occuring in the area of customs law – a tendency of electronization of customs communication and a tendency of customs legal regulation precising.

A part of the quality of nursing care is communication. Communication is social interaction in which knowingly or unknowingly transmit the information. It is conditioned not only the material and technical equipment, but also professional approach to patient nurse. Slovak Republic from the entry into the European Union annually recorded an increasing number of foreigners residing lawfully in its territory. Number of foreigners in Slovakia is increasing. At the forefront it is therefore increasingly multicultural receives care and communication. Communication is an everyday part of nurse ́s work and is essential to establish a relationship nurse - patient. Contact with foreigners, emphasis is placed on the importance of multicultural communication and communication skills of nurses, which should be followed when communicating with foreigners. For effective communication with foreigners need a deeper knowledge and understanding of their culture. Each patient must be understood individually to have the communication has benefited. The authors deals with specifics of communication in the treatment of patients / patient with the muslim religion. It is important to realize that the islamic religion has some differences from Christianity. To be a Muslim patient care effective, we must be aware of how islam affects the daily lives of Muslims. The best way to respect cultural traditions is a will for understanding and tolerance.

Opis:
The authors focuses on the contribution for health and especially care important for gypsy women in pregnancy. Gypsy women are an ethnic group that live permanently in Slovakia and require a different approach due to their traditional culture and lifestyle. The survival of the gypsy culture often causes an obstacle to their integration into society. Improper conditions in which the gypsy lives and how their lives are signed under unfavorable health status of the gypsy community does not assist the situation. The gypsy community is dominated by distrust of majority society, which is reflected by the issues between the healthcare and the gypsy community. Gypsy personality is characterized its somatic, socio-cultural and psychological specificities. Importantly is focus on family than on work. Life is for gypsy highest value. Therefore, birth rates and fertility is higher among gypsy women. Gypsy family is patriarchal with a strong male authority. The family is three-generation and multi-generational, social considerably dependent on kinship, has strong ancestral ties. Gypsy woman in pregnancy is necessary to determine her attitude towards health and this attitude can either reinforce or change. It is necessary that gypsy women learn to care for themselves during pregnancy and beyond, in order to avoid damaging their health, but most of their unborn child.
